Cortez look worried "Biting her could be dangerous, she has gods blood in her. who knows what it could do to him. in his stat it could make him worse, or better. hard to tell." Cortez was trying to remember how the gods blood had effected himself. all he knows is that it has made him immortal. unable to die or pass on.

Vaine shrugged, "Maybe you should go check on her?" He suggested as he began to slowly doze off in the comfortable chair he was resting in.

Cortez looked irritated "alright, you take your nap." Cortez left to go see Sybil
Ebony answered the door to the palace, "Cortez please come in." he welcomed him and guided him to Sybil who was reading in her study.
Sybil looked up from her book "Oh Cortez, what brings you here?" she sounded surprised.
"I need to warn you about Kaosti, hes dangerous." Cortez told her. "He will want to bite you, and i dont think that would be a very good idea. You see, your blood could give him incredible power, and its unstable and unpredictable."
Sybil was listening intently and she leaned forward in her chair. Cortez came closer to her.
"when i drank your great grandmother's blood, i was given incredible strength and blood lust. hours after the event, i went blind for a month. and because i bit her, it actually weakened her power. and i later found out that it wont allow me to die. even though my body is broken i cant pass on. i can only transfer myself into other objects and people."
puzzled Sybil asked "so how did you get your body back?"
"well Chrono was ever so kind enough to return my body to me. anyway, there is no knowing what sort of effects your blood could have on Kaosti, so you must do your best to prevent him from biting you, at least until he has matured more."
Sybil nodded "thank you for letting me know of this knowledge, i will keep it in mind"
Cortez bowed and returned back to his home.
Lucid greeted him at the door. "Cortez im sorry about your blood, i was already tipsy from the wine. and i just couldn't stop myself." he looked sincerely sorry and Cortez accepted his apology. "alright but now that Kaosti is gone on vacation you will watch over Ania. take her for a walk or something. dont let her get bored." Cortez shooed him off and returned to the basement and crashed on the couch.

Hiro rose from his deep slumber and scratched his head, "Wha... Herm...." sliding out of bed he stumbled over his shirt and continued his dazed walk downstairs. as he entered the living room he saw only Asillin on the couch and decided to sit in a chair near her and wait for her to wake up, before finding Vaine and returning home.

Asillin stood up and stretched her arms. she let Vaine's coat slip off of her and drop to the floor. she stood in front of the dead fireplace with a sad look. she looked down at the crumpled jacket circling her ankles and picked it up. she turned to Hiro "Where is he?" her voice was quiet and sad, she probably though he had left her alone again.

Hiro stared at her and sniffled, "Sleeping I'm assuming... It is morning." he replied simply while rising from his chair, "You should probably put your dress back on now..." he said while indicating the crumpled white thing that was her pillow the night before.

Asillin looked at Hiro curiously, "why should i?" in her mind she saw no need to wear clothes, besides she hated the way they felt on her, always twisting and tripping on and folding up and so on.

"Because it's socially unacceptable to wonder out in public without clothes on, and you'll most likely go to a bad place where you get locked up behind bars and old nasty smelly men sexually assault you...." he replied, hoping that would be enough for her to keep her clothes on; at least until they got home. "Besides... You looked cute with that dress on."

Asillin looks down at her crumpled dress distainfuly. instead she threw on Vaine's coat and marched down stairs
"Vaine" she wined "Hiro says old men will touch me if i dont wear clothes." she pouted and looked at him with her big eyes.

Vaine's head hung, his hair covering his face, and his half full glass of wine laying limply in his hand. When Asillin came down and said something about old men and dresses Vaine nearly leapt out of the chair and gripped his wine glass tightly to prevent from losing it's contents, "What did you say sweetheart? I was sleeping...."

she looked a little displeased and decided she was tired as well "is this our home or are we going back to the other one?" she didn't really want to share Vaines attention with so many people anyway.

"You wish to go home?" he asked as he looked into her beautiful eyes, "Alright, I'll just scribble a little note on Cortez's desk, inviting him to visit for some blood, and we'll be on our way, Okay?"
Vaine walked over to the desk and scribbled on a piece of scratch paper, walked over to Asillin and scooped her up in his arms, "Alright, Let's go home."

when Sybil woke up, she was overwhelmed with powerful feeling of nausea. she bolted from her bed and threw herself into the bathroom, grasping the porcelain bowl.
Ebony knocked on her bathroom door, concern written on his face. "i heard you from down the hall. are you alright?"
Sybil replied with a groan. "just leave me alone for a bit."
"As you wish"
Ebony returned to the kitchen and fixed her breakfast

