Saw my PT today and trained with her for 3 hours! She showed me all the equipment I'll be using. She'd made me two programs (upper/mid body and lower/mid body) and I'll be doing each program 1-2 every week plus aerobics classes and other things.
I also found out my shoulders/neck area is really locked up, since I couldn't do all the movements she told me to. She felt my shoulders and told me I need to see a physiotherapist to unlock the tension in my shoulders before I can start doing the movements on my own. So I'm going tomorrow and hopefully the tension can be shed away so I can get to my training. It would suck if I couldn't do all the movements in my program just because my upper body's locked up. D:

Nice... well, except for those locked up shoulders. I hope it's nothing serious.

Not trying to advertise, but I created this guild as somewhat of an attempt to unite other wimmenz metalheads in Gaia. I was inspired by the LJ community Female Metalheads which is actually doing really well.
Anyway, I only joined this guild a few minutes ago but I really like it here so far! I'm glad to know that there are other female metalheads here too!

Their pretty small, but their there.

When I was in high school there was 2 other girls who listened to metal. No boys though. D: But I was in a school for those who were good at either music or sports. And of course all the boys were jocks. Now I'm getting a higher education and there's only girls in my grade. And if there happens to be a boy in other grades, he's 99% likely to be gay, since I don't think many straight men want to be assistants. biggrin So I've always been a loner too. sad
And my boobs are small too, but I eventually got over it, even though all my friends have massive knockers...

There are a couple guys at my school who are metalheads. Most are posers though....
In middle school they were wannabe gangsters.
I'm glad I have small boobs though,
I don't hurt them when I sleep on my stomach.
