When he had disappeared into the house, he admitted that he had to go and that there was no point in staying any longer. With a sigh, Mika accepted defeat and got inside his car, getting back to his apartment.

Iroha found himself bedridden. He had caught a cold from the rain. Coughing and wheezing, he was told to rest in his bed as his grandparents went out to get herbs to make medicine and his sister attends school and to turn in his homework. All Mika could do was sit on the couch and watch television. It occurred to Mika that the rain was gone and was replaced by the sun. He got up and went out onto his apartment's patio to enjoy the sun as he read a book.

"..." laying his hand on his forehead, he stared at the floor for a couple of minutes for the dizziness to slip away. He thought for awhile. He is just so adorable. I wonder if I asked him out on a date if it would creep him out? I don't even know if he would like being with a guy or not. But what if I decided to ask him out and he hated me for it, not wanting to be my friend anymore? I guess I should just wait longer to get to know him before I would ask. Then I would have a better chance at staying his friend if he declined to go out with me.Mika poundered the question in his head, thinking it through, finally letting his mind go at ease.

He remembered the number that Mika had given him and thought for a bit. '...Should I call...? He might be busy though.' he shook his head which made him dizzy for a second and decided to call him anyway. He looked at the number, not noticing it. He didn't even recognize it. Of course thoguh, he answered it. "Good morning. Mika speaking, may I ask who is calling?" He asked politely.

Trying to swallow it, he stuttered, "H-he...hello...? I-it's iroha..." he spoke quietly. He was very unexperienced to this, calling a friend and such. Mika asked excitedly, but surprised that he actually called. Though Mika was happy. Any contact with Iroha was a great thing, since he did seem like the type who was unsocialable.

I could run to the store and pick up anything you want." Mika said. Not only would he do that because Iroha was his friend, but also because he felt partly responsible for Iroha's cold. Been trying to get accept in a certain one, and finally just recently got accepted to one. So now I am just waiting around till school starts. I earn my money though by playing drums in a band." Our band's name is NightWish13." Mika said, twirling his hair. And old habit he got into when he was having fun talking to someone he had a crush on. He stopped playing with his hair. I shouldn't be thinking of Iroha as someone more than a friend.
