As Jess straightens up, she prepares for another attack against the chimera. When she is about two feet away from it, she is about to stab it with her dagger but it almost snaps her head off with one of its lobster claws. Jess quickly ducks and gets out of the way. Another miss

Now Jess was getting annoyed. She knew she had to hit it soon before she was too slow to get out of the when when it attacks her...
She runs towards the creature. It had its head turned, looking at the other students who were still sleeping. Jess takes the chance. SHe runs at it and stabs it right in the throat with her dagger. An instant kill.
The Chimera is Dead.
