I'm re-watching season four and hot damn, but Cas was totally awesome, he's come along way-- or should I say fallen? Anyway I was watching that scene in the kitchen, where Cas told Dean about the seals and this came to mind.  I think it sums up the entire speech nicely.

The only thing I don't get was-- no matter how adorable he was and how cute-- was why he dressed up all normal like for her at the end. She ain't worth it, not after that cowgirl scene!

I think it's because he'd loved her for so long, it was the only way to get her attention.
It pissed me off too, seeing as how the film was trying to make you feel better about yourself and love who you are - like Clea Duvall's character had.
But eh, that's Hollwood for you.
(He looked better all punkish as well, I mean, I'm a Dean/Jensen girl but honestly, didn't appeal all normal like that).
