 Tsukiko barreled into Nemutai's office happily, panting lightly as she knocked furiously berfore bursting in. "Did the Kazekage respond?!" It was the most estastic that Nemutai had ever seen Kiko, let alone any other genin. She seemed excited, but tired at the same time. Her green eyes were bursting with excitement as she asked her question.Tsukiko New Theme

As Kiko walked in the Raikage nodded slightly. "Yes he did" Nemutai said simply. "He said that Ichi is allowed to join you but he needs to complete his own mission first. He also Gave a map that has the last known location of Ichite-ru circled, Its up to you to track him down if you really do want the boy on your team" Nemutai said putting a note on the desk in front of him. "Also, I forgot to yell you last time, but you passed the Chunin exam, and are Now A Chunin" The Kage said nodding slightly.

Nemutai never saw it coming, as the gray haired Inuzuka leapt over his desk and tackled him into a hug. "THANK YOU NEMUTAI-KAGE!!!!" The loud yell could be heard from outside, and Tsukiko took the note and map from the desk, before jumping back over the desk and running out the door. San had swiped the scroll for the mission from Nemutai's desk as well-she had snagged it in her mouth as Kiko had dove over the table. Kiko's heart pounded as she ran out of the building-she was extremely excited now.

Yuzuki walked towards the Raikages office dressed very differently than she usually did. She was wearing a dark blue sundress and strappy cork sandles, she had some white medical bandages wrapped around her neck to hide the hidious bruises on her neck, her parents blew a gasket when they saw it and literally locked her ninja stuff up and demanded that she take a day off today and let her wounds get healed a little more carefully. She came here a little later than Chiyu said that he was going to be there (she slept in a little bit... she really had over done it the last few days) so she wasn't sure if he had already been there or not. He might have slept in for all she knew or forgot because of all the other arrangements that needed to be done. So she was just make sure that Chiyu reported that the mission was a success.
Yuzuki looked down at her clothes that she had on, and gave a bit of an odd smile. It sure did feel weird wearing something other than equipment and ninja gear. She hadn't worn anything like this sense before the academy days, and perhaps even the first couple of years. She approched the Raikages office and raised her hand, not sure if someone else was in there or not. She gave a knock on the door and waited for response. She took a step back from the door and took a deep breath. Last night was an odd mission and she still wasn't sure how she felt about things even after she slept on it. She really didn't like the feel of being so helpless under that mans grip. If ever had to feel that again, she hoped that the coup-de-grace was successful. She felt so awkward being saved like that. Like a damsel in distress waiting for her knight to come and rescue her, it was embarassing, and it made her feel like the stereotypical kouinichi being helpless and in the way all the time. Oh well, she was here to report back to the Raikage, so in the end she supposed that it could have turned out worse. And after her family gave her her equipment back, then she could start training again. Maybe a day to herself wasn't a bad idea. She would love to have a hotspring dip and try out the new ice-cream parlor that opened a few months ago. She never really gave herself a chance to.

Almost as though the lazy Kage had known that Yuzuki was behind the door, the Kage spoke the moment that the Genin reached the door. "You can come in" He said simply before letting out a long yawn; placing his hand over his mouth as he did so. "Your Jounin already came through and informed me about the mission you went on the other day" He said as the door to his office opened. "He also said that there was something that you wanted to talk to me about?" The Raikage asked tilting his head to the side slightly as he asked this.

Yuzuki was a little surprised at the timing of the Raikage, but she opened the door and let herself in anyway to at least appologize to the Raikage for interupting him. She shut the door as she finished coming in and turned to address the Raikage, walking a little closer to his desk, her voice was still strained from the not too gentle handling from the bandit guy last night.
"Forgive my interuption... and my style of dress today Raikage-sama. My parents saw the aftermath of the mission and locked my stuff away on me today." She explained quickly but with soft and strained voice. When she heard that Chiyu already breezed through she closed her eyes for a moment but opened them shortly after. "I see, I was mainly here to make sure that the mission was reported, Chiyu did alot of the work last night and he had a lot of arranging to do so I thought I might be able to do him a favour by at least reporting the missions success. As for my request..." Yuzuki trailed off for a moment, there was a look of confusion on her face for a moment before her face seemed to lite up again with realization. "Oh, yes... I was wondering if it would be at all possible to arrange for something else instead of a full pay for my missions. My family is well off so I'm not as starving for cash as a lot of other might be. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to exchange the majority of my ryo for a favour from you in the future? I'm mainly interested in scrolls that might not be found very easily else were, or perhaps pointing me in the right direction with information... perhaps even allowing me some time to run some personal interest of mine when I'm not busy. For instance... I had an idea for a weapon last night, but I'm not even sure if its possible to make such a weapon or where one would be made. If you would allow me to change the majority of my ryo for boons and favours, I may ask you what you know about weapons like that, or even have you perhaps point me to a weaponsmith that specializes in that sort of weaponsmithing."
Yuzuki trailed off again to clear her throat and swallow a little sorely. She had made her point and as usual, because she wanted to make sure that people understood her, she got a little long winded. If he accepted, great... if not she got some extra bribe money for gather the information so no skin off her nose.

