1. You need a Nindo for your character.
2. You need to link the Sharingan Bloodline within your profile.
3. Your katon element (which you now has as your primary needs to be indicated in your jutsu section.
4. 80 shuriken? ...really? good Luck sitting down. How bout we bump that down to around 20 or so?

1. Your rank should be Genin.
2. Your oblivion keyblade needs to be defined as a custom weapon and applied for in the custom weapons thread.
3. The above weapon should also be detailed in the Custom Weapon section provided towards the end of the profile.
4. Do you really have 25 of everything? ...I mean just think about it logistically, where does it all fit? Flash Bombs and smoke grenades are like the size of bouncy balls... and that's a lot of bouncy balls.

3: I said earlier that there was no good katon jutsus... Well I reread them.

. . .Oh well. But don't worry Cobra, I haven't been denied the KG(at least I hope), it's just taking forever. ^_^

You are Approved Kalel!
...however, I think we have a possible loophole here that needs patching.
- Your Bloodline allows you to learn chakra control based skills one level above their own.
- Your Ninja Class allows you to learn any number of jutsu.
I think we can see how out of hand this could get. As such, I'm imposing a 5-jutsu limit on the number of 1-rank up techniques you can learn.
I'm also ruling that a C-rank Ukyohan technique can only be learned by a chuunin level Ukyohan. I know that normally they can master techniques one level above their own current rank, but if these are BLOODLINE specific abilities, they are already ranked as early as members of the bloodline can access them.
Does that all sound fair to you? or would you care to make an argument against my rulings? (Feel free to be honest... I'm interested in what your opinion is.)

Actually, that's more than reasonable. When I created the clan, I had that in mind for the Ukyohan specific jutsus. I just never put it in.
And the "1 rank up" learning ability was made before this guild really had classes, so a change in the Ukyohan's strengths has been long over due. Should I go edit that in the Ukyohan rules myself?
