Meh, expert combat skills do not always win. You need to take into account the type of enemy you are fighting, adapt your attacks to suit them, so if you're using a short character fighting a character significantly taller then you, then attacking the head generally isn't a good idea. You need to have the creativity to make original attacks, the intelligence to use them correctly and the cunning to adapt them when they are countered or stopped.
And that's just for fighting, there are countless other things required when a roleplay doesn't involve a battle.ok well see if you can create combo's in real life....... this is my Real life combo..... palm thrust to neck with the right hand followed by palm thrust to the stomach with the left hand followed by a body turn into a right elbow jab to the chest........ that is my real life combo that I have actually done quite well but not yet mastered it...... so yes I can execute a creative, intelligent, cunning, combo correctly in a RP.... for isn't that what reversals and counters are for when going against a smaller or larger opponent even same size?, btw I rarely target the head with any sort of attack I more then likely go for the other vital areas. as for the other Rp's yes I have been in a few...... ones that have little to no fighting..... and have had the strategy for them .... Pad Chef I did this to somebody once. I was fighting them and then they took a sword to the hand, then, they started talking before firing a white lightning. Obviously, I was all like. HAHAHA NO and twisted my Zanpakto inside their hand, just to be a d**k and informed them that talking while you have a sword in your hand isn't very clever. They surrendered a mere 4 or so posts later. Teaches them kids not to ******** around while they've got swords in their character's hands. Cuz' no real person would be gettin' all smarmy while they have a sword jutting through their hand. ahahahahaha I've met a few of those people..... and disposed of them XD I met one in a bleach guild we're he was all "I am stronger then any soldier ever will be" and I was like O_O "you've got to be joking" cause at the time I was a soldier as well..... to make a long story short he made the most stupid mistake of not using his Shikai on me, he was already injured enough and that's when I just finished him off with one strike we're he blocked most of it but he was just to injured to continue, the time that we fought was about I think if I remember right 3 of my posts o_o.... so ya I know what you are talking about and I get quite peeved off at them..... prideful little sh...... AHEM anyway lol ....... are you talking about bleach or a different Shinigami reference?...... cause if your talking about bleach then that would not be right.... I would need proof to believe you

Yeah, but she had her arms around my neck and was behind me. Throwing her was the best option, as she was shorter then my character by 31cm.you made that mistake..... just pointing out sweatdrop one of the reasons why I always have a free hand or use my sheath so I never give my opponent the chance

Oh combos are easy. A combo is just stringing together different attacks in a sequence. It doesn't need to be fancy, just effective. I created a scaled wooden replica of my character's shikai weapon a while back so I could come up with new combo's myself. It was quite effective.
Meh, I can't change the past, so I adapted and chose tho throw her. If I had just used one straight out attack, she would have dodged it anyway. Though this battle has been good for some practice.

true but coming up with one in a RP fight out of the blue and use it correctly and even having it hit is another story.... I have done that.... I also have created some unique attacks that I can use on my opponents... one of which is aerial combat.
and that was a good way to counter the hold I might have done the same in your position... or I might have done something different.
hey if you got time why don't we spar I'm sure I could make things interesting for you...... hmmmm XD just thinking about some things lol

Agreed. Coming up with combos quickly is difficult, if you have to wait a while for someone to reply though, it's generally not too hard to come up with something good.
Ah aerial combat, I have a great plan to render those attacks useless.
Hmm... If you want to, we can start tomorrow. I have a Chemistry test tomorrow to study for.
But another battle will be good, if you don't mind fighting in Shikai or Bankai? I have some ideas I would like to try out.

indeed another battle will be good that will make it 3 spars that I am in here..... wow ever since that 7 spars at once frenzy this doesn't seam much lol and yeah you can use shikai and bankai I don't mind I really like the challenge XD

7 Battles at once... That could have been quite hectic. Though how active were your opponents?

hmmm thats not the only combat skill I have up my sleeve as I said wait and see
alright I will.... would you like the location to be the same as my other spars here.....
well five of them were like active every day for 6 hours straight ((as you can imagine very hectic)).... as for the other two they only made one post per day.... sometimes once every two days so ya it was hectic @_@

yes it was a good experience for me that was one of the times that helped me go from rookie to adavanced in a short time
