"My name?" She asked as she looked back to her parents, who where still talking tot he guards as people started to head to their homes and finding places to hide as the news of a possible battle started to spread across the city. "It's Karry!" She pipped up almost shouting her name. "Whats yours?" She cocked her head and looked at him.

I'm not allowed to tell you that Karry, it's against the rules. The only reason I asked to know yours was so I would know what name to mutter after your dead." Halo stood up, pulled his sword out of the sheath and plunged it through the young girls chest. Halo removed the blade wiping off the excess blood off of his sword and returned it to the sheath. Halo took Karrys twitching body in his arms and placed her in a sitting position where he just was.
Halo then took his hand and closed Karrys eyes. "Forgive me, Karry." He whispered in her ear. Halo turned and walked down the allyway as if nothing had happepend. Holding the sunflower tightly in his hand, for some strange reason, he was unable to let it go.

Her eyes widened as he spoke as fear consumed her. "Wh-.. Wh-..." She tried to speak but was unable to as the blade buried deep into her chest. The little girl's face was full of fear and pain for the second the blade was there. Slumping down against the wall, her hair fell in front of her face as a tear rolled down her cheek.
"Karry, lets go home." Her mother looked over at her as Halo walked away. "Karry?" She asked as she walked over to her daughter. "Lets go home." Grabbing onto Karry's hand, she pulled lightly to try and get her to stand up but her body just slumped over to the side. "Ahhhhh!!!!!! KARRY!!!!" She screamed out as the guard, and her father both looked over at the woman. "Sh-.. She's..." She started to cry as he held onto Karry.
"Who did this!" The father drew his sword as he looked about and pulled a passerbyer off to the side and questioned him. The person told him it was a man wearing white clothes, then walked off. Without any further questions, he started to run off in the direction the person had pointed in, along with the guard.

The shock of finding a loved one of yours is the most traumatizing expirence that one will never truly forget. Finding out that your loved one was murdered will leave one thought, Revenge. Halo knew this quite well. As Halo was walking away he could hear the screams of a mother calling out for a dying child. The child that he just slain. Some wise proverb once said. "For every reactions there is a counter reaction." But what he was really saying was that Karma is a b***h.
Halo grabbed his mask, and placed it over his face. He placed the sunflower behind his ear for safe keeping, and turned around slowly. Halo figured that if anyone was going to come they would follow the way he came. Halo withdrew his sword, ignoring the gasps and crys from around him, and stood there waiting for anything to happen.

The crying was starting to become quieter as the father came closer to Halo who stood there waiting for him. Everyone that was around Halo had backed up and looked at him as the father pushed aside everyone, with the guard right behind him. Everyone that had backed up formed a circle around the three making it easier to maneuver. They all wanted to run, but wanted to watch and see what was going to happen.
The father was the first one to reach him. He didn't expect Halo to be waiting there for him. "You b*****d! You killed my daughter!" He shouted out as two pillars of stone shot up on either side of Halo preventing him from moving to either sides. "You will pay with your life!" Reaching Halo, he swung his sword in a downward motion at Halo's head.
The guard had ran past Halo, and stopped suddenly causing him to slide. The father came from the front, the guard, from the back trying to flank him.

A small furry of wind surrounded the area of Halos body that the sword was attacking. The sword swung down and bounced off the wind leaving Halo unharmed. Halo turned to the side pushed his hand out infront of him sending a gust of wind blowing the father further back. He then took a step forward towards the father, taking no notice to the guard.
"I killed your daughter because it was her time to die. I didn't want to do it, but I don't control destiny. I think that I should tell you in the moments that I talked to Karry I found out that she extremely sweet and considerate. She wanted to help out a stranger, I'm sure if she were to grow up into a woman she would have made you proud."
Halo jabbed his sword at the Fathers stomach.
"Tell me what is your name?"

"You could have stayed your hand, and let an innocent girl live." He watched Halos blade as it came towards his stomach. The pillars that had shot up besides Halo had now vanished, as a shield of stone had "leaped" out of the ground, and blocked the sword's blade before falling and becoming part of the ground once again.
The stone in the city wasn't just for decoration, but also for protection of the people, and causing choke points for invading armies. Almost everyone who had lived here could control the stone, and bend it to their will.
Dropping his sword, he reached for a dagger that was on his right side with his right hand. Grasping the handle, he pulled it out with lightning speed with the blade aimed at Halo's chest as a few sharp stones followed the path of the blade.
"My name is one that has been passed down through my family for many years. If you do not know who I am, then you must be a fool." He smirked and looked at the guard, who backed down and stopped his attack.

Halo bent backwards dogging the dagger, dropping down in to the splits with one leg in front, going in between his enemies legs, and the other behind him. Halo pressed his hands to the ground lifting him up a few centimeters and used the wind to spin him around like a mini tornado. In attempt to make his target fall.
"Then stamp me as a fool. I have no clue who you are, other than the father of Karry."

Halo's spinning did cause him to trip up, causing him to fall. His face was with in two inches of Halo's now. His eyes showed nothing but pain his entire life. A scar ran down his left cheek, and one across the bridge of his nose. He could see Halo's eyes and realized he was blind. "No wonder..." He slammed his hand against the ground causing a pillar to shoot up into the ground where Halo's hand was. Rolling off to the side, he stood up, and readied his next move. "You can't see can you?" He waited to see what Halo's next move would do. "The poster's around town... That you should be able to see, will tell you I am Raven... One of the generals of the city..." He tossed his dagger into his other hand and drew a short sword.

"What does it matter if I can't see?! I don't need to see, eyesight blinds people!" Standing back back up and dusting off his robes.
Halo positioned himself in to a battle position. Looking in the direction of Raven. Halo ran at Raven jumped off his knee and glided with the wind on top of a building. "A man naved Raven who can not fly, talk about irony."

Just as Halo had leaped into the air, and used the air to fly, the ground around Raven began to rumble and crack. Slowly the stones started to move upwards towards the sky with him standing on them. The earth moved faster as he willed it to. Reaching to where Halo was, he hovered above him as a few pieces of dirt fell on Halo. "Oh look..." He faked a gasp. "I can fly." He watched him for a moment. "Maybe if you run now... You might live..."

"Congratulations" Halo said as he made the air surrounding Raven swirl around like a cyclone keeping him suspended, and trapped in the air.

"You want to play like that then?" Raven did the same thing as Halo, except with the stone roof. It curved up around Halo, closing him in side of a sphere of stone only leaving a small hole in the top to allow air and sound in. The stone was more than an inch thick, and was not easily broken. "If you let me go, I will let you leave, other wise, this will be your prison. There are other important matters to attend to besides talking with a killer."

"And you shall die floating in the air. With the entire population of this town laughing at how one man could defeat a general. Not to mention what would happen to your wife, she would have lost both you and her daughter. She'll probably kill herself, due to the depression that will ensue. It doesn't matter to me if I die in this box or not. At least no one can see me being defeated so easily" Halo yelled out.

"With your magic, if you die, it will it will be dispelled. Air can not stay like this unless being forced." The walls closed in slightly. The sound of the stone grinding against it self echoed loudly with in the sphere. "If I where to die, the stone will stay as is, and you die from starvation." His voice was calm and strong. "The people of this city know I am old, and soon will die. In fact... I have been at deaths door more times than anyone wishes to know. I have felt so much pain in my life, and others know it. They will not mourn for me, infact they will be glad I no longer feel pain." He looked about the city. "So... Dying for me will not be a hard issue, but you, you have felt much pain as well, I can sense it. You can have a good life if you so choose, you have much you can live for as well. If you don't want to throw it away, then you should dispell your magic, and I will let you go."
