"Umen, It's very fluent like the wind."
"Refuto, 6:00."
Immediately Refuto's arms were blazing with electricity after he saw the clone of Iri shoot towards the sky; anticipating an oncoming attack. Refuto rolls forwards according to Umen's hint and turns around in a kneeling position. Timing his defense, Refuto pounds the ground in front with one fist and points the other hand upwards to direct his charged electricity. A pillar of Rai shoots upwards to meet the oncoming wind blades. The sides of the wind blades grazed past as the middle was destroyed from the unmoving pillar of electricity. Refuto repulses the pillar of electricity so it flew at Iri's clone.
Umen started to make a hastened jog towards Ren's fallen body while still keeping tabs on Refuto's struggle.

Ren cursed loud in his head but replaced the word outloud with, "FUDGE!"
He tried to get up but his left leg wasn't responding at all and was completely limp.
Ren's optical bloodline spotted Umen coming closer. He was breathing heavily while trying to crawl away; the fatigue from running constantly had caught up to him.

Speed... 70%
Tier was running out of the forest at full speed towards Ren. His single yellow eye was targeted on Umen, the larger soldier who was making his way to Ren.
When Tier got within reach of Ren, he leaped over his fallen body and gathered up speed again. His black exoskeleton flashed with yellow chakra for one second. When Tier got within ten feet, he jumped at Umen in full force and punched with his right fist when he was in range. The speed and force of this punch could destroy a boulder.

The clone disappears. Two more spies are present, both of them staying hidden near Ren's head. The plan had been to pull a last resort move as soon as the strange men got close enough. But when Tier shows up, Iri gets another idea.
Ten spies shoot toward Ren from all directions. They're part of the arsenal of air spies that Iri's randomly planted within the Academy. She'll have to fix that weakness in her security system later. For now, they join with one of the spies near Ren. The original spy hides itself within the collar of his shirt. It will be used to track him, should he go anywhere. The eleven other spies form another clone. And then that clone splits into two clones.
Tier has Umen, so Iri takes Refuto. The clones vanish from sight. One appears again, in the air, about ten feet off the ground and right between him and Ren. She's more mobile up here, better able to evade an attack. The other appears behind Refuto, and wraps her arms and wings around him, trying to keep him still. He won't actually feel a person holding him. It's just pressure created by the air, and vaguely feels like limbs and wings. With a twirl of her wrist, the first clone forms a cyclone around Refuto. The cyclone has a diamter of about five feet and a height of eight feet. It's a solid barrier, thanks to the speed and force of the wind and the earth being sucked into it. Very quickly, she begins to thin the air within the cyclone. With something so small, it'll take a total of ten seconds to make Refuto's prison a vacuum. Unless his suit supplies air, or he doesn't require air, things will start to be difficult for him.

"Umen! These False Winds are hindering the extraction process."
"I'm going to be busy, Refuto. Signal Kansou for the extraction." Umen braced himself when he spotted Tier coming out of the trees. The large soldier stopped his advance towards Ren and waited for Tier to come to him. His four eyes were calculating the speed and trajectory of Tier's charge attack. The flash off of Tier's exoskeleton hinted that a head on confrontation wasn't a sound plan. When Tier was coming at Umen through the air, Umen side stepped and grabbed the extended arm with precision. In that movement, Umen used Tier's momentum to throw him across the ground before letting go. Umen's exoskeleton flashed with red chakra after the throw.
Refuto was caught in the medium sized tornado and stood there staring into the forest. The lack of air didn't seem to affect Refuto's performance. The slim soldier stamps both feet into the ground and starts to charge his red exoskeleton with electricity.
There's not much you can do from this far away, is there, False Wind. Or do you have another objective already in place..?
Refuto started to turn in the opposite direction that the tornado was spinning in. At first it was difficult, but then he clapped his hands together and the exoskeleton flashed with red chakra over and over. The amount of electricity he was using to speed up his exoskeleton's rotation was faster than the tornado's spinning. Refuto was turning faster and faster, forming a thin-tight barrier of electricity and chakra around himself that secluded him from the tornado. In a violent outburst, the concentrated barrier of electricity combined with chakra suddenly exploded outwards to distraught the tornado's wind currents. As soon as the tornado was thrown off it's balance, Refuto used his constant spinning to tear through the earth and winds with ease, coming out unscathed.
Refuto thrashed the ground apart when his spinning came to a halt.
His hand was still glowing with electricity while he snapped his fingers to make a distinct crackling sound. It was a signal for something.

There was a new chakra signature detected as Kansou dropped from the treeline. She landed into a roll and stopped by Ren's body, whipping a leg across his body and touching the back of his neck lightly. She murmured.
"Chuusuusei Biribiri..."
The pulse of electricity would be enough to knock Ren unconscious. As soon as her lips stopped moving Kansou's wrist swiveled to grab the cuff of Ren's collar. She stood up, surveying the scene before swinging the young nin over her shoulder and apparently ceasing to exist. One would have to dispel a heavy genjutsu to discern her movements.

