Looking down at the woman who had shot a bird composed of water at the Heartless, anger showed on her face. Her attack had blasted through her wind like it was nothing. That truly annoyed her. To no end.
Then she felt another enter the battlefield, thanks to her wind. Turning to look down at the newcomer, she watched as he sent out a small burst of Fire energy and knock aside the blade. Damn.
Whipping her hands through the air, Tsu created six blades of wind around the Heartless, before sending them flying towards Suzuran, all capable of cutting as well as steel.

"What-?" Suzu was caught completely off guard when she felt the air seem to move uneasily around her. The heartless didn't look capable of crafting wind currents, so what could it be? Before she could move to identify anyone, she felt an angry gust whip towards her. The blades slicing through her flesh, creating large gashes across her forearms and sending her flying backwards.
"What... the ... frick?" Suzu cursed, shaking her head as if her fall had jumbled her thoughts all together into nothing that made sense and that by shaking it, she could somewhat organize them. That couldn't have possibly been the heartless.

 "Well, that's that," Merlin announced, clasping his hands together as he finished. The once empty room was now anything but- quite the contrary, it was now filled with odd commodities, bookshelves here and there, piles of books on the ground acting as stairs around the large circular center stone, a strange pumpkin to the side, and owl in a cage up by the window... it was highly cluttered.
"Now, what have we here?" he mused, turning to face the two people talking to one another. A third voice had spoken up, but Merlin only saw two people... and then he saw the blade. His eyes narrowed considerably, suspicion and distrust suddenly clouding his features.
"Boy, what are you doing with such a dangerous being?" he spoke, his voice now much lower and serious as he glanced between the weapon and the boy, easily spotting the strange arm of his. That would be addressed later.

The bird wearily looked around from his 'perch', his eyes and nose still wonky from the poison gas. His feathers were a mess, too, cause of that rain.
I'll have to clean myself later...where am I? And where am I going?
The chocobo looked around as he moved, though, of course, it's not like he could really make out much of anything except blurbs and shapes and a random color or two.

[You aren't good enough for her... drop dead buddy] [Traverse Town : First District] Kuu watched in horror as he saw his sister getting sent flying and being cut by what seemed like nothing at all. He rushed over to his sister as quickly as possible. " Suzu! Suzu! Are you all right?!" With closer inspection of her cuts, they seemed perfectly clean as if a blade had made them. " I'm sorry... I'M SORRY SUZU! I wasn't able to protect you at all... What will mother and father think of this!? Their only son, unable to protect his sister!" he began to shed a tear in disappointment.

[Traverse Town : First District]
As the monstrous Heartless suddenly combined, Soryuju quickly back-pedaled, trying to keep an eye on it. It was even worse now, probably more dangerous. It attempted to attack Suzu- only to have someone shoot it from the side. Soryuju quickly glanced to where it had come from- ah, Leon. He'd met him once or twice before with Aerith and Cid, though he tended to avoid socializing. However, in his distraction, Suzu was attacked... by wind blades?
"Damn!" he shouted, running over to Suzu with her brother, Kuumaru. Glancing toward the monster to make sure the others had him taken care of, he looked to Kuu. "Quick, go distract him while I heal her! Go!"
With that, he placed the spear down on the ground beside him and put both arms over her body, a few inches from her abdomen as he began to focus. Suddenly, white energy began to flow around his arms, washing over Suzuran's wound's, sealing them slowly but surely so that she didn't lose too much blood.
By this point, there was no more poisonous acid flooding the District, as it had all been drained into the sewers...

[Mitsudo] "Oh? You've got my nose? *riiiiiip* Well, I've got your arm." [Traverse Town::First District] Mitsudo stared wide-eyed at the princess as she was knocked back, and the prince's reaction to her wounds...There would be hell to pay for this...This attack against the royal family! The Lunar Guardian took a deep breath, taking a few steps backs to locate his position accordingly before running from the rooftop and jumping towards a light post nearby. From the lightpost, Mitsudo carefully swung himself down off the sign, landing on the ground before breaking into a sprint towards Kuumaru and Suzuran, his claws already extended. "Ouji-sama, Hime-sama, please move yourselves out of harms way." The boy said from under his mask, ignoring Soryuju's presence and focusing on the Heartless with a blank glance. "Come, meet my steel, you vile creature!" He said calmly, pointing two claws towards the Heartless.

"Oh! Stop being such a baby Maru!" Suzu cried out, exasperated by her twin. She was incredibly touched that he was worried about her, but at the same time she was ready to thwack him gently in the forehead and tell him to jump to it before other people got hurt. She would've raised her hand to thump him on the head if it weren't for the fact that a warm, tingly feeling seemed to come over her body.
"Thanks Sory." The geomancer resorted to shortening his name, deciding that Sor-yuu-juu was just too many syllables for her. After all she shortened her brother's name. She just hoped that the knight wouldn't mind.
Hime...-sama? Suzu's violet eyes automatically shot up at the sound of the use honorific. The man had seemingly jumped out of nowhere, yet he looked so young even if his posture was a bit familiar. Suzu suddenly felt that using the word man was wrong and she should use boy instead.

