"He's your brother. You thought he deserved to know." Demetrius stroked Raffh's hair gently, and then looked up at Akash, and then out the window. "Yes, that's the one." He smiled at the unicorn.

Raffh closed his eyes. "I thought he would take it better," he whispered calming as fingers went though his hair. "It scared me to see him so angry. He yelled at me." Those ears fell, eyes closing. "He call me a whore..." In a way his brother had when he exploded.
Akash said silent as he drove; he was going to wring that cats ears three ways to sunday. Raffh cofindence was shaken, and he didn't have that much to began with.

...And if Akash didn't, Demetrius would. The coon's arms tightened. He didn't say anything either, but the look in his eyes said volumes. After a moment, the tenseness ease, and he looked down, then leaned down, brushing his lips against Raffh's gently. "I'm sorry." He murmured. "That must have been horrible to hear, coming from your own brother. But you're not, Raffh."

The kitten ears where down and he didn't react to the kiss. Ward voice was still loud. 'Do you like being treated like a whore?' "He was so angry." He opened his eyes looking up at Demetrius. "I, gods thank you." He whispered and clung to the other. "I hated it," he muttered. "Even though it was sad in anger it brought all the uglyness back."

He was stroking the kitten's hair, his back, making soothing sounds. "I know. I know. But he loves you, Raffh. He never would have done this if he didn't think he was keeping you safe." The coon gritted his teeth a little, but it WAS true.

Raffh gave a little sound between pleasure and a sob ending up in an awkward ugly sound. He didn't say anything else, just rested in to the strong hands holding him letting them banish the nightmares making the ugly hiccup every so often.
Akash clucked his tongue and pulled into the parking space. He turned his eyes to Rene' breathing a sigh of relief the little one was sleeping. "I think it will be best, if you took Raffh upstairs Demetrius and settled him down." He rather not let Rene' hear the ugly sounds coming from his father mouth.

The sounds had Demetrius worried. Very worried. He nodded to Akash, murmuring. "Don't let Chiron come up for a little while. It'll worry him too much." He then turned his attention to Raffh again, kissing his forehead and continuing to lavish attention and affection on him. He managed to open the door, gently picking up the kitten and carrying him outside.
Chiron...actually fell over when his support left him, curling up on the back seat, brow furrowing.

Akash nodded. "I want to have a small talk with him anyways." He had a feeling Rene' had said something about children. The little hybrid dearly wanted a brother. "Ten minutes?" He questioned. "Try a cold water shower it might help." The kitten wasn't having a other breakdown now was he? With what had happened, could talking about his brother tip something?
Raffh was crying freely, his eyes dull amber as the strange ugly sound kept coming. He was scared and clinging tightly to Demetrius, his breathing heavy. Something felt funny, like something was ripping in him.

Demetrius nodded to him from outside the car, and then closed the door, biting his lip slightly. Despite what he had just said, he was going to KILL Ward for saying something like that to an already distressed Raffh. "Shh, Raffh. You're a wonderful person, kitten. Your brother was angry, he didn't mean it. He loves you. We love you. Shh." He couldn't stroke the kitten's hair right now, but he was holding him close as he walked towards the building.
Chiron groaned, curling up tighter. He didn't wanna wake back up!

The tears lessened slightly at the words and a bit of hope shimmer in the amber. The ugly hiccups where still there and it scared him he could make such a sound. "I wont stop. I don't like it." He chocked out.
Akash watched them walk towards the building waiting till they where out of ear shot and sight before he would wake the other passengers. Poor kitten, bodies tend to disobey their owners. Perhaps it would just be for the best to get this out now, Demetrius could handle this.

"Shh. It's okay, Raffh. You're safe now. You're safe, little kitten." He was murmuring, meaning what he said, but also trying to calm him down with soft words. "Shhhhh, love." The door was opened for him by the doorman, and he entered into the lobby, moving towards the stairs.
...It was hard not to wake up, though, with his lover's warmth gone. Which meant Raffh was gone. Which meant he didn't want to be sleeping anymore...he wanted Raffh.

They where inside now, good. He gently shook Rene' awake and turned to Chiron. "Ahh easy Chiron. Did you enjoy your nap?" He asked gently.
Raffh chocked down the next hiccup making it a small gasp. He swiped at his eyes to try and hide the tears as they stepped inside. He was making a scene though the soft words where calming him. "Deme'..." the nickname slipped, he was tired and feeling hurt. "I.." he rested his head on the shirt the hiccups slowing. "Love you." He muttered, eyes closing.

Chiron's eyes fluttered, and then he opened them, staring up at Akash. After a moment, he nodded, pushing himself upwards and yawning. "Where-" Yawn "Where'd Deme and Raffh go?"
"I love you too, Raffh." The coon murmured. "I love you very much." He was walking up the stairs, feeling hopeful that the ugly sound was perhaps fading, not minding the nickname at all, since they were so close now.

"Demetrius is taking Raffh upstairs. He should be back soon." Akash tapped his fingers. "Did Rene' mention babies around you?" He finally ask wishing to buy time and get to the bottom of that look.
Rene' muttered something along as wanna brother as he fought to wake up fully. Day light had a lethargic affect on the young vampire.
From choaking hiccups it diminished till it was nothing but a ragged gasp. The fingers stop gripping so tight and his eyes closed as those soothing words washed over him. "Can I have a bath?" He muttered tiredly. He wanted to just soak everything away.

><; What was it with these people and doing things that had him going from vaguely sleepy to wide awake? Chiron bit his lip and nodded a bit. "He..." The coon stopped as he heard Rene' mutter, and the little thing flushed. "He was excited about...having siblings."
"Of course you can." Demetrius murred. They were up the first flight of stairs, turning to mount the second flight.
