"Are you sure? I could go back and get my purse..." she said. The waiter then seated them and Kayla frowned, looking over the menu. She laughed at his comment.
"Ah, well I don't eat much anyways," she said, scanning the menu over for the second time. "Mmmm... everything sounds so good.."

Rivin nodded and smiled.
"Nah, I''m sure...its not like you don''t deserve it" Rivin smiled and looked at the menu as the waiter came walking towards them, with a packet of paper.
"Are you ready to order....alright what you like" Waiter asked after Rivin gave a nod.
"mm...spagetti" Rivin said quickley and looked over at Kayla.

Kayla smiled at Rivin. She then rose an eyebrow; it was like he had read her mind. She blinked and realized the waiter was waiting for her to order.
"Oh, I'll have spagehtti as well," she said, handing her menu over to the waiter.

Rivin nodded and smiled at her, after a few moments of waiting in scielence the waiter popped out with a pair of soda's, and a jug of water with two glass cups. He didn't look to happy, he slamed the soda's, glasses and jugs. He gave a huff and turned on the back of his heel and left.
"I wonder whats wrong with him? Probley just got fired er something, that must suck" Rivin said quickley seeming to answer himself. Then looked at Kayla and smile.
"So what happened to your knee back there?" Rivin added quickley so not to sound insain.

Kayla frowned as the waiter stomped off. She shrugged and poured herself a glass of water.
"Oh, I was returning something when I tripped in the courtyard. There must have been a broken bottle around or something because a shard of glass got jammed into my knee," she said, sipping her water. She smiled at him. "But it's fine now, thanks to you and your handy-dandy magic skills. That nurse didn't do the best patch up job; she didn't seem to happy when I went in,"

Rivin smiled, her complement wasn't taken lightly.
"Well thats very nice of you to say, well I'm not sure about you but I've never seen broken bottles before in the courtyard, but hey you never know...so hows life being treating you?" Rivin said smiling as he saw another waiter walking out with two trays of spaggeti. Suddenly he tripped and the trays caming flying towards them, Rivin quickley pointed his wand at them and they freezed in mid-air then went back to the try, Rivin smiled then went back at looking at Kayla.

"Life's been--"
She stopped, seeing the waiter trip. She ducked from the flying spaghetti and closed her eyes, but after a few seconds nothing had hit. She looked up and blinked, catching the end of Rivin's saving-the-spaghetti act. She smiled.
"Life's been treating me as it always has been; with utter confusion,"

Rivin nodded, and looked at her.
"Oh I see, well thats better then some peoples I guess.." Rivin said trying to find away that would make her life sound better. He smiled and picked up his fork as the waiter handed each of them a plate of steaming spagatii. He looked at it and smiled.
"Dig in^^" he said with a bright face as he slowly took his fork with his left hand and began to eat, with the ut most manners.

Kayla smiled, neatly folding her napkin on her lap. She thanked the waiter and neatly cut her spaghetti and ate silently. She sipped her water and smiled at Rivin.
"This is so nice of you, to take me out for lunch," she said, even though it was well past lunch.

Rivin smiled, her complments were hitting the right places it seemed. He finished what was on his fork then looked at her.
"Well I see this as like a get together, since I haven't been around much latley, so it gives us the chance to talk and stuff..." He smiled and ate another spoon full, a smile still apon his face. He looked at the soda then at the water, dilema so he did what ever anyother guy would do, he took the soda. Of course there was another one but it seemed to rude that she was drinking water.
"Er...would you like a soda?" he knew she obivoulsy wanted water but he thought it would be the right thing to do to ask.

She smiled, continuing to eat.
"Well, it was a wonderful idea," She looked at the soda and shook her head. "No thank you. I don't like soda," she said, blushing slightly as her hand reached for her water.
"Is your meal good?"

Rivin smiled, his had a hunch for seeing what people like just by looking at them. He nodded as he finished the food in his mouth and began to speak
"Yes, its very nice, how about your?" Rivin said as he put his fork into the empty plate as it screched, he looked down to see only sauce left on it, with a few spare noodles. He gave a laugh and looked at Kayal.
"I guess our converstaion was so good, I didn't even get a chance to see it" Rivin said with a chuckle, as he lefted the straw to his mount. The odd sound of liquid bening sucked from ice came to ear, he looked and notcied that Kayla wasn't has done as he was and gave another bright smile, as he wiped his face with the pure white napkin.

Kayla smiled.
"It's excellent. So yummy," she said, eating another fork full. She sighed and sipped more of her water. She pushed her unfinished plate away.
"I don't think I'll be able to finish; I'm too full!" she said, smiling and laughing slightly.

Rivin smiled, and looked at her with an odd smile. Then gave a wink, he dropped some money on the table, then grapped a large handfull of Kayla's spagetti and threw it at the watier that had just turned her back. Quickley the handful hit the waiter and dropped the tray of food on a large man. He gave a huff picked some up and threw it, it missed the waiter and hit another man. One thing after another, a few moments later there was a full out food fight. Rivin grapped Kayal and ducked under the table and smiled just before a large cream filled pie hit the floor near them, splattering cream alover them.
"Fun huh?" he said with a laugh as he grapped some of the cream and tossed at an older looking women.

Kayla blinked. What the hell was he doing? Once she had figured it out, she laughed and ducked under the table with Rivin.
She smiled. "I suppose it is," she said, as she watched him throw ice cream at the older woman. She giggled.
