Nary na-na-na? neutral I definitely have NEVER heard that one, Kem-kems. xd You could just adopt the one most people use; Sae-chan.

I know people use Sae-chan... and there in lies the problem, everyone else uses it, do they not have an imagination to create a more interesting nickname? scream ... How about Na-Na-Na-chan? xp

Na-na-na-chan? Very odd... Great, now when I hear that Na-na-na-na song I'll start thinking it's referring to me, LOL. Hmm... can't really do that with your name... lith-lith-lith is just to weird. o.O Alrighty, then, I'll stick with something like Kemmy-kem-kem...kem... or not. Kem-kems works better.
