-wakes up, and puts iconic mask on, hiding who he really is from the world- "I can't believe there another Zero... but it can't be... it was destroyed almost 14 yeas ago.. on that day..." -snaps awake- "What am I thinking?" -goes to terminal in room- "Nena, show me the status on the two Hydras. I want at least one complete." -yawns-
"You're in a good mood for once sir. Good morning! The Hydras is complete, but the second one you wanted still needs at most 4 more days. We have the Vayaetes replaced, and on standby." -looks away smiling- "It has been a while since he was in a good mood."
"Have the Hydras prepped for launch, I'm heading out, I need to do some thinking." -goes to his closet, and puts on casual clothes, white plain t-shirt, with blue jeans- "And Nena, tell the men to take it easy today." -sighs- "The events of the past month have... brought up memories."
"Yes sir! Have a good trip, and watch out for any enemy suits!"
"Thanks Nena, I'll be going now." -goes to hangar, climbs in Hydras and takes off for the city, not caring who sees, knowing that Hydras is capable of defending itself-

*Koza walks off without Byrd noticing, heading towards the computer commected to the Leo, and starts programming mods ffor the scythe*

Hey, where'd Koza run off to.... oh there he is. *checks to see what Koza's up to* Hey, Kamon, Koza's got the Scythe bit down, don't worry about it. *walks up to Epyon Spectre* I'm gonna go fly around for a little bit. ES needs to stretch his wings a bit. And don't worry. If I see anyone from Backdraft, I'll Hyperjam and return to report. *boards and flies off.*

*finishes programming and walks up to the Leo itself* I remember my last mission: to kill the apprentice of Milliardo Peacecraft. Since meeting him, I've abandoned that goal. I owe you big time, Byrd, or as you used to be known, Shinobi. Those Hyperjammers became your signature, and that never changed. Ex-assassins like ourselves should have annhialated each other during our first "sparring match", but we were equals. And we soon became brothers-in-arms, abandoning the assassin lifestyle and helping the armies of the world as hired mercenaries. World famous Oni and Shinobi: Gaze Team. Two modified Leos, nigh unstoppable. Not even I knew about the Nova Blast. Now the Nova Strike? Damn. I thought you died that day in the Sahara. I should've known better. This is no assassination or hired mission, is it? THAT's where you changed, my friend.

((There's a shocker! And that kinda sounds like us, Neo, minus the whole assassin bit. The merc, Ace Combat Zero. hehe))

"Now did I ever say you couldn't keep up? I'm wanting to fight him one on one for personal reasons. Now what are you doing with Zero? bending it out and then welding it closed? I don't think that will do any good really." -turns around looking at Koza- "I wonder if he'll ever open up to anybody but Byrd. He seems a bit... how can I say this.. well, distant."

*continues to fly, remembering past battles* It was mainly african and middle eastern countries who hired us. Hit ths building here, kill that person, destroy these suits. The money was good, but the idea of being a mercenary for the rest of my life, even as Gaze 2, Shinobi, didn't appeal to me. So I used Nova Blast to destroy the Ghost Leo and returned to Master Zechs' mansion to find that he'd been killed. Then I begin work on you, my friend. *sees the radar signature of Hydras and Hyperjams* What's this doing way out here, not moving? And where's that masked freak of a pilot? *Flies back to base*

*returns to the Leo and checks the progress of the new scythe.* Almost ready. Leo Reaper is about to be reborn. Just need one more thing. If you're gonna be this feared Leo, you gotta look the part. *Inputs a color scheme into the computer, and adds a cape and hood to the design* The cape is for looks alone. But that's what the target last sees, and the scythe. The stupid ones think that DeathScythe Hell has returned. hehe. Idiots.
