"Ty let's be reasonable, we don't have to listen to your demands or comply with you, we have the hostage, simply release the beast and we release her, it's not a difficult thing to do. The ball is in your court, but we're still ahead by a great many points".
Akio shifted his weight onto his right foot, his arms crossed, already growing impatient with this stand off. The Hokage had taken this long to answer a specific question; giving vague answers everytime before. Then he had the gall to to accuse them of not listening, and now the Jinchuuriki was trying to control a situation despite lacking the hand to do so.
"Do keep in mind, there is a bomb in the village that will detonate, and I guarantee will take at least one person should you make this any more difficult than it has to be".
Akio was not going to risk his fate here, he was going to cement some degree of success, through any means required.

Mauske Yamato Genin| Leaf l Curse Mark Of Darkness l Ninjutsu  Mauske was really confused now. She didnt know who anyone was. She stood up. She was getting frustrated now. "Who the heck are all of you! I dont understand! First i am her teammate" points at Aki.
"Then I am all the sudden a Rogue! Then I am his student!" Points at Ty.
"Now she says she saw me before" She points to the girl who came and touched her shoulder.
"So who the heck are you guys!"

Ty Shwallon Speical Jounin | Leaf l Four Tailed Host  Ty was in a tight spot if he didnt release his demon the village could be blown up and the captive could die. "You know what? We can just rebuild the village once again we rebuilt it once before and we can do it again. and if you do strike her, I will do my best to kill you." Ty said with an angry tone as he then focoused for a moment. His demon chakra waiting to come out. He then turned towards Mauske. "Mauske Yamato. You are a Leaf ninja who is on my squad a Genin with the curse mark of Darkness . Edward is the Hokage and Aki is also your teamate. Sai and Akio are part of the Akatsuki and are trying to take my demon. and that one girl you were talking to is also part of it as well."

Sai was holding all of the cards, with two hostages easily within striking distance, whom, at their level, he could kill with ease in a moment's notice. Sai simply stared back at Ty, almost expecting him to come to his senses, but if the man was foolish enough to think that he had any power to demand anything at all, perhaps he would have to have the situation explained more explicitly to him.
"Perhaps you fail to recognize that I could care less about this girl, or what happens to her, and that I am perfectly ready to end her life here and now. Now do as I told you, or suffer the consequences of knowing that you could have saved a member of your village from a meaningless death. Release your beast and then seal it once more. If I see even the hint of an attack, I will not hesitate to end her life. You have no bargaining chips. The transaction is simple. Show me what I want to see, or the girl dies."

Freya Havok Genin | Sand | assassin  Freya jumped when every body started speaking, and jumped even more when the girl jumped (Oh, her name was Masuke) and yelled.
"You... you're not with them," Freya said, closing her eyes, and pointing a finger at Kai, "You can't be, because you're good, and she's Akatsuki," she said, and then gasped, placing a hand to her mouth. Shoot... she had let it escape.
She nodded her head, when Ty spoke up, "He's right," she nodded, moving away from Kai. One of the men spoke up and she frowned, was he an Akatsuki too? He was threatening the girl. Something twisted in her stomach, "Hey! We don't need to fight," her voice cracked in her throat, her voice small and feeble, "Can't we work this out, in an nonviolent manor? If people stopped to think, wars would be adverted," she said to the people in the area.

Kai stood up after bending down to talk to mauske hearing sai's words, Ty's words and the female she had healed earlier "sai be careful if he does release the demon he can possibly loose control! why not check if the seal if the correct one?" she said/asked sai walking behind mauske so she didn't walk backwards the soft warming smile disappeared quickly turning into serious she could easily release pheromones so the men would be in a trance but sai might get caught and it used a bit more chakra for the more [merry] men to get caught and she couldn't directly control who did as her glare crossed from Sai to Ty past the hokage like nothing[[xD]] then to Freya a glare trying to say 'leave now i'm not gona heal you again with my allies around'
[[each demon has a differnt seal i can Pm you cobra showing them and thier demons so you understand>_<]] I hunt you down ok? So stay still it will only hurt a little! Ok you will die, But it's worth it.Kiss my eyes and lay me to sleep! This is what I have brought you, This you can keep!

