Alfred---Scarlet
Scarlet reacted before Alfred could, he lingered in a mild state of shock for a few moments before turning around but the Flygon was already there. It was nice he was no longer dazing without expression, but terror wasn't exactly the best substitute.
The dragon's teeth flashed in a snarl. She stood behind the chair that was now toppled on the floor, Alfred having knocked it over when he stood so quickly.
His immediate response was to run, but the Flygon both blocked his exit and Anues path to him. It took only a moment for the flash of feral rage to fade from her face, his words were calm and passive and he didn't seem to be a threat, and she sat back on her hindlegs although still held in a defensive manner.
Alfred remained silent, partially clinging to the table for support and partially restraining the urge to run once again. It was only the sudden appearance of the Phione that broke him from his thoughts.
He didn't remember much, but he was rather positive those were rare Pokemon.
Scarlet seemed to be thinking more or less the same thing as she watched the tiny legend latch onto Anues. A smile curled at her lips, showing her teeth again but in a much more pleasant manner.
"Oh~ A Phione!" She stared for a moment at the little Pokemon before turning to Era, "It's perfectly fine." Her wings flicked outward once before folding back in at her back. She was...a bit embarrassed...for acting so rashly.
"I'm Scarlet. Who might you lot be?" She introduced quickly, her eyes watching the silver-haired Gardevoir though her words seemed more directed at Era and her Phione friend.
She was wary, but calm. Alfred remained quiet as usual, though his face was far from expressionless as he watched the Phione with some curiousity.

Anues

There wasn't much of a reaction in response to Alfred's panic in favor of simply staring at the Flygon that quickly made her way between the two, but his body leaned back slightly out of defense, feeling a sudden threat that didn't last more than a moment. She relaxed, and so did he. Anues was silent for a moment then, thinking of something to say until a small voice suddenly filled the air, leaving his ears to twitch and his eyes to blink in slight confusion before trailing down to meet the tiny water type that was now wrapped around his leg. What were the chances; it was like they followed him meanwhile he merely teleported here. The Gardevoir's posture finally gave into slouching, hinting exhaustion as he smiled slightly at Phione. "I guess I wouldn't be good at hiding." Anues lowered himself as he spoke and picked the Phione up before promptly standing straight again and his attention drew back to Scarlet naturally. She made him uneasy though she seemed to come off as friendly. Not that he made the best entrance. After that, his glanced at Era and gave nothing more than a nod to greet her before his eyes finally fell on Alfred though they quickly traveled elsewhere.
The Gardevoir finally closed his eyes with a sigh and sat on the ground with Phione, resting the little water time before him as he crossed his legs and merely watched Phione He didn't want to converse with Scarlet, nor did he have to thanks to Era's existence and Phione making for a good distraction. Of course now when he could have left and claimed Alfred was fine, he instead stayed for Phione's sake.

Era & Phione

Era relaxed a little as no one seemed too bothered by their presence there. The Pikachu had a slight fear of interrupting important conversations since they inevitably ended with her standing there and listening to things that she wasn't supposed to know. This wasn't quite so bad though, just a casual meeting she supposed, although things had seemed slightly tense for a few moments after she and Phione had showed up. "Ah, sorry," she said, hurrying to make up for having entered the conversation so abruptly, "My name's Era and he's just called Phione." The Pikachu smiled, "It's a pleasure to meet you Scarlet." The Flygon didn't seem unfriendly, in fact exactly the opposite, although it was easy to tell she was slightly tense. Era's attention was shortly drawn to Alfred however; the Gardevoir was hanging back silently, staring at Phione with some intrigue. "Hello Alfred," she said quietly, uncertain of the Gardevoir's condition. The last time she'd seen him he'd been in pretty bad shape, and, although he wasn't hooked up to an IV and only half conscious anymore, she wasn't sure how much he'd improved otherwise, "How are you?"

Phione smiled happily as Anues picked him up giggling with delight. He loved it when the Gardevoir did that, it made him feel so tall, like he was flying almost. The one time something like that had happened was when Hope had made them all float around on the Ferris Wheel at that Carnival they'd gone to that once, and this was almost as fun as that had been. Phione cheerfully smiled at Anues while the Psychic's eyes fell on the others there before they closed as he sat down. When the Gardevoir set him down Phione giggled yet again, "Up high up high!" he said brightly, bouncing forward to give Anues a thank you hug, cuddling close to the Psychic, "Anu takes Phione up high!" While still clinging to Anues' good arm, the Water Type glanced over at the other Gardevoir who appeared to be looking at him and the Flygon. Smiling happily, Phione waved with one hand, "Hi hi!" he said to them cheerfully.

