They had been flying for hours when Alex hit the alarm. "Incoming asteroid belt, to you stations!" He yelled over the com link as the lights turned red and a loud siren went off.

Alex nodded and steered the ship in that direction. The asteroids came close but didn't hit the ship as the went through.

Sally scooted over, pointing out the path to the others. She now wished she hadn't entered the science courses instead of the command ones, but it was too late now.
