Tsuyosa leaned back against the wall, and picked out a few small rock shards that had lodged in his skin. It didn't hurt, to Tsuyosa it was different than brushing dirt from his clothes. He looked up once more, to the training boy. He had the idea of throwing the stone the right way, but just needed to perfect the way he hit the stone. It was a long and strenuous process, but now the Tekkenseisai master had no doubt that Raine could learn this jutsu. He was a true Tekkenseisai.

Raine had nothing else but this training in his mind. He grabbed the rock which was propped against the large store of stone. Holding it like usual he glared down at it with determination and flung the stone up. Waiting for the right moment, as it spun in the air. The Tekkenseisai flung out as it came close to his hand. He smashed into the rock, but it did not shatter like it was supposed to. In stead it cracked around his iron knuckles and slammed into the ground once more.

"Come on you stupid rock break." He kicked at the rock and hurt his toes aginst the stone. "Gah" Raine sighed quickly he grabbed the rectangular stone which was now bent, cracked, and crumbling. White dust coated his fingers and Raine had to blow away the dust on top so that it would fall in his eyes when he flung the rock up above his head. Again he took a stance setting his feet and thrusting the rock up quickly. He needed to shatter it this time, and prepared for a right cross. He flung out quickly and hit the edge of the stone, a large chunk cracked off and flung to the left, while the whole stone smashed again to the ground with a clack.

Lavi was pleased that the small boy wasn't succeeding, he didn't like to see him get hurt. And this whole Tekkenseisai style thing was no good at all. Not to mention Tsuyosa was supposed to be the logical adult and yet he was teaching Raine all these dangerous and cruel techniques. The kid was only 9 for christ's sake. He could barely watch as he stood in the sun, the stone beneath his checkered socks. He hadn't bothered to put on shoes when they came back outside, his thick, heavy, black boots didn't really allow heat to leave his body.

Raine flung up another stone to no avail, and watched it crash down to the ground again. "Ah." He crossed his hands across his chest, trying to think of what went wrong that time. Usually he just hit it in the wrong place.

The stone was now cracked almost in half, a huge chunk of it was gone and a large area was smashed in. It looked as if the stone would fall apart any moment. Raine hoped for this, as he launched it up once more. Pieces falling off and flying away quickly. Raine waiting and flung his arm out, smacking the rock and sending it flying into the side of the clan compund. the rock smashed in half and crumbled but did not send rock sharps flying like it was supposed to.

Tsuyosa stepped over to the pile of rocks, and grabbed another off the top. There were now three empty spaces. He handed the stone down to Raine, who looked up to the man, as if he were waiting for him to say something. Tsuyosa simply gave him a blank face, dropping the full weight of the rock into little arms and walking away. Positive reinforcement was for whimps. Raine shook his head. There was no way he could break the Clan leader. Again he took the rock and threw up the rock, he watched it wide-eyed as it tipped back towards his face though, and Raine sidestepped to get out away of the rock. It smacked the ground hard and bounced, rolling on it side.

The small boy sighed, picking the rock up by holding the sides of the stone and rolling it over in his hands. He got a good feel for the weight and practiced moving his arms up and down in a way that the rock wouldn't end up over his head. Raine bent his knees low and shot his whole body up, like usual he let it spin in the air a bit before launching his fist outwards. Smaking the rock hard with his Aian Nakkurru so that the rock exploded! Sharps flew all around him and lodged in his own body, staying up near his shoulders and face. Raine felt the stings and he also felt the familiar, tightening in his muscles as the fibers hardened under his skin. All he could feel was joy and victory. He bled as the tiny sharps fell from his skin and exposed his tissue, but smiled brightly fianlly getting the jutsu again.

Lavi sunk his head in his hands, but Tsuyosa clapped a bit. "Good, keep going you'll have it soon enough."

Raine hurt badly, but with his recent success he felt on top of the world. Tsuyosa grabbed another stone for him, and as he handed it to him. The man kneeled down and squinted looked at Raine's wounds. This made the boy feel awkward and he looked down at the stone, but the man pushed his head back and looked at his bleeding cheeks. Nothing too bad, still needed some care. "You can handle one more." with that he stood up and retreated back to his place by the wall.

Raine felt a bit odd about his examination and his shoulders burned with pain. Knowing that he wouldn't succeed after he had just been injured, Raine threw up the rock to the best of his ability which was just above his head. Raine didn't even have time to pull his arm back for the punch before the rock hit the ground. "Come on Raine, beat the pain." Tsuyosa called from behind him.