[say a week or so had passed]
Lucid had returned from his vacation to Drautia, and he acquired a new friend. a young girl, 15 at most, dressed up like a doll, and she had a white porcine face to match. she had blond curly locks of hair that dribbled over her shoulders. Lucid held her in one arm and she held on to his shoulder and chest. her curls bounced as they walked up the path to the VonMire home. Cortez met Lucid at the door. Cortez looked incredibly displeased, "Lucid WHAT have you done?" he hissed. Lucid gave him an arrogant look "I made myself a new companion." he then patted her leg "Cortez this is Abigail, Abigail this is my grandfather Cortez." Lucid set her down to the carpet. Abigail bowed and curtsied "It is a pleasure to meet you Cortez." but Cortez did not look at her, his cold eyes were still locked with Lucid.
"It is forbidden to turn one so young." he warned
"Relax, she was at deaths door when I found her. I simply gave her a new and better life." Lucid looked down at her in admiration "Isn't she beauti-"
Cortez cut him off "She can not stay here."
Lucid gave Cortez a shocked look "What? why not? she's family now."
"No. you cant stay either."
"your kicking me out?! but this is my home!"
"i dont care where you go, but as long as you are with her, you two are not welcome under this roof." Cortez said to him leaning in as he did so, their faces were only a foot apart. Abigail held to Lucid's side.
Lucid and Cortez glared at each other for a minute, though it felt like eternity. "very well, i will go and live in my own home."
Lucid picked up Abigail and turned to the door, he blew it open with a powerful wind that shook the house. Abigail, frightful, clung to him hiding her face in the curve of his neck.
memories flooded Lucids mind, he was leaving the only place he called home, a new emptiness grew inside him, and he couldn't understand how Cortez could turn down such a beautiful little girl like Abigail. she was innocent and had the face of an angel. Lucid cherished her. he held her close as he strolled down the moonlit street. Lucid decided he would build a home outside the city. maybe he would have some horses. but in the meantime he had to find a place to stay. they stayed in an apartment. unfortunately it had large windows facing east. so he invested in two coffins for them to sleep in. Abigails was white and blue and gold, his was a dark wood with red silk interior. when it was time for sleep Lucid tucked her into her coffin and said goodnight. but not ten minutes after he crawled into his, she was tapping on his coffin. she crawled in and curled up with him. she was still so young and insecure.
Cortez was furious still, he coldnt believe Lucid could have done such a thing. to turn an innocent was a sin, and in the vampire world, a crime. he knows if the rest of the vampire community learns of this, they will likely hunt them down. Abigail would be put to death, and Lucid would likely be tortured for eternity. the old vampires are often unforgiving and cruel. Cortez looked like a saint compared to them. Cortez feared for his grandsons life, and he was wright to.

Sybil again stood naked in her full body mirror, she turned to the side and examined herself. that bump WAS getting bigger! she measured herself to be sure. her face went pale. her belly was growing at an alarming rate. she threw on a shirt and shorts and ran out to find Jabez. "grandpa look!"
she practically forced him to look at her naked belly as she lifted up her shirt.
"i have been dieting and exorcising all week and im actually getting bigger!" she wined
Jabez knelt down and placed his hand on her belly. he pressed and poked it a bit. both of them were silent "go ask Ebony about this." he suggested
Sybil pulled her shirt back down and walked away with a less than satisfied look on her face.
she marched up to Ebony who was eating a bagel in the kitchen. she pointed to her belly "this is fat, although i have been exorcising all week."
Ebony dusted the crumbs off of his hand and rested it on her abdomen. "you have a parasite." he said dully.
Sybil gave him an obserd look. "What?"
"your pregnant"
"how? how can you tell? What? im a VIRGIN!" she was obviously confused and upset.
"I can sense it in you, does it belong to your boyfriend?" Ebony almost sounded disgusted.
"No! I have never even done that! are you sure? because, im still a virgin." she argued. thought there was nothing to argue about. Ebony was certain.
"Trust me, im certain, and im not pulling your leg about it." his voice was monotone and assertive.
nothing could explain the emotions Sybil was feeling. she didnt want to believe him, but she knew he was right. she felt scared. she looked down and began to cry. she felt helpless. Ebony reached out to her and held her comfortingly. "dont worry we will figure this out." he said soothingly and brushed through her hair.
after a good five minutes of crying she gathered herself together. "i need to see Kaosti." she stated. Ebony nodded and let her go. Sybil cleaned herself up and put on a cute summer dress. white and flowing with a bit of lace.
