✮ It Takes A Lot To Know A Person:
xxxxx Belmonte likes staying within his own personal 'bubble'. He won't appreciate you crossing boundaries without his permission - only immediate family are excused from this. He loves both of his mothers dearly, and picked up an interest towards reading from Ophelia, whereas his adoration for flowers came from Serenade's side of the family. Monty can talk for hours on end about an exciting book he read, or about these exotic flowers he spotted while on an outing with the family. As soon as someone outside his immediate family (grandparents included) shows up though, he clams up, and pretty much only speaks when addressed. He doesn't have much interest towards people, but usually observes everything around him half-mindedly, just to be sure he doesn't miss out on something.
He also has incredibly keen hearing and is able to single out the voices of his mothers and siblings no matter how much background noise there is if they're in the vicinity.
Monty likes to sing, but usually only does it while baking or making flower arrangements. He's not interested in lessons or pursuing a career in music, it's just something that comes naturally to him.✮ History Lesson ✮ ✮ The Good Old Days:
xxxxx Belmonte is very much a mommas' boy, without any particular preference he'll gladly curl up next to either of his mothers to read a book or simply to watch them doing whatever they're working on.
He inherited some plant-affiliated magic from Serenade; his ability is to revitalize blooming plants, even when they're almost completely wilted. He can keep cut flowers in full bloom in a vase for weeks as long as he remembers to check up on them regularly, and his treatment usually slightly enhances the fragrance of flowers as well.