"Sheesh, calm down" The kage said putting his hands in front of him in the international symbol of 'slow down' "You are rambling and repeating your self, why don't you just tell me what it is that you are going to make, and then if its possible I will exchange your pay for it" He said nodding slightly. "No point in not paying you if what you want to do isn't possible" He said nodding his head slightly towards the Genin who was still in front of him. "Also... no need to say sorry about what your wearing; you can wear what ever you want"

"Now hold on," Yuzuki replied as she repeated the jesture of raising her hand to slow the Raikage down himself. "With all due respect, your not listening to what I'm really asking. I'm asking if it would be possible to exchange money for favours when I finish my missions? The weapon was just an example... but seeing as though you asked."
Yuzuki riffled into her purse and pulled out a scroll, she opened it up and showed the context of the weapon that she brainstormed last night and earily this morning. "To be honest... I'm not even sure if its feesible to channel chakra into a weapon and have it manipulate its component parts. I've never actually seen anything like it, spare jutsu like the Blade Manipulation technique."
Yuzuki showed him a back mounted weapon that could really be best described as a bladed scorpions tail made out of metal. It was more or less a series of blades with interlocking joints up the middle of it for manuverablity. The end of the tale had a compartment where poisons and toxins could be screwed in behind a needle ended tip. The tip only activated once it was pressed into something, the injection mechanism was created to deliever short injections before closing the resevuare tip again to avoid too much toxin leaking out and being wasted or continuiously dripping out. The trigger could be easily be adjusted to create a steadier flow or a weaker one so that the poisons could be administered as more individual doses. There was no need to put five cc's of a poison that only needed a few drops to kill.
The design of the tip also had a response to chakra in that there was a series of hidden barbs that could be activated. Yuzuki had side sketched a few variations for that aspect of the design. She suggested lighter weight, but stronger metals to make up weapon so that it wouldn't hamper the movements of someone like herself who relied largely on mobility and speed over endurance and brute strength. Yuzuki had actually put alot of though and curiosity into its design, though she had a few questions on the side where her obvious lack of expertise of weaponsmithing came in. It was a design that could be played around with to make work if need be. It also suggested in the some of the side bar questions that Yuzuki wasn't all that confident that the design was even possible.

Nemutai let out a long drawn out yawn; slouching in his seat slightly as he did so, anyone who hadn't seen him fighting in the attack on the village a year back; would wonder HOW ON EARTH his man became a Kage; he didn't even look suited to train the academy students seeing as how his lazy attitude might rub off on them. "Alright..... alright" The Kage said shrugging slightly; which didn't seem possible in his current position which looked like a 3rd grader who was trying to hide from the teacher. "Well when you WANT your favor; just ask me; I might say yes, and I might say no" He said before yawning again slightly putting his hand over his mouth.

Yuzuki gave Nemutai a bit of a side glance, first he asked, then he wasn't interested and now he was falling asleep... what a dipstick...
"Thats far enough, Raikage-sama." Yuzuki agreed as she rolled up her scroll, seeing as he wasn't interested anymore there was no point keeping it out... though she would have to ask around and see if anyone would be able to confirm if the weapon could be made at all. "I know your busy, and what I came here to do has already been done. I shall leave you to your office work and duties, Raikage-sama, unless there was something else you wanted me to do?"
It didn't hurt to ask, better than being yelled at as you walked out the door. She slipped her scroll back into her purse and prepared herself for her day of relaxation.

"Well until Kazin gets back from his training you are currently out of missions; seeing as how you need your full team in order to complete these next one's they arn't HARD, just.... well... they requested a full team" he said shrugging ligtly to himself. "So you can do what ever you want in the mean time i guess"

"Very well, I'll be around if something comes up and you need some more hands. Good day, Raikage-sama." Yuzuki bowed and left peacefully so that the Raikage could continue his nap... she ment work. Raikage, pfft! Was the voting commity drunk or something? Oh well... nothing that she could do about it. She wondered when Kazin was coming back, surely he was almost done training for now. Yuzuki planned to get some hot springs in then some icecream... after that she would slip into her place and get some equipment so that she could practice her jutsu and maybe learn some more. She couldn't help it, she was the restless type.

Yuzuki's heels tapped lightly on the floor of the Raikages hallway as she walked with her partner. It felt almost strange to be around someone her age and taking a mission, she had either worked with Chiyu or just by herself for what seemed like a week. She woundered if Chiyu was appart of this mission, she kinda had her doubts seeing as he didn't come and fetch them... granted, but the looks of things, Kazin had just gotten back, so maybe he didn't know yet. They would find out for sure when they entered the Kages's office... and they would also find out about illusive third member as well and whether or not he was going to grace their company on this mission too. There were a lot of questions that would be answered when they got inside the office of the Raikage. When they reached the end of the hall and approached the large oaken doors she looked over at Kazin and gave a small sigh. "Ready?"
Yuzuki raised her hand and knocked on the door, waiting for a welcoming before she entered. She took a step back incase the door opened, she wouldn't get eat solid, reinforced wood at this time of day.

 Kazin nodded towards Yuzuki. He though about what she said about her training. He instantly felt the urge to train with her and his bear, but he knew it had to wait until after the mission. He smiled and took a step back with her, feeling that she had done this plenty of times before, he followed her to try not to embarrass himself. Thinking of it, Kazin had only seen the Raikage once before, and that was the former Raikage. He actually had not met the newest one yet, and was somewhat looking forward to it.