Alfred---Scarlet

Scarlet's shoulders slouched, she relaxed entirely without any worry of attack now. Anues was distracted, he seemed less enthused about being here anyways and would probably leave when he got the chance. Era was friendly, and adorable, so she wasn't a threat. Mostly adorable. The Flygon couldn't help but smile at her, she was just so polite too~ Aw, she wanted one.
All worries faded instantly and she switched over to social mode with little hesitation.
"Well met, Era." She replied, before turning to watch the Pikachu address the Gardevoir behind her. She frowned, hoping Era wouldn't take what was to occur too personally, and sure enough Alfred glanced once at the electric type before swiftly averting his eyes and lowering his ears.
He didn't recognize her, just another reminder of the madness that was his life.
He dropped his gaze to the ground, expression shifting into one of exhaustion. He was tired of it all. Just wanted it to end...

Anues --- Alice

Anues listened to the progressing conversation with little interest and nothing to say. His attention rather stayed on the clinging Phione with seemingly no mind at all. He didn't mind kids much, but Phione seemed rather controlled making tolerance come naturally to the Gardevoir.
His gaze into seemingly nothing soon ended as his ears perked and he glanced off to a building pressure a short ways beside him. He already knew who it was, though it became clear seconds later as his female counterpart appeared in a screech nearly identical to his own, though quieter. "Anu what are you doing here...?" Her eyes slowly scanned her brother before trailing toward Phione. They didn't advance any further and the Kirlia's puzzled expression turned to joy instantly. "Hi Phione!" Alice's own charge was being watched by Freya back in the team room. Had she sensed Phione prior along with her brother, she would have brought her along too.

The Kirlia's expression drew back to confusion as her brother merely looked back down at Phione and her own eyes drifted off toward the others present. She waved at Era, though cautiously, now she herself thinking she might have accidentally teleported in on something important. Alice eyed the Flygon and merely smiled. She didn't know her. Her eyes traveled to Alfred then and paused; merely staring at him. The prolonged silence of his sibling made Anues finally look back up and his own eyes fell from Alice, to Alfred, then back to Alice. Her next course of action made him wonder why he was even confused by her to begin with. "Is that..?" "That's Alfred." "But..." Alice's head tilted. She'd never met Alfred personally, but everyone knew about him one way or another. After a second or two, the Kirlia's posture straightened. That was Aire's son! Her expression lit up with the success of her connection, feeling a bit too accomplished, though that ended quickly upon actually taking note of the Gardevoir's behavior, and Alice turned back to her brother. "Is he alright?" Anues shrugged. Hell if he knew. Alfred made no sense to him. Alice decided it was best left not lingered on and her expression reverted back to it's cheery self. Her original worry about intruding seemed to delude entirely as she walked back to her brother and sat shortly before him and Phione.

Era & Phione

Phione's eyes widened with the utmost delight at the screech that was familiar enough by this time as the herald for either of the two Psychics whom he adored. The Kirlia would barely have time to react before he jumped from Anues to her, hugging the smaller Psychic tightly, "Alice! Alice!" he said joyfully, "Alice and Anu!" It was impossible to describe how happy he felt in this moment, so blissfully pleased that he could have exploded with joy. Bouncing back away from Alice as her attention was drawn away toward the others, he hummed contentedly; there were so many nice people here, it made him so happy!

As Alice and Anues both looked toward the other Gardevoir, Phione looked the other Psychic's way as well. "A-Alfy?" the Phione worked at pronouncing the name and succeeded in something slightly similar when he heard Anues say the name. Phione tilted his head curiously, looking over Alfred with interest. "He looks sad..." The Water Type reported unhappily after a while, "Why he sad? Alice? Anu? Why he sad?" Phione was deeply upset by the fact that the other Gardevoir looked so unhappy, and his eyes threatened to water as he looked at the two Psychic Types before him. He latched himself onto Anues' leg again, shivering slightly with unshed tears, "Phione doesn't like it when everyone's sad..."

