 Shiki let out a sharp scream as another entity took him over. He took the glasses off quickly and stuffed them into his pocket, "I got you," He said coldly, grasping Sandra's hand with one hand and holding his knife with the other, "Saa...Lets' begin!" He said tauntingly to the women.

Sandra looked up at Shiki frightened by the change in his demeanor. She closed her hands around a handful of the round seeds she had used at Lake Alenca before.
The women suddenly all smiled in the same menacing way and moved towards the pair they had surrounded.

Shiki laughed, "Don't move a muscle," He told Sandra and let her go. Shiki crouched, touching his free hand on the ground. Then, it was like he disappeared. All that could be seen was the glimmer of his knife as it streaked through the crowd of women. Going faster than the eye could follow, he killed mercilessly; not caring that he had to go around Sandra at times to continue. As long as she was still, she would be safe. Even some of her clothing ruffled a little from when he zoomed past, not that she could see him.

Sandra held as still as she could. her eyes were wider than usual and she had to force herself not to panic when she felt Shiki go by her a couple times. She just watched as the women fell by Shiki's blade.

Shiki seemed tireless as he killed the women in rapid succession. Within about thirty seconds, the women that were attacking them were in pieces on the ground. Shiki stopped a few feet behind Sandra. His back was facing her and he was licking his bloodied hand. He wasn't using just his blade from the blood on his free hand. "Weaklings caught in my little web," Shiki laughed evilly, "Such a wonderful taste," He commented on the blood on his hands.

Sandra slowly turned her head so she could see him. Her hand was still in her bag as if she was still ready for an attack. She didn't say anything to him as adrenaline was still running through her veins. She wasn't sure if it was safe yet.

Shiki saw some more people approaching, but he stopped himself. After holding his head for a few seconds; he turned around, grabbed Sandra by her wrist, and took off back towards the woods. He was unusually quick and light footed. After a few seconds of running he found that a normal person could not possibly keep up with his speed, so he pulled her in front of him and lifted her into his arms; not once slowing down.

Sandra had stumbled after him when he had pulled her away but she had forced her legs to move fast enough until Shiki lifted her up and carried her. She had a stunned look on her face, not seeming to quiet comprehend what was happening at the moment.

 When they were well inside the veil of trees, Shiki let Sandra down and collapsed.

Sandra crawled over to where Shiki had collasped and gently shook one of his shoulders. "Shiki...?" she said, her voice colored with worry. She had no idea what had happened with him back there or if he was in trouble now.

 "...Ah..." Shiki moaned and tried to forced himself to get up. Doing that reminded him that his glasses were off. He fumbled into his pockets and found them eventually. He put them back on and managed to turn around to face Sandra. After all of that, he was only a little bit winded, "Yeah...?" He asked Sandra as he caught his breath again.

Sandra looked a little relieved when he sat up. "Are you alright?" she asked, sounding calmer now that he seemed to be back to normal.

"I've been better I'll admit," Shiki said, "...I can't remember anything past leaving the hotel...I must have..." He sighed. Great...Not something he wanted Sandra to see.

"But you're going to be alright?" Sandra asked. "Because I have something that could help you get your energy back, or i could grow some plants to help if you feel sick..." She rambled off some things she could help him with, seemingly unable to stop herself.

Shiki only laughed, "No plants can help my problem," He said, "I'll be fine. Just give me a second to catch my breath."
