*The cab brought me from the pier to here. The cabbie helped unload my luggage. and brought it in the lobby where I asked the manager...*
Is there a room I could rent for now while I looking for a place to stay on the island?

Aonice got up off her couch and quickly went over to answer the door, Noticing the tall and rather busty woman standing outside. The tiny girl smiled warmly and opened the door wide, "Hi! I'm Aonice mitsoku! Welcome to my Island!" She giggled, "Please, come in!"

*I took off my sunglasses, now that I was out of its rays.*
Oh, thank you. My name is Rocket. I've been reading the brochures for your island since Christmas. I just had to finish some business in my homeland first.
*I stepped into the manor, carrying in my luggage.*
I just don't know where to leave my things or what to do first, now that I'm here.

Aonice giggled. "It's very rare we get a tourist, so an actual Hotel is uncommen around here. Although if you would like, you can stay here at my home till you leave or decide you want to stay" The small woman took a hold of Rocket's large bag, tugging it over and setting it down next to the side of the coffee table, delivering an almost comical sight. "Come in, sit down! It's cozy!"

Aonice found herself rushing into her house, slamming the door shut, and taking deep breaths as she leaned back against the large piece of wood. She found herself in a state of confusion, it seemed that when she tried to help, things went wrong, but if she didn't help, then people would be taking over her island as they pleased.. Aonice heard hundreds of thoughts racing through her mind as she attempted to straighten things out, and she ended up simply confusing herself.. She swayed over towards the large white couch, and fell against it, taking one of the large pillows in hand and flipping on the large television before her in efforts of relaxing her mind. She held the pillow firmly against her chest, and held it close and dear, finding an old rerun she had seen plenty of times, but enjoyed it none the less, and attempted to zone out and loose herself in her show..

Gatz snuck up behind Aonice from somewherem, and in one of his frequent moments of spontaneity, leaned next to her ear and clammed down on it gently. It probably would have been quite cute, if she had been expecting it...

Aonice felt Gatz' presence, especially as he got so close, but to suddenly feel him on her ear like that, sent a startling shock through her body, "OHHAHG!" She quickly yiped as she fell off the couch and onto the floor, laying on her back and breathing heavily.. "Nyah! Gatz!" She sat up and placed her hand to her chest, "That wasn't very.. Well.. Actually, it kinda was nice" she giggled weakly and rubbed her ear, although all her movments seemed tired and lacking her usual excitement..

"Nyah, it's just.. the whole island... I feel i've failed it in a manner.." She said as she gripped her arm, looking at the floor abit. Her figure clearly sillouetted by the television's lite in the unlit room. "I mean, theres so many threats, so many fights going around, and i'm hardly able to do anything on my own without help..." she said with a sigh.

Gatz thought about it. Lately, Aonice had seemed somewhat depressed about how she wasn't as strong as some people on the Island. She seemed to have a small inferiority complex, which under the recent pressures seemed to be growing into something worse...
"... Well, that's not really your fault. The last few conflicts have been against some insanely powerful people. Maybe it makes you feel a little weak and helpless, but everyone has moments like that in their life..." he said with a sad smile. He seemed to be remembering something very painful from a long time ago. "... Even me."
"Besides, you beat quite a few of those 'Zodiac' sisters on your own," he reminded her, reaching around to hug her, "and that was some good work on your part. I think the Island is in good hands."
"Oh... and keep in mind what happened to Duo in the end," he said with a wink. "A lot 'power' isn't always a good thing, as a good opponent will often be able to use your own force against you. I find that in many cases that fights are more like a complex version of 'rock-paper-scissiors,' rather than simply 'weaker vs. stronger.' Power gives you a few more tools to work with in the game, but it doesn't matter if you can't use it right."
