I came in here to take the meat off the chicken bones so that I could use the bones to make some soup. Fixing you a plate will be no problem.
So how's the Modly business today? Has the latest Gaia glitches made it difficult to do your duty?
But then, you've got the great and powerful Mod server so I bet it was better for you.
Does the Mod server have a name?

*sigh* You're right...I swear, I AM turning into my mother. I spent most of this morning on my hands and knees, up to my elbows in warm sudsy water, washing the outside of the fridge.
Tea will be fine...I'm too nauseous from the chemical fumes to eat. Thank you, though. sweatdrop

*hands Rue some tea*
You know what is good for cleaning... those Clorox antibacterial wipes. I keep them in my kitchen all the time and use them for wiping down counters and such. I even use them to clean the floor because my kitchen floor area is so small. I sweep up the particulate dirt then just wipe the floor down. It takes maybe three or four, but it is easier than a mop and bucket for such a small space.

*takes a sip* Mmm...what type of tea is this?
Actually, I had a container of lemon scented ones, but I ran out. I totally agree with you, though. My kitchen is small too, and the floor gets god awful filthy in no time at all.
It's just been so long since I actually CLEANED the place thoroughly, that for a lot of the stuff, elbow grease and a sponge is the only technique that'll work.
I just want to sit on my fat butt and play video games. Luckily, there'll be plenty time for that next week.
So how are you ladies?

It's my regular keemun oolong tea from The Republic of Tea.
Today's kind of laid back here. Took Mory to rehearsal and got all the stuff to make her costume. The costume mistress and I ran to the fabric store and picked up a new pattern to use. Big task! But at least it's a whole project and not piecework.
Hopefully, the psycho director will like it since it isn't exactly the way they were going to do it. But as I say... it's a HIGH SCHOOL production! You do what you can with what you have. Disney isn't backing this thing!

Mm. Tea. *sigh*
Oh, high school directors. *wince* Think every production they do is on par with Broadway. Good luck with that.
I hope you show us pictures when it's all done. Teapot!Mory just seems too cute for my evil mind to comprehend. whee

Maybe it was just my director or my school or because it was the 70's, but we didn't have big overblown production value in our shows. Most of the sets were just painted flats and such. The costumes... well, the costume for when I played Veta Louise Simmons in 'Harvey' for my senior year were mostly MY clothes! (of course, that does not reflect favorably on my wardrobe at that time sweatdrop )
One year, we did Spoon River Anthology and all the actors were dressed in black. Black leotards and wrap around skirts for the girls. Black turtlenecks and slacks for the guys.

Oh, I didn't mean that the productions were full blown star quality. Just that the directors I had thought they were, and huffed and puffed about our not treating it as such.
Then again, I was notorious for having a bad attitude and getting others to act out.
I didn't know you acted. Neat.
