There was no answer from yuma as she had finally ran out of steam and passed out. Her hand was near his but not touching and she look at peace sleeping.

Sorrow yawned as she opened her eyes, she nuzzled into Koas, and closed her eyes trying to steal a few more minutes of sleep.

SalSoon was humming in the kitchen, and smiled coming over to grab a few things from the box of things Quannah just brought back from the Manor. "So what's it like in the Manor?" Quannah shrugged; "Its like any other house, just huge, and if it hadn't been for the giant leading me in the right direction i'd probably still be lost trying to find the kitchen there." SalSoon came over and poured her a cup of tea. "Now Quannah, there had to be something about it that set it apart from say this house."

Quannah rolled her eyes; "Okay fine, the decor is way different, but I really didn't want to find out how far my welcome went by checking the whole place out taking notes. I mean after this huge guy comes and scares the scales off me I really didn't pay that much attention to the building."

SalSoon checked on what she was cooking and came over; "Really, what did he look like, and does he have a beautiful voice?" Quannah seemed to not want to answer half a million questions but the pleading eyes of SalSoon made her cave. "He was very tall, were talking like you standing on my shoulder in human form tall, nice build, but he really didn't speak at all." "Then how did you adress him?" "I didn't, i mean i asked, but since I was carrying this box he kind of knew why i came so he just waved me to follow."

SalSoon went back over; "Sounds rather handsome, but then again the whole not talking part throws me off. It would sure be nice to know his name though, but i can't believe you get the chance of this lifetime to be inside the Manor and don't pay attention to what its like."

"Like kids, talking about a adventure to the creek and back, and granted the Manor is something mysterious. However, if everyone knew what it looked like inside then the mystery is spoiled." Detrich stood in the doorframe between the kitchen and another room.

SalSoon threw the dishcloth at him, and Quannah laughed a bit at his reaction.

"We are guests of Master Koas, and the transportation from Twilite Town where you and he nearly died. Although if your feeling up to I Akuma, would you like some strong tea?"

SalSoon handled the greeting as detrich wipied up the mess of water spots on the floor that was caused when the dishrag hit him in the face.

SalSoon came over and poured it and then returned the pot the warming spot on the stove. "I think Akuma isn't a morning person, so try to keep it down you two, and go get the others breakfast is ready."

Detrich took outside, Quannah took the bedrooms, this left SalSoon alone with Akuma as she began setting food on the table. SalSoon came over with the last dish and sat down finally able to enjoy a cup of tea. "Quannah ran into a rather large gentlemen over at the Manor this morning. She asked his name but he never gave it to her, was wondering if perhaps you might know him."

"Tsume, nice name, but if there is something you need help with that you would feel comfortable letting me do feel free to ask."

Vermilion walked in looking all depressed, he had the presence of mind to bow slight to Akuma before taking his seat, and Detrich took up a spot as well.

Quannah knocked on the door to Koas's room and opened it slightly. She spoke rather normal volume; "Excuse me, but breakfast is ready." She kindly pulled the door closed smiling softly to herself, if she was of lower morals she wouldn't hesitate throwing this out on the gossip fences of the abyss. However, Koas was very kind to them, and she just smiled about it as she returned to the table to find a seat.

Sorrow sat up and gave koas a light shake; "C'mon, before they send the band up to play next."

She climbed over him to stand up, and reaching back retrieve her top underclothing she got fully dressed from the rest of the pile she had shed last night when she got to warm.

Sorrow watced her go and she groaned; "I didn't do myself any favors."

Sorrow drowned her problems in syrup, pancakes, and the insane idea that the berry jelly and her face matched colors despite her best efforts to look natural.

Sorrow hid her face, and began moving things to hide her face.

Quannah was biting back laughter as was Detrich, and SalSoon got up to give Koas a place to sit. "Please sit, have some tea, and i'll fetch you a shirt."

Vermilion didn't think it was all that funny, he had slept below their window outside, and he never smelled or heard anything coming from there.

"I slept below their window last evening, i smelled nothing or heard nothing to confirm anything to support the notions I've heard this morning, and i'm really disappointed in you Quannah for even thinking that to begin with." Vermillion stood up sharply and left to go outside. The laughter died in Detrich in Quannah, it quickly turned to frowns, but SalSoon seemed immune as she kept smiling as she sipped her tea.

Vermillion was staring into the small pool, but seeing Koas coming he moved away to go back to where he was sitting before, staring back int he direction of Twilite Town.

Quannah felt bad now, but not half as bad as Sorrow. She had lost all appetite and just went back to bed and slept.

SalSoon swatted Quannah's hand; "You can start working on an apology, that grin of yours started this spiral into another failed morning. SalSoon glared at detrich; "Since you found it nice to join in, you can help me clean this house top to bottom."