As Alfred's attentions shifted down to the ground and a look of weariness overtook him, Era's heart went out to the Gardevoir. He looked so lost and unhappy that it was almost painful to see. She nodded to Alice briefly when the Kirlia appeared but she was more intent on the other, defeated looking Psychic that was on the opposite side of the room. "Hey," she said quietly, approaching the Gardevoir slowly so as to make certain she didn't seem threatening in any possible way, "You don't have to look like that." The Pikachu's wings shimmered softly on her back although they didn't stir as she placed a gentle paw on Alfred's dress, looking up at him with a kind expression on her face. "It's alright if you don't remember me, you weren't doing too well the last time I saw you," she said, "How about we start over? I'm Era, it's nice to meet you personally Alfred." Her non-injured paw, which she had raised before to reassure him, she now let fall to her side again, a smile on her face. The small Electric Type only wanted to cheer him up, or at least soothe the anxiety and pain that she could almost feel coming off of him. She empathized with the Gardevoir more than he'd likely realize.

Alfred---Scarlet
Scarlet shifted to block Alfred's second attempt to escape when yet another-ohmygodwhatwasthat-noise sounded. It was deafening, terrifying, sounded like a borderline scream. He didn't like it in the least, but at least the Pokemon that appeared with the sound was less intimidating than the first.
Actually she was far from intimidating, and apparently named Alice. He watched the Phione bounce about in joy, ignoring the sound of his name being spoken until it was cried out in a different manner. Alfy? What?
Confusion quickly took place over the miserable expression he held before. Alfy? Was that suppose to be him? The Phione was looking at him as he said it. Alfred frowned, disliking not knowing and the confusion as to why the little legend was now tearing up near the other Gardevoir. What...had he done?
Scarlet shifted uneasily, at a bit of a loss. She wasn't part of the guilds, she really felt uncomfortable here, but she couldn't leave Alfred who didn't seem inclined to move anymore once the feeling of being threatened had faded.
She turned to watch him as Era approached with her slow and gentle movements and inwardly she prayed he wouldn't react badly as the Pikachu lifted a paw.
Imagine her surprise when he didn't even flinch at the slight touch, even lighter ones having sent him into panic fits before.
There was something comforting about the Pikachu's presence, it was odd.
His ears twitched slightly as she spoke, signifying he was listening and not ignoring the electric type as he was doing lately to other Pokemon. Maybe it was the understanding and sincere tone? Maybe it was the cheerful expression? He didn't know, but something clicked. His morose expression faded, twisting into a more anguised one.
Scarlet turned sharply at the light 'thud' to find the Gardevoir dropped to his knees and crumpled into a ball on the floor in front of the Pikachu, sobbing in hysterics.
Oh...oh geez.

Anues --- Alice

Alice and Anues exchanged glances at Phione's question, neither of them sure what to say exactly. After a moment, Anues broke eye contact with his sister and gazed off elsewhere as Phione clung to him, leaving Alice to look back at Phione with a blank expression. "He's..." She trailed off as Era spoke. She didn't know why he was sad. It didn't even seem natural enough to guess why. At the sound of Alfred dropping to the ground and crying, the two psychics looked over immediately and Alice bit her lip. Now what did she say?
"Alice," The Kirlia jumped at the sound of her name and spun around to meet her brother standing beside her with Phione in his grasp again. "Yes?" "Take him, I'm going back to Aire." Alice whined slightly at the statement. He was leaving. Figures. Anues did look tired though. She wondered how long he was here for as she took the little water type from his grip and began to rock slightly, cradling the Phione. "When will you be back?" "Who knows." Alice sighed as her brother's hand pat Phione's head before turning away and taking only a few steps before simply gapping out of the Library. He caught onto Alfred's reactions to the screeching with Alice's coming. It couldn't have really gotten worse, but he pitied the other Gardevoir. He just wanted to leave and now this was his best chance. He refused to stay through it anyway.
Alice frowned as she continued to cradle Phione, finally looking down at him from where Anues had left. "It's okay, he'll be back and everything will be fine." She looked over at Era as she spoke, as if seeking guidance though she too seemed to have her hands full now as well. After a moment, the Kirlia took a deep breath. She had an idea. Era, I'm going to take Phione over to my teamroom if that's alright. I'll bring him back once you're back in your own room. Tracing is easy for me from within the guild. Alice remained looking at the Pikachu, waiting for an answer and upon the approval, she teleported with little second thought.