Raine looked back at Tsuyosa, it was true he had to get past the pain. It didn't hurt much anymore though, so Raine figured he was okay. Reaching down to pick up the rock once more, Raine pulled it up somewhat quickly. If he was going to use this in battle he would have to be much faster with the rock. Once in his hands, he flung it up to a good height, smashing into the stone with his fist, the Aian Nakkurru cracked the stone and it split in half falling to the ground. It was a good try but not quite what he was going for. He kicked the rumble out his way, while Tsuyosa grabbed him another stone.

Counting only two succeses now, Raine felt the pain of success flowing through the blood in his shoulders, it was hard to move but he was handed another stone and stood in position. Ready to do this once more, sapped of strength the boy flung up the stone and watched it as if flew up just above his head, not nearly higher enough. Trying to catch it again his arms gave out and the rock slipped from his arms cracking against the ground, and chipping off a bit. A white mark left were he picked it off the ground, but barely visible amongst all the rubble.

With the new rock, Raine lifted it a bit, stretching his aching arms out a bit. He definitely felt stronger after he whole morning of craziness. Raine still faced the large pile of stones while he worked, facing towards Lavi and Tsuyosa would have distracted him. The small boy pushed up and the rock which rotated in the air like a distant planet. Raine cracked out at the thing as fast as he could, his knuckles smacking into a corner of the stone, this made it extremely hard to break and the rock fell at his feet bouncing as it clacked along the ground.

Raine lifted the stone off the ground, and set his feet once more. He was having the most trouble hitting it at the right time, he really needed to focus if he was going to hit the stone in the perfect spot. With this Raine flung up the rock he tried to watch it closely, while pulling back his fist, the blade gleaming in the sun now high above his head. But as he watched, the stone went past his fist. He simply sliced the air before him, as the stone dropped to his toes. "Faster Raine, don't think about it too much." Tsuyosa yelled from behind.

The sun waned high in the sky as Raine picked the rock off the ground, his Aian Nakkurru digging into his finger, moist from his damp working hands. He held the stone in his arms and closed his eyes to breathe a bit and get his wits about him. As soon as his mind was cleared Raine pushed up with his legs and his arms throwing the rock high above his head. He had enough time to watch it fall as he put himself into place, pulling back his foot and shooting out his arm. Smashing the rock into oblivion, where is exploded and smashing into his face and the area around him. Raine closed his eyes and the sharps stung his face like icy water and the larger pieces hit him straight on, smashing his skin and stabbing into his muscle. Tsuyosa watched at the beauty of the movement, and was startled to see if come form such an inexperienced fighter. He could only watch it's perfection, and the rock shards spurted out and smashed into the pile of stone chipping away at the larger stone. A small cloud of dust covered the boy who coughed, and tried to lift his arms to move away the dust clogging his lungs. But now the shards were lodged inside his body and Raine could barely move his body. He smiled to himself this time, while Tsuyosa approached him, hoping he would pass out. The man grabbed the boy and led him slowly to the inside of the house. Lavi followed concerned as his mother would be, wanting to get a look at the new woods pooling blood to his shirt.

Raine felt horrible, his shoulder, neck, and face were hurting and bleeding. And yet all he wanted to do was keep training, but Tsuyosa was pushing him along. He took him in the kitchen, and sat him down on one of the chairs with his feet dangling down over the floor. The man disappeared for a few minutes. In the mean time Lavi sat next to the boy and examined his wounds, which were still seeping. A few of them were big and open. They cut through his shirt and stuck up out of his skin. Tsuyosa came back with a small white bock, an old town, and a small mirror. Raine looked up at the supplies questioningly. Tsuyosa set them on the table. "Take off your shirt." Raine knew what was coming now, and pulled off his shirt painfully moving his arms. With this gone, the full extent of damage could be seen, blood ran in small lines down his chest, and the rocks stuck out of his chest, shoulder, and neck. Raine sighed. It was pretty bad. "Just because you're all beat up doesn't mean you have to learn. Take these-" He opened the box and revealed a small fist aid kit, handing him some teasers and a few little packets of swabs that had medicine on them. Raine took them and stared at them like aliens, he thought Tsuyosa would be treating him. "Oh come on, if you are going to get hurt like you will. Than you need to be able to treat yourself." He set up the mirror on the table. "Clean out the rocks, and swab the other areas. Stitch up the big ones, and than bandage it up. I'll help you out if you can't get it. In the meantime. Lavi let's get cooking, I'm starving." The older boy looked up surprised and nodded, it was something Raine needed to learn.

The small boy held the teasers and the small packet. He set the packet down, and went after the big sharps of rock. When he plucked the out painfully blood flowed greatly and he had to use the towel to keep from getting his shorts bloody, it wasn't that bad though and they stopped bleeding soon enough.