[You aren't good enough for her... drop dead buddy] [Traverse Town : First District] Kuu rubbed his tears away before Sory approached the two siblings. "Quick, go distract him while I heal her! Go!" Kuu understood the order and was willing to let him be anywhere near his sister. I can't let my stupidity get to me, he can heal her so I shall trust him... for this time at least. He was about to run off to distract the Heartless until Mitsudo showed up. The boy knew who Kuu and Suzu were, but Kuu was confused as to who he was. I have no time for this fool! I'll question him later. He was too concerned with his sister and protecting her that Kuu didn't even see that the emblem of the royal guard was on the boy. " I swear... I'll protect Suzu with everything I have!" He started to run in a circular pattern around the heartless and began his attack. "Nakitsukidou Stance 2: Tsubame!" He swung his blade at an angle firing his signature water missiles. " I'm not through yet!" He started firing off more water missiles than usual, and this was due to his determination to protect his sister.

[Traverse Town::First District] The monk stared at Kuumaru before grabbing him by the collar and giving him a hard yank backwards. "Ouji-sama, I ordered you to get back! I will not allow you to place yourself in such a dangerous position again!" He grumbled, pushing the prince towards Suzuran and Soryuju. "Guard your sister while I stop this...creature." He grumbled, before sheathing the claws and cracking his knuckles. The monk let out a grunt before sprinting towards the Guillotine Heartless, aiming to uppercut it directly into the sky.

 Aloysius watched as the other Geomancer got thrown back. Almost instantly she was surrounded by many other people, trying to take care of her and healing her.
I've never seen that kind of allegiance before.
He brought his mind back to the battle at hand. The was rubble on the ground from the fissure he had created. Closing his eyes, Aloysius lifted up a small amount of the rock, sand and cobble stones and sent them flying into the heartless, hoping to distract it from the group behind him.

Elde saw that everyone was concentrating their attacks on the now fused heartless. That was good, if only someone would have healed him. He glanced over from the top of the steps and saw Sory healing that girl he had sat down with at the café.
He would heal the cute girl instead…
He let out a small sigh and then realized the dice he had rolled on his large sword was coming to a stop. The ring came to a stop with the number facing him and the small dice pictures flashed white. One. Perfect.
He used the same large sword to pull himself to his feet weakly. He pulled his small sword over and forcefully with a few sparks connected the two swords at their bases making the large double sword. Better make this count…
He noticed Mitsudo running in for his attack, and saw that he was attempting to land a large uppercut. With what little energy he had Elde smiled and ran down the steps into the main area of the fighting. He used his combined swords to pole vault himself high into the air above the large heartless. Hopefully the uppercut guys attack would work and Elde would be able to knock the big baddy right out of the air as he flew straight down with amazing speed using his powered up dice attack. If Mitsudo’s attack failed he would simply come down on the heartless from the air doing slightly less damage, if he hit of course.

 Colorai jumped out of Xifan's arms and ran through the door to the First District, not knowing the trouble she was running towards. When she hopped down the stairs and her eyes met the cause of the chaos in the District, the small mage froze with fear, not knowing what to do, and hoping Xifan was right behind her as he usually was.

Xifan was indeed, right behind the small girl and quickly scooped her up into his arms without missing a step. He was running straight for the group. Being a Ronso was honorable at times, and being one of these noble beings meant that he would help at any sign of trouble, even if these people were complete strangers.
Xifan effortlessly placed Colorai on the ground, out of harms way and jumped high into the air coming down with his lance, hoping to land a blow.

"...." [First district: Hefins House] ....Everything started with nothing.
and things moved with no sense ....
.... the presence of many buffering against it
.... imprinting what was missing. Youni entered the house, her foot falls bearly audible save for the soft chime of the charms on her clothes. They were the ones who attached them- perhaps because her silent walking was a tad disturbing at first.
"Athene... is sleeping." she repeated back, in a lower tone, meaning she understood Aeriths instruction. "Sleeping." she repeated, looking into the house as the woman closed the door behind her.
Youni remembered her first time sleeping.
She didn't understand what Aerith was doing that time when she found her laying on her bed, her eyes shut. Youni had watched her sleeping, silent as the night itself around her.
Of course, her silent observation could onnly go unnoticed for so far. Whne she tried ot watch Yuffie, the poor ninja freaked right out. Which was comepletly understandable. Imagine a pale ghostly figure with erry yellow eyes staring at you from across your room in the dark.
That was enough to make anyone shriek she claimed. And so they ahd to teach her how to sleep. How to lay back, and shut your eyes, to relax and let your body take over.
It didn't work the first few times. But when Youni witnesses it enough- eventually her body began doing the same, mirror their functions- like she had with eating...now THERE was a horror story. She'd fall asleep almost immediatly on command! Leon found this useful.
But that didn't stop her curious observing whenever she got the chance.
So yet again- as Aerith would suspect the moment she would turn around and find Youni no longer in the room- her charge had gone to the childs side, and was wacthing her with a facinated gaze.
It was weird alright.
"Sleeping... she is dreaming." she said again, barely above a whisper.
