Salem nodded at him, looking around her, wishing that she could have had as good a memory as her brother did.
She looked started as people flooded out around her, swarming the hallways. She paled, staring.
"T-thank you Kei," she said, quietly, giving him a small smile, then turned to look for her locker so that she could find her bag.
"I guess I'll see you later..."
She pushed away from the people around her, her eyes shuttering themselves, hiding inside herself again.
Salem found her locker, grabbed her backpack, and attempted to make it to her classroom on time.
Stepping in through the door, she gave a sigh, and looked at the few students milling about the room.
She slipped into the corner desk, over by the window, sitting down and crossing her arms so that she could lay her head on one.
Darius smiled a little, and waited for her to get up. As soon as the bell rang, he walked with her out of the cafeteria and into the hallway.
He walked with her to her room, and smiled as she stepped inside.
Backing up, he thought about where his next class was, then slowly made his way to it.
He walked in, then moved back to lean against the cabinets in the back.

Amanda quivered into the room and upon being asked to take a seat she plonked her rear onto the floor, locking eyes with the smug cat. Scowling at the feline as it's eyes closed she growled quietly, ears drooping down against her hair she studied the cat further before looking up at the head mistress with a slightly fearful look.

Raven came back into the building and headed to his next class. What was that he was taking next? He cast around in his mind for a few minutes trying to remember. Then, it struck him. "Ah, yes....Art.." He shook his head with a sigh and headed to the classroom, wondering if Amanda would be there as she was in every other class.

Stop antagonizing the girl, Ossyrus. Merlin chided gently.
I wasn't doing anything. Ossyrus, all innocence.
Merlin tilted her head, "Peace, Amanda. You are still young but it would do you good to learn to stifle initial impulses, save your energy until you need it, and never give your opponent something to work with." She gestured towards the small meal, "I'm not sure you had a chance to eat or not so there is something for your stomachs." If they didn't eat it, she knew Savage would make quick work of the collection of sandwiches.
"Now I understand you are young and excited on your first day. I am delighted to note blossoming romance. But I must caution you against letting those impulses I mentioned earlier to let you miss out on your responsibilies. The weekend will be here soon enough but it is the weekday, please be in your classes during the designated times. Your teachers work hard on their curriculum and it shows a lack of respect and manners to miss it. Don't you agree?" She smiled pleasantly at the two of them.

"Later...." Kei silently responded and gave a small one handed wave and then put his back down and placed it withing the pocket of his jacket and walked off down the hallway. The room he had walked her to was his next class as well but to him it would just seem strange to just walk in after her, so he decided again just for the day he would skip the class again. So he headed back towards the stairs from which he had come that led to the rooftop.

Ash walked into her classroom and shortly after found a seat in the back of the class near a window. By now she didn't feel like being the kind who would want to stand out. She set her things down on the floor then placed her arms atop the desk and her head atop them and waited for the other classmates to arrive shortly and for class to start. By which it did, The bell shortly ringing as then most students were in the classroom and the remaining ones who were linguring outside the doorway walked in just as the bell rang. The teacher walked in shortly after and began class

Amanda lowered her head and ears drooped against her hair. She didn't know what to say, glancing over to the sandwiches her stomach grumbled and growled rather loudly. Wrapping her hands around the noise shrunk back down into her gut.

[[Sorry I haven't posted guys! I dropped the ball with all of my rps since school started again, so sorry! I'll try harder to stay in longer. I'll just pick up where I was.]]
Nero sat in one of the leather chairs and found it to be very comfortable. He looked at the sandwhiches but didn't find himself too hungry. At least for human food. He looked at the headmistress and asked quietly after she finished talking "Excuse me, Headmistress, and pardon me for interrupting, but I assume that since this school has vampires in it, you have some way for us to get the... 'Sustinance' we need?" By 'sustinance', he of course meant blood.

She tilted her head slightly, her gaze tracking away before she focused on the young vampire again, "There should have been provisions available in the cafeteria and nurses office." She murmered. She stood and went to the wall, pushing on some dark wood paneling and a door slid back. She fiddled and came back, handing Nero an opaque glass. Bagged blood was such a convenience, much better than having to track down, glamour and feed of a living donor. She smiled down at him, "Control for our kind is vital. Being so young, your control is...tenuous. I'd like you to come to me for a little help with that."

