Well the two sets of twins that I remember are the Patil and Weasley ones. Pretty, dark hair sort of rules out the flaming red of the Weasleys. So I'd guess Parvati or Padma Patil. Since we can look it up, I looked up Padma's descriptions in GoF, and that didn't mention facial shape at all (though you'd think that identical twins would have the same facial shape so the best way to distinguish between the twins is pick a clue that tells which twin you are actually focusing on) I'd say that your clues lead more to Parvati Patil.
1) She can fix almost any injury,
2) She helped Remus out on full moons, and
3) She gave Professor Dumbledore a pair of earmuffs.

And yes, it's Parvati. In the movie, she has more of an oval face shape than Padma. It isn't mentioned in the books, but I thought going off the movie would make it a bit more challenging for the others in the guild. I personally thought it was easy because I noticed that right away, but I also saw the movies first, so I still refer everything about HP to the movies, not the books. But I found that everyone here refers to the books, so I thought it would be a little more of a challenge, which I see that it was.
1.) Dork-ish.
2.) Good at Herbology.
3.) Has a bone to pick with Bellatrix Lestrange.