Kansou had caught Ren by surprise when she showed herself; not seeing her beforehand. This was the woman who fought Kaimen and got away alive. He wasn't able to react fast enough and was knocked unconscious without using the last of his chakra to defend himself.

Tier tried his best to land on his feet and came to a sliding stop further away from Umen. Their shadows had touched when physical contact was made. Both Tier and Umen's shadows were now connected by a long shadow across the ground. Tier's hands immediately went up to form several handseals, "Krähetechniken: Schatten Bindung (Shadow Bind)"
The long shadow suddenly tensed at the command. Umen and Tier would now share the same movements.
He saw someone appear out of the forest who approached Ren. Tier immediately recognized the chakra signature as Kansou's. He was preoccupied with Umen and wasn't able to reach him in time.
"REN!"
Tier saw an electric pulse go through Ren's body when Kansou's foot touched the back of his neck. He wouldn't be able to hear Tier. "Tch..."
This fight was a distraction.
Strength... 90%
Speed... 90%
Tier's exoskeleton flashed over with yellow chakra again as his body's muscles grew slightly in size. He charged at Umen with neck-breaking speed and threw a punch directly at his chest. The punch could kill a normal man if it landed, and Umen was still connected with Tier's shadow bind. Umen would also charge at Tier and throw a punch in the same area.

False winds? Didn't Bao Steel say--!?
The clone that had attached itself to Refuto is destroyed. The other one is flickering. Back at the Rai Dojo, something has happened to make Iri's concentration waver. And the spy that had attached itself to Ren is now useless. Iri knows next to nothing of genjutsu. Her tracking system won't work now. Though she hates to admit it, she's failed.
The flickering clone looks to Tier. Then it disappears. Two spies are left in the field, back to their original forms. They're keeping an eye on Tier.

Umen's red exoskeleton flashed with yellow chakra before they started to charge at one another. The instant before their fists physically touched, Umen's fist had a yellow glow that was similar to Tier's chakra. When their fists met, there was an equal and opposite reaction. A shock-wave was sent through the air from the impact as neither of their fists moved forward or back. Tier would start to sense a drain of chakra from where their fists were touching.
Umen was starting to push Tier's fist back, seemingly regardless of the shadow bind that was in place.
Refuto started to charge his exoskeleton with more electricity as he stood up and looked over to Tier and Umen. The extraction was almost finished.
"Umen..."

Tier's single yellow eye strayed to Refuto when he saw electricity coming off his exoskeleton. The yellow eye goes back to Umen. He sees that Umen is somehow draining Tier's chakra and altering his binding technique's ownership. Not only that, but Tier's strength declined for a second while their punches struggled with one another.
Tier canceled the shadow bind and jumped backwards; knocking their fists away while he did it. Their shadows went back to their respectable owners.
"You have a small window of opportunity because someone from Black Projects might be watching."
Tier's single yellow eye locks onto Kansou's retreating chakra signature, his eye finally saw through the Illusion.
"Does that mean Bao is active right now, too? Is he going after "False Wind"; that 3rd person on your hit list? Isn't that what you called Iri's wind techniques just now?"

Iri's voice emits from one of the two spies, somewhere to Tier's right side.
"And what is he going to do with Ren?"

Umen starts to back up slowly. Their time was indeed running short. "...Refuto, you said a lot in two words."
"Don't answer them, Umen."
"I know, Refuto. But you--"
"Don't rush me, either.."
"Just do it, Refuto."
Umen turned and leaped away from Tier. Refuto immediately replaced Umen's position with a similar leap and released a wall of electricity at Tier from his own exoskeleton. The slim electric wall grew larger and larger as it flew across the ground at Tier. It's length and width extended to twenty feet. The purpose of this electric wall was to temporarily disable Tier's senses for 10 seconds if it touched. Umen was already making his way to the treeline.

"I think you're the "False Wind", Iri." His single yellow eye analyzed the environment and how far the treeline was from his current position.
Tier charged forward through the electric wall. There was a coating of chakra over his exoskeleton that protected him from any damage the electricity might cause. His senses went offline for ten seconds but Tier continued to charge forward to where he saw Umen last. He would charge through Refuto too if he didn't move out of the way in time.
Tier's current strength and speed wasn't a force to stop by any physical means.

Refuto and Umen immediately got out of Tier's way. They instead met up and locked hands together in hand-signs. Their red exoskeletons started to glow with red chakra before there was an explosion of fire and electricity. The explosion's radius wasn't large but it left a scorched mark on the ground; Refuto and Umen were gone.
They were counting on Kansou to finish the extraction.
