That's the thing, you can opt out at any time during the ceremony if the other person said they were going to swear something beforehand and didn't, or they swear the wrong thing. At the end they both have to say "I agree to all the vows" in order to make them take affect. You can break the "hush"sign at any time to end the ceremony without having to follow any of the vows you made so long as you do it before the agreement.
And so long as the person says "I will not/did not consciously blah blah blah," then they're good. Why else would this be a B rank move? You have to know what you are doing logically and cover all your bases, otherwise you can kill yourself.

I don't like the idea that in using this jutsu, you can be TRICKED into death.
...I don't care if you say "well they should have thought twice bout what EXACTLY they were saying" ... that's BS. It's too easy to kill someone with this. The real use of this jutsu should not be for trickery, but to assure loyalty.
It needs to reward honesty and punish falsehood.

It needs to reward honesty and punish falsehood. *Sigh* Then how are we going to make this work? If I promise that I will not join the akatsuki, then how will you be included in that promise as well? A better question would be if I was taught a jutsu by you, and you tell me that I can not knowingly teach it to a ninja form a different village, then how will you promise to that as well?

...are you jsut looking to make sure that people keep their word? Doesn't that ruin all of the fun in an RP where anything can happen? Having a jutsu that forces honesty kind of takes away from the "anything can happen" factor which takes away from the drama. Wouldn't you agree?

I posted my 8 gates style in POTS, and the guy said that I could not train anyone to use it if I was not in leaf, and so I came up with that jutsu and he liked it. If you don't want it in here, then fine. Don't put it in. It wasn't anything special, I just thought it was a cool idea.

Personally, I don't like it... I just think it serves to restrict people from doing what they want. I know that's the entire point, but to punish a promise broken with death... it just seems like something that's unnecessary.
Its more dramatic to make a vow like that with nothing but the trust you have for someone in between you.

Yeah. Anyways, I have a jutsu that I want to make, but I will not be using it on this character me thinks. More that likely the jutsu will require good chakra control.

Jutsu Name: Beautiful Delusion
Jutsu Rank: B
Use: Custom, Outou Kurama
Range: ---
Type: Genjutsu
Element: None
Description: Once the victim makes eye contact with the user, the victim falls into the genjutsu. The jutsu itself deludes the victim into seeing the desires hidden deep within their heart, making them fall prey to these desires and ultimately forgetting all that is happening around them, leaving them completely open to any attack. The user of this particular genjutsu must, at all times, keep eye contact with the victim. If either blink, or the eye contact between them is otherwise broken, the genjutsu cancels out.
However, the victim will not be able blink at all*, as it is in the user's eyes that they can see those desires. Should the victim survive through the genjutsu, the desires they had seen may have felt so utterly real to the victim, that they may fall into a obsessive-like state, wanting the fall under the power of the genjutsu once again.
Beautiful Delusion uses little chakra and only a single hand sign but long periods of use of this jutsu may leave the user blind for a period of time as the brain would have gotten used to using chakra, not the actual eyes, as a way of seeing. The longer the jutsu is used, the longer the user may fall blind. If the user is tricked and ends up seeing their own eyes, then it is the user that falls victim to the genjutsu and will not be able to escape
it until the eye contact is broken.
*If the victim is of same or lesser rank than the user.

Use: Custom, Outou Kurama
Range: ---
Type: Genjutsu
Element: None
Description: Requiring nearly complete and utter focus on the part of the user, this genjutsu allows the user to project an illusion of a mental image they have in their mind out before them. The larger the illusion, the greater amount of chakra will be needed to be consumed but it would also be easier to detect. Smaller illusions require smaller amounts of chakra and are harder to detect. More skilled ninja would be able to better hide their chakra and have an easier time of tricking the victims of the genjutsu, but the main idea behind this genjutsu is for it to be used to convey messages and help ninja gain a better control over other genjutsu.

Description: Tatsumaki Naraku ( Hell Tornado ) only requires two hand signs, Ox and Tiger. Your opponent appears in the sky very high, it confuses the opponent because it seems very peaceful. However, a dark-red tornado starts spinning around the opponent, and while he is in the tornado, many senbon will hit his/her whole body. In reality nothing happens to the opponent, just that he/she has to deal with the mental scare and the imagined pain of the technique.

Description: Wa-Suto Akumu ( Worst Nightmare ), only requires one hand sign, Bird. When the opponent is captured in the technique, they are instantly surrounded in absolute darkness where nothing is seen, only black. Then, a large screen appears in front of the opponent, and shows them the worst moments of their life... such as when they someone incredibly close to them, and so on. This is why it is called "Wa-suto Akumu" or worst nightmare, as they have been forced to relive that which has pained them most.

Use: Restricted only for those who have intelligence for primary or secondary strength.
Type: Ninja tool.
Element: All
Description: These tags were originally created by the Brashugan family seeing as though the the tags were very complex, and hard to make on the fly. Though as more and more intelligent people began to try their hands at this tag it became in some what of the public eye. The tags work in a similar fashion than your normal explosive tag. Writing several complex kanji the tag will explode with that certain element.
Fuuton: This tag is very different than the others. It doesn't explode at first instead it implodes gathering the winds in to a tight ball, but one must be careful for this can drag you or an opponent closer to ball of wind. After a few seconds this ball will explode with the power of a Kaze Bakuhatsu.
Hyouton: This tag is simple in function and in form. When it is writen the tag is cold to the touch. When it explodes it seends several shards of ice flying in all direction.
Raiton: This tag is used more for stunning than to actually inflict damage. When this tag explodes bolts of lightning shoot off in all directions.

Description: By forming the rooster seal, the user molds their chakra as they close their eyes. At this point, the user may be able to send out information to others by speaking directly into their mind. This is a great way to pass sensitive information to others without running the risk of the message getting intercepted
*Note this ability can only be used if the two people are in the same village.

Description: This justu allows the Dara clan users to do a set of hand seals to collect as much paper as they and transform either the paper they have collected or themselves into a dragonfly. While riding or transformed into a dragonfly you are able to fly very fast and dodge much quicker in battle. It is similar to the Dragonfly swarm justu only it is one big dragonfly and not a swarm.

Description: This justu is a original Ninjustu one but was transformed to Genjustu also. By combining the genjustu Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique) you are able to create one dragonfly and while using the genjustu at the same time you can make the person see double! If you create alot of dragonflys and do this then it will be doubled hence the name swarm. The more dragonflys you create the higher the justu is ranked. If a jounin tries this justu the justu is Jounin ranked ectera ectera.
