"Och, nonsense. I've always been a night-owl. Per'aps we'll put the girls and Solas in my wagon and stay up all night talking in yours," she jokes. "Certainly Ro'd enjoy a bit of a stay-over."
Ro laughs and nods emphatically. He does indeed. Especially from her.
Solas picks up on this. "Kithy kithy kithy!" he says, wiggling about happily in her arms.

Voltaire ponders this for a moment. Certainly she had been joking but truly it seemed like a good idea. The children enjoyed each other's company and the girls seemed to both be of sound mind and body enough to take care of one infant. "As would Annjette I am sure. She had been spending far too much time with her father." He laughed.
Annjette laughed as well as she leaned and gave Solas three kisses upon the cheek. Each time he said the word, in his own way, he was rewarded with a kiss on the cheek from the swan-girl.

Caroline smiles, eyes twinkling like stars. "Per'aps we should, then," she teases, sipping her tea, but looking at Voltaire.
Rojiza giggles. Be careful about that, he'll never leave you!
Indeed, Solas had learned from this experience, and now bounces in Annjette's arms, once for each word. "Kithykithykithykithykithykithy!!"

"Perhaps we should." He said with a nod and despite her teasing and his realizing that perhaps this was but teasing for now. Voltaire was putting considerable thought into it had been a while since he had sat up with another adult and just talked.
Annjette laughs lightly, "That so?" Even if she wasn't listening to his words she still knew he was chanting for more kisses. So for each bounce and word she planted a kiss on cheek or forehead. "There you go sweetheart. Though I think I am running out of kisses you need to let me rest a while so I can build them back up." It was a light teasing tone.

Caroline smiles. "I think that'd be lovely," she says. She glances over at the children.
Solas nods reverently and wiggles down. He yawns and hugs onto Fuzzy Sister's leg.

The half-elf laughed a bit, "Then let's do it. What is the use of us thinking about it. I am lonely, you are lonely." There was a pause as he realized what he had just insinuated. "I..I meant let's talk together and let the children spend the night in one of our w-wagons.." A faint blush crept over his own cheeks.
Annjette smiled warmly at the boy and then up at her friend, "It seems someone is a little tired."

Caroline blushes as well. "Oh. Aye, that," she says, trying not to sound disappointed. Disappointed about what? He meant what he said, he just had bad word choice.
Ro nods. It's about his nap-time anyway. She picks him up and carries him to their wagon, nodding for Annjette to follow. She puts Solas down in their big bed that fills most of the wagon.
Solas sticks his thumb in his mouth and sighs, curling up.

He shifted a bit as he finished his tea, "Okay we shall tell the children that we are going to talk at my wagon and that they may have Mountain Air to themselves..." It sounded innocent at least he wanted to believe it sounded innocent.
Annjette followed her friend to the wagon and chuckled a bit, "You are very blessed. You have a brother and a mother that loves you."

Caroline nods. "Right. Looks like they've all gone to my wagon anyway. I'll go tell them and be back in a moment." She wanders over to Mountain Air and peeks in on the children. "Annjette, lass, how'd ye like to stay the night here with Ro an' Solas?" She bustles about putting things in a basket, almost like a picnic. A clean shirt, just incase, her comb, and an unmarked bottle of amber liquid and two small glasses, cradled by her shirt. She straightens and smiles at the girls.
Ro arches an eyebrow at her mother. Where are you going? Surely you aren't planning on staying the night in Annjette's wagon, unchaperoned! She shows the pad to Annjette and giggles before handing it to Caroline.

Voltaire nodded as he wandered to his own wagon to put up his tools and to neaten up the inside a bit. It wouldn't do to make Caroline believe that they lived like slobs or some such. Not that the wagon was that messy. Annjette, being a dutiful daughter, kept the place rather s**c and span.
The swan-girl tilted her head a bit as Caroline came in and began to gather things. That was seemingly odd. She tilted her head to the note Ro wrote and then giggled before responding to Caroline's question, "I don't mind, but you guys aren't up to anything are you?" There was a teasing tone to her voice.

"Och, of course not! We've simply started a conversation that may verra well last the night, and so I'm sure you ladies willna mind minding the wee lad, will ye?" she asks, nodding to Solas as she refers to him. "Bein' that ye're almost grown up now an' all." She chucks both girls under their chins, winks, and bustles out of the wagon.
Rojiza blinks after her. That was...strange. Should I worry?

Voltaire sat upon the steps leading into his wagon, waiting and simply enjoying outside air before having to be cooped up in the wagon with naught but Caroline for company, not that it was a bad thing.
The swan-girl took a moment to consider the note and the odd behavior, "I don't think so. Papa is a kind man and would not harm your mother. I think it is just surprising because it was so sudden and without warning. A lot of things like that seems to be happening lately...Sudden changes in people and air..."

Caroline smiles as she almost saunters up to Voltaire. "Right, well, that's taken care of. They'll be in the wagon for the afternoon and evening." She smiles. "I also brought a bit of a treat for ye," she says with a twinkle. "I'll show ye later."
Ro nods. Perhaps it is the air. People had been acting awfully strange lately. She shrugs it off and sits on the bed.

"A treat, eh?" He laughed lightly as he stood up to greet her, "Shall we go inside or did you wish to stay out for a bit longer? It does not matter to me one way or the other your company is just as delightful either way."
Annjette also nodded as she moved to sit next to her friend. "Besides we are nearby if anything should happen. Come, let's make most of this night. Quietly of course. Wouldn't wish to wake the little pink sweetheart."

Caroline smiles. "I'd love to sit outside and watch the bittie stars come out," she answers. She feels giddy, like a young girl who's disobeyed her parents for the first time.
Rojiza smiles. What do you want to do? she asks by way of her trusty pad of paper. Her penmanship had improved by scores since she'd first started using it.