Era & Phione

Era watched with concern as Alfred's face contorted from one of weary sadness to one of absolute pain. The one moment she saw the look in his eyes she felt a pang in her heart; he looked so bitter, so hopeless, so exhausted and confused that it was impossible to feel anything but sympathy for him. As he fell to his knees her eyes widened with shock at first but they quickly returned to normal, a softness in her gaze that hadn't been there before. The Pikachu smiled slightly and sat down beside the sobbing Gardevoir, stroking his hair with a light touch, "Shhh, it's alright," she murmured to him quietly, "It's okay to cry." There wasn't much more to be said, she simply sat there with him and let him cry. It seemed like Alfred had been holding in these tears for a long time, and they had been killing him inside because he'd refused to shed them. When Alice's silent message touched in the Pikachu's mind she blinked with surprise but nodded after a moment. It would probably be better for Phione if he wasn't around such things as this. As Anues and Alice each disappeared in turn Era stayed where she was, providing what comfort she could to Alfred.

Phione didn't react much when Anues picked him up again except to cling tightly to the Psychic's arm, seeking solace from all the uncertainty here. Anues' presence was reassuring, it was different than Alice and yet similar. The Gardevoir made him feel like everything would be alright so long as he was around while the Kirlia comforted him and made him smile. He quivered slightly at the sound of the sobs coming from the other side of the room but he squeezed his eyes shut and tried to block it out as best he could. When Anues tried to pass him over to Alice, Phione shook his head vigorously and tried to hold on tighter but to no avail. The Gardevoir's arm slipped out of his grasp and he whimpered slightly, opening his eyes and watching Anues vanish sadly before cuddling close to Alice, still whimpering slightly although he said nothing. He just wanted to be somewhere where there wasn't any reason to cry, where people weren't sad or angry or tense or anything else. Those emotions were too much for the young Pokemon to handle and he was reaching his breaking point for ability to handle it. As it was, when Alice vanished with him in tow, Phione scarcely reacted except for a slight last disheartened sigh, closing his eyes again and hugging close to the Kirlia in an attempt to cling to something happy.

Alfred---Scarlet
The Flygon shifted from foot to foot in a nervous dance of sorts, her short front claws randomly grasped at the air as though trying to grab an idea on what to do to help. Alfred confused her greatly. He'd be calm and quiet one second and in tears the next, his moods shifted so rapidly, and with little warning, that she was left stuttering for lack of anything to say.
Alfred's shoulders shook with each sob, he made no move to muffle the sound or even hold it back. It felt like a subtle break, he could feel the fractures as insane as it sounded. Hands clutched to his chest as he hunched over it was only the quiet thudding under his ribs that left the reminder that this wasn't some hell.
The dragon was grateful, that this time, Era was there. The Pikachu seemed to know what to do immediately though it wasn't the same course of action she herself would take. The touching in particular. Since earlier the Gardevoir had shyed away from any and all physical contact, yet now here he was sobbing onto the floor without even flinching at the small yellow paws on his hair, though maybe he just didn't notice?
That idea was quickly scratched when they Psychic lifted his head and caught the Pikachu's eye, it was only the briefest hold of eye contact before he was sitting up on his knees and wiping at his eyes frantically.
"Sorry." He managed, voice hoarse from lack of use. He coughed once, hand raised over his mouth, before trying again.
"Era...was it?"
Pleased with the new developments, Scarlet slipped off to wait in another part of the library, didn't seem she was needed here.

Era

Era let Alfred go when he pulled back, sitting up after he had met her eyes with his own tear-filled ones. The Pikachu rested her paws gently in her lap and politely averted her eyes to give the Gardevoir a moment to collect himself. As he rasped out an apology she turned her eyes back to meet his again, a smile on her face. "No need to apologize..." she insisted in response, continuing the conversation as if nothing had happened out of the ordinary, "Yes, my name's Era." It was reassuring to her at least to have moments when she wasn't really herself passed over without too much fuss, so she did the same for the Psychic who was now alone with her. The Pikachu didn't really know what to expect from Alfred, aside from seeing him the last time she hadn't really said anything to him before and now this. All the same, she didn't mind; Era was, if anything, pleased that she'd been able to help, however slightly. "So what brings you here Alfred? Reading something interesting?" The subject change was subtle, but hopefully it would draw away from whatever was making him sad. He didn't seem to be wanting to discuss what his sudden breakdown had been about which she understood; had the same happened to her she likely would have felt the same way. The Pikachu looked up expectantly at Alfred with a smile still on her face, encouraging him to keep going. It was, in a sense, Era's own quiet way of saying that things would be alright and life would keep going, which she felt that Alfred needed to know right now as much as anything else.

