Basically on land a warerspout is a Tornado, on the ocean its a waterspout, its the difference of what its sucking up into it.

I live in NC... around two hours away from the ocean. It rains pretty hard and you get to be soaked after only 2 seconds of being outside. I don't mind the idea of playing while being completely drenched. Of course, there was that one time that I was in Lakeland Florida during a hurricane... It was fun trying to walk from the door of the hotel to the passenger's door of the car without being blown away when I was around nine years of age.

I bet the wind must have been very very strong and would be hard to walk anywhere. 3nodding Waterspout

3nodding From what Ive heard it can easily capsize a ship and as well cause a ship to fill with so much water it will just literally sink under its own weight.
It is like a hurricane, you can be inside and not know it because of the pretty weather inside.

^8^ I believe its mostly a thing people see at sea more often than on land but even then only under certain circumstances does one come close to land.

I have heard of old tales people said back in the pirate days of small children and fish and stuff getting sucked-up into one and spat out of the side or top of it at very fast speeds!!!!!!
Though not sure someone could survive that Human wise. xp

3nodding would work I bet, just have to make sure you have plenty of support for your back and neck so that the force doesnt hurt you when it whips you out. 3nodding

Need a harness and some cables in there to attack to the harness... a neck brace and no shoe's.... plus a helmet...
