With a yawn, she replied, "I would really like to stay here?" After the quiet statement, her arm fell off his shoulder and lightly brushed down his chest and stomach, but her finger grabbed some part of his cloak, her other hand falling to the sand. This was defiantly a notion of her falling asleep against him. As the wind harshly blew against them, small goose bumps creating on her arms. She didn't really move, just a small shiver crossed her body, her hand twitching here and there.

::Jay would nod as he heard her statement and gave a small nod and a smile. Feeling her hand gently drift down to his chest, he could sence that she was beginning to fall asleep. Taking his cloak, he would wrap it around the two of them, keeping it there with a soft embrace. He gently nuzzled her cheek playfully as he, too, blinked tiredly. It looked like they wouldn't bother going back to their dorms to rest::

Her hand was slowly sinking into the sand. She could feel her body being pulled body to the ground, slowly drifting off. (at least it was high tide! >.<) She was breathing slowly through her mouth, small huffs of air. The hair that was resting in her fast would brush across his skin every time she let out another breath of air. (WB)

(ty! blaugh ) ::He felt her soft hair graze his skin every so ofter, but he really didn't mind. The soft sand took an outline of their image as he sunk into the soft sand as well. Those eyes of his slowly closed as the cloak formed a ball of warmth around the two. Before he would lose consciceness, he would gently lean up and kiss her on the lips. Lying back down, those eyes cloted tiredly and he began to drift off...:

::Those eyes opened slowly, the blazing sun now shining down on the both of them. Letting out a soft grunt, he would look down and see Rayne snuggled up under the cape. Not wanting to wake her up, but at the same time, not wanting to stay pinned down the entire time, he gently removed the cloak from the both of them. It was warm enough outside...the sun was up and beating down on them. The water was slowly rising up to their level as well. He blinked tiredly, saying:: "Guh...I've got to go to work soon"

It still felt different being exposed to the breeze. She flinched, opening her eyes to the slightly more cool temperature. She rubbed both eyes then gently pushed off the sand to were she was leaning up. Glancing over at Jay, she threw him a comforting smile. "Good afternoon." she stated, eyes still squinting.

::Those eyes blinked once more as he leaned up after she had gotten off him and the sand she was laying on. Lifting up his headband and scratching his forehead, he would nod and say:: "Is it the afternoon? Hmm...I wonder exactly how long we slept" :a grin swept his face now as he arose from the sand and extended a hand to help her up.:: "We should really get to work soon." sweatdrop

She grabbed his hand and pulled herself up. The walk was pretty long so if the wanted to make it on time they had to hurry. "Lets go then..." she said sort of disappointed that they had to leave and go straight to work... She still kept a smile on and started to pull him behind her, him in his state of standing still.

O.o; Gah! ::he said as she pulled him along. The pair quickly made their way through the trail till they hit the lake. From the lake, they would take the fastest route to the Tavern. Jay had suspected that people were probably being served already by the other members of the staff.::

When they got to the front of the tavern she stopped. Still a few feet away, she took both his hands and leaned up, giving him a sweet kiss, then walking off to the front doors of the tavern.

After the long walk from the Tavern to no where, she stopped by the lake. It was nice there, pretty sight, cool breeze, just all out relaxing. Soon after just looking at the view she found herself floating on top of the water, her clothes attached to her body. She drifted along with the small waves that the waterfall had created, being so close to it and all. The lake seemed shadowed over, it really not, her vision just a bit glassy.

::Jay would head towards the lake and see Rayne going under the falls. Inclined to fallow, he would quickly walk around the edge and step on a few stones, making his way under the falls and into the caves. With a soft sigh, he would look inside and see nothing, then look behind him and see Rayne once more. He sat on the rock patiently, waiting for her to arise::

Slowly opening her eyes, she drug herself out of the water the rest of the way. Her feet were all shriveled up, pants, boot, and socks soaked. She pushed the front of her body up, her arms covered in small goose bumps. When seeing Jay, eyes still half open half closed, she slowly crawled over to him and placed her head on his right leg. She yawned, closing her eyes once more. With a weak grin on, she managed to say before falling back asleep, "Hey you, all settled in the inn yet--"