Alfred

The Gardevoir fell silent once again when faced with the verification of his inquiry. What to say. A few stray tears made their way down his face but he made no motion to wipe them away and instead they dripped down to the backs of his hands which were currently clutching at the fabric of his dress near his knees.
Alfred continued to silently observe the Pikachu as she smiled and, for all appearances, glowed with happiness and cheer.
It made him uneasy for some reason, some deep understanding that joy couldn't last long and was always tarnished at some point. Why he felt that way, he couldn't remember. A memory maybe, or just how he felt right now.
All the same, his stare didn't waver until her question when he blinked rapidly and continuing his silence, turned to retrieve the book from where it still rested on the table.
Without a word he extended it out to the Pikachu, still sitting on the floor where it was easier to converse [or listen, really] to the smaller Pokemon.
Still open on the page he'd been reading before Anues showed up, and started off the chain reaction of random visitors, an image of a strange 'cresent-shaped' Pokemon hovered above what looked to be flames of a sort. Extending out from the flames were various hands and paws, all reaching up towards the Lunar divinity above.
The words below the image read: 'Cresselia abandoning her followers'.
Alfred glanced down lazily at the page, if the message was understood by him or even comprehended he made not notion of either.

Era

Era didn't respond negatively to Alfred's silence, although it did surprise her at first. She realized that she likely should have been expecting it, all things considered. His voice had sounded hoarse as though from lack of use and Alfred hadn't ever really struck her as one who was big on talking in the first place, but it didn't really click until he didn't say anything. It was fine though, if he didn't want to talk he didn't have to. The Electric Type simply smiled, letting her gaze wander as he moved to pick something up. The item in question happened to be a book, clearly a response to her question in and of itself. Taking the proferred object from Alfred, Era turned it about to face her and looked over it curiously, genuinely interested in what the Gardevoir had been reading.

Upon seeing the picture, the Pikachu's eyes widened with shock and her paws shook even so slightly. This picture...it didn't portray anything good at all, in fact exactly the opposite. Era didn't know nearly as much about the Legendaries as Ethfael did, but she knew enough to read into the dire message that this picture with its ominous caption gave. Cresselia was the Pokemon who opposed Darkrai, right? The Pokemon of the crescent moon who was opposite the Pokemon of the new moon. She was said to be a gentle Pokemon who could erase nightmares, heal emotional pain even, so what would bring a picture like this on? A shudder ran involuntarily down Era's spine as she realized darkly that there must be truth to this story, whatever it was. Darkrai was running rampant and there was nothing and no one keeping him in check; Cresslia would have...should have intervened by now if she were still around. Era glanced over at the Gardevoir, wondering if he could possibly have been thinking about that, but it was impossible to discern that from the Psychic's facial features. The Pikachu set the book on the ground and was quiet for a long minute, trying to figure out what to say. The idea of the whole thing made her feel slightly sick, why would Cresselia, a deity who's job it was to counter-act Darkrai's wrath, abandon them and her task without any reason. Cruel logic was right there to back it up though, seeming to sneer at her cheerful mood from before, Arceus had left them too, so why not Cresslia?

Era's features were quite grave as she looked down at the book, tearing her gaze away from it at last. "That's quite the book..." she said at last, eyes on her paws, "It makes you wonder about things." The Pikachu remained solemn looking for a moment longer before shaking her head slightly, realizing who it was she was talking to and bringing herself back. No, now wasn't the time. Something that Era had decided long ago when she'd first found out about everything that had happened was that it did no good to let it get her down. What had happened had happened and there was nothing that could reverse it. All that they could do was face the future with as much courage as they could and never lose hope; that was the key. "Of course, it's out of our hands what happens I guess," she said, expression clear and at ease once more, "These books are of the past, and we can't change that no matter how much we might want to. What we have to do is keep going, and then things will be alright. So long as you're with friends and fighting for what you believe in, there's no real way you can lose. Hope doesn't die: it will be there always. And you know, if there's something left to believe in, just the slightest bit of hope, there will be people who will follow it." A small smile made it's way back to her face, "Life throws some hard things at us, but we'll pull through. No matter what they do they can't destroy us, not completely. This"-the Pikachu touched her paw gently to the spot over her heart-"This will always be there, long after everything else is gone." It was a thought that she clung to, that kept her going whenever everyone else was down, and she'd never give up that belief. She looked at Alfred, smile softening a bit, she didn't normally go off on such tangents but it had been partly to reassure him, and partly herself.