"Finally someone with some semblance of a brain! The little lady is right; we can avoid violence if you guys get your act into gear and simply comply to our simple request. You may be able to rebuild the village and attempt to kill us, emphasis on attempt, but you cannot bring back the lives lost because of your hubris. Now release the beast, show us, do not attack, then re-seal it"
Akio's hand slid to his tanto and gripped the handle tightly, if they made any move, he would simply go into stealth and strike them unseen. He was through with discussion about who should do what first, and why, Sai, Kai and he had NO reason to listen to them, but they had every reason to listen to, and more importantly; comply with the demands of Akatsuki.

She then pushed Aki out of the way from the blade and looked at the man. She then looked at Freya. "You... get her out of here." She pointed at her teammate who was a couple of feet away. She then looked at the man again. "Now why the hell would you like to kill people. And I dont give a crap if you dont! If you wanna kill someone then please kill yourself..." Mauske had enough of everyone. She walked toward the women who said she was one of them. "And you! I dont know who you are. But I will not join anyone, if you guys will just confuse me enough! I mean am i part of the leaf or something! I dont even know what the leaf is..." Then she looked to Ty. "Your confusing to." She turned away ready to dodge any attack given for her or to protect Freya escapeing with Aki.

I've seen a lot....  Edward stiffened when the bishi man stated that there was a bomb in his village. he created a clone from a small water jug on his hip and sent it off to the village to begin an immediate evacuation. He looked at the Sand girl, sighing inwardly. Someone remained in this cruel world who was as naive as he once had been. Hopefully it won't take the destruction of her village to wake her up. Things were growing tense when he began growing drowsy. Wh...wha...whaa?Boss! Snap out of it! That chick is doing something to the males! The clarion call of the female spirit that had bonded with him snapped Edward out of the daze he had fallen into. "Mauske-san. You are indeed a shinobi from Konoha. When I asked you about the slash in your hitai-ate, you stated that the Mizukage had captured you and cut it to throw us off." While he didn't fully trust that, he did know that Mauske wouldn't have fallen in so easily with the Akatsuki, a group that would hunt her teacher. Would she? and I'll see more even when you're gone. ((Wow, I know I missed something there. Three posts on the last page?))

Diadem appeared in front of Masuke so that she was standin in between him and Kai,he quickly glanced to the Akatski he had fought earlier and ty"Im staying out of it I only wish to bring Masuke back,Edward can handel the rest"He then looked at Kai"Im different then before,more powerful"He extended a hand to Masuke who was on the floor"Come with me..."he said while keeping his eyes on Kai"Oh and Ty show them what you got"

Sai had no idea what this girl thought he was, or where in the world she thought that escape was an option, but before either Freya or Aki could get far, Sai was already there. His speed was unmatched when pushed to his maximum, and there was no way simple Genin could escape him. It was time to teach these idiot Genin a lesson about who they were up against.
Sai's leg instantly lit up in a flare of dark blue chakra as he jumped slightly in the air and dropped his foot directly onto Freya's leg, preparing to crush it instantly the second it hit... and it would do just that without any trouble. this would stop them from running and allow him to continue bargaining them as hostages.

Ty Shwallon Speical Jounin | Leaf l Four Tailed Host "dont believe me then if you think I am confusing you" Ty said to mauske then turning his attention towards Akio and Sai"Fine if you want to see it so badly" Ty then let the chakra flow into his body. His hair turned red and spiked up. His teeth grew sharper and his nails did as well. Ty began to bend foward as his hands began to dangle fowards with his knees bent. his eyes turned golden red. The stage one transformation was complete. Ty looked towards both Akio and Sai "Here it is. My 1st Form of the Yonbi." He said looking around the area as he seemed really different because of his transformation. and noticed that Sai went and attacked Freya. He was moving much faster then he was before. He quickly ran behind Sai and He quickly with alot of strength tried to Punch Sai at his back. If it hit, he would be severly hurt.