Nero took the glass, nodded, and said "Yes, Headmistress." He then proceeded to drink from the glass quietly, allowing the ithers to talk.

((I'm so sorry I haven't been on so often. Been working on writing my book... 0.o))
Salem sighed slightly as she got out her notebook in order to begin taking notes on the lecture she was now receiving from her teacher. It seemed the person was fluent in the language of boredom, because within a few seconds, the adolescent was simply doodling in her notebook.
Small swirls and slashes edged the borders and corners of her paper, the intricate designs weaving together in a talented way, giving way to straight, neat flowing writing. The black gel ink dried on the paper as she stared out the window.
As she stared, Salem's stomach began to protest the fact that it hadn't had anything for about two or three days, seeing as how the girl had forgotten to eat as she was moving her family into a new house, and worrying about school.
But as she thought back to what she had observed in this establishment, it seemed there was hardly any differences from an everyday farm-like school. there were the pigs who slumped around in their designer labels, new jewlelry, and expensive shoes and accessories. There were the sheep, blindly following whatever the leaders in the popular groups did, hoping that a smear of instant gratification of their school-hood dreams would materialize one day. There were bulls, the jocks and meat heads, bullying and looking down on those they didn't know, never understood.
A buzz shocked her out of her dreamy revere as she slipped her hand into her jacket. Looking at the message, she grinned.
Seemed that Darius wasn't having a great time either.
-I can feel my brain boiling from the boredom being inflicted. I believe I;m about to rip my own eardrums out just so that I can simply drown out the talk with my own simpletons thoughts.-
Sending back her own reply, Salem smiled, her cold eyes warming as she ran a hand through her hair, seeing as how the blackened mass had once again slipped in front of her face.
-I should have skipped...0.o-
Hiding her grin at her brother's predicament, she slipped the phone back into her pocket and returned to her doodle.
Darius slipped into his desk as the bell rang, the sound jarring his senses. Within a few minutes of the long, monotonous drawl of the teacher began to grate against his nerves. He simply attempted to fix his problem by talking to his sister, who offered no help.
-You think you're bored? You should attempt to take my place. I can feel the repetition of facts we've learned from grade one beginning to lower my intelligence."-
He sighed, sending back a text before slumping back and kicking a leg up on the desk in front of him.
Noticing someone from the lunch room he had seen, Darius smiled when he saw that he was sitting in front of him.
Leaning forward, he tapped Raven on his shoulder. "Don't know how this could get more mind-numbing, you know? I'm Darius."

Raven looked over his shoulder at Darius and gave him a nod. "Mind-numbing is not the word for it...more like brainwashing." He sighed and shook his head. "I'm Raven Henaru...nice to meet you Darius.." He leaned back against the desk and pulled out a deck of cards. "Wanna pass the time?"

Seeing Nero begin to drink the blood caused a twist in her stomach, it made her feel sick. She stared aimlessly at him before, plunk, she fainted with a roll of her eyes. She was never very good at dealing with blood.

Looking over the male in front of him with cold blue eyes, he gave a shrug. "Yea, sure. Not as if there's anything else to do."
Moving so that there was room for the fellow student, Darius shifted back.
"What's your favorite to play?"
((Yeah, I know it's small...Go ahead and sue me!))

"Hmm, well, I play all number of things. Poker, War, Blackjack, you know, the games that really matter." Raven shifted so that he could deal the cards and did so in a slow manner. "I say we start off with a little poker....at least, to pass the time, anyways.." He sighed and shook his head as he picked up his hand. "I can't wait for classes to be over for the day.."

Naturally, Ossyrus thought that was hilariously funny and fell off the desk laughing at the unconcious girl.
Merlin gave him a raised eyebrow, Serves you right. She gave him a smirk before moved to squat before Amanda. She fiddled in her sleeve and came out with a small bottle of smelling salt which she waved under her nose.