Alfred

If Alfred noticed the sudden, powerful reaction that the image caused in the Pikachu he didn't act otherwise. His expression remained neutral throughout her speech, and when she finished he closed his eyes in silence.
How could he explain. How could he make Era understand that he knew things he shouldn't. That they weren't his thoughts, that he had someone elses memories. He...didn't know where they had come from, but it'd been recently. Opening his eyes and lifting his had, which he'd dropped down in his train of jumbled thoughts, the Gardevoir met the Pikachu's eyes with an almost helpless expression. He hated explaining things so much. It was so frustrating he just wanted to cry again.
"I-" He started, eyes widening as though startled by his own voice. "...a dream I had, it was-" words, words, words, dear Arceus why was he so horrible with them. Why didn't they come out right, why couldn't he pull his thoughts together. Whywhywhy.
Tears brimmed in his eyes but he blinked them back.
"...there was an Umbreon. Sh-shiny. She was...like me, sorta...she lost her mind. They tried to fix it and it...it hurt her. She broke more. It was...long ago, so long ago. I don't think..." He paused, trying to maintain what little focus he had.
"...none of us were born yet. She was angry at them...she attacked her...her..." Alfred reached a hand up to the book the Pikachu had set down and pointed to the sketch of Cresselia.
"...she hurt her. Drove her away."
He lifted his legs up to his chest and slowly lowered his head on his knees.
"...we're fighting...Darkrai? We need her. Only the Umbreon knows..."

Era

As Era saw the deep void of helplessness returning to Alfred's eyes she wondered immediately if she had said something wrong. She'd been trying to ease the pain, not make it worse. She opened her mouth as if to say something, but closed it again when the Gardevoir began to speak. She listened mutely to the detached phrases, her eyes shining with compassion at the tears that he was clearly fighting back while internally her mind began to race. She didn't know what to think of it all: a shiny Umbreon who was linked to Cresselia somehow, who'd supposedly driven her away because she'd been hurt when they tried to fix, who was like Alfred somehow, who they needed to fight Darkrai. This was something that was beyond her, that someone else might be able to understand but that the Pikachu was struggling a great deal to make any sense of. As he hid his face, curling up to shut out everything, Era continued to go over it in her mind, even as she looked on at Alfred in sadness as she sensed what he was dealing with.

He'd said the Umbreon was like him, and that she lost her mind. Era cringed internally at the thought of what it would be like to know that so much of you was missing as Alfred knew; he knew that his mind wasn't right, and what a terrible weight that had to bear on him all the time. She wanted to help more than she could possibly express in words, but she didn't know how to let him know that. Her mind continued piecing the fragments together even as she worried over it: he'd said before they were born, that the Umbreon in her rage had driven the Cresselia away maybe? Then again he'd said it was a dream, but they way he talked about it didn't make it sound like something from only an overactive imagination, he talked about it like it was so real that she couldn't doubt him. He was a Psychic after all, they could easily have the capability for prophetic dreams. Era put a paw to her head, feeling it threaten to ache from the thoughts, she couldn't deal with this right now. One thing at a time would have to do, and helping Alfred took priority over all else currently. The Pikachu looked at Alfred for another moment before speaking up, "Your dream..." she said, "It sounds like more than just a dream." Her voice was soft but understanding as she looked Alfred's way, placing a small paw on one of his arms to get his attention again, "If you think we need her then I don't doubt you." Era sighed, looking slightly forlorn for a moment as she thought about what to say next. "I don't know what we could do, but I'd help you if you wanted me to." It was a general and dually all-encompassing statement; it was both applicable to the situation at hand and to anything else that Alfred might consider. "I'm always around Alfred," she said seriously, hoping that he understood, "So if you need me for anything I'll be there. It's not difficult to find a Pikachu with wings." The last part was less serious than the rest had been, but still relevant, she didn't necessarily expect him to act on it, but just in case. There was a possibility, no, even a likelihood, that he might forget her again, but the offer was there all the same to ease Era's own heart as well as for Alfred's sake.
