Nina would have pranced around if it weren't for Naida on her back, "That would be just as good!"
She was eager for anything as long as she got to spend time with Daeron. It was rare she could spend time with someone who was grown up.
Triton chuckled and nodded, "I'm sure you'll find out for yourself as soon as you're all settled. Everyone is more or less everywhere, I think a good amount are in the courtyard and library."
Naida nodded at this with a wide smile, "And I want to see Aliya and her kids. Please...........?"
She looked up at her mother all hopeful, she was nearly wiggling.
Feng laughed a bit as she came over and picked Naida up, "We will! In the future don't worry. It's been a long time since I've seen them all," she grinned back at Arwen, "I'm delighted she asked."

Daeron chuckled. "Well then let's get settled and then head off to the library," he grinned at Nina. He looked over at Arwen. "You want to go off with Naida and Feng?" he asked her. "Then Nina won't be in your hair."
Arwen nodded her agreement, though the look on her face was one of pure ecstasy. She was still youthful and full of mischievous innocence, and she was looking forward to the excitement that the castle offered.
"Come on!" she chirped at Feng and Naida. "You can take us to find my Ninako! I've never met her before, I bet she's really nice, that's what everyone says - and besides, Papa and Mama say we have to let her know that we're here and that we need to know where we'll be staying."
Elrohir smiled and nodded at Triton. "Thanks," he said softly. "We should find Nako now, and I'd really like to see Elnara and Lore again, but maybe we can catch up again later."

"There will be plenty of time for that," Triton agreed, "Feng I can trust you to get them to the study?"
He knew Feng settled down, but sometimes he still worried about her especially since it was just her and Naida without Ryu. Ryu had always been the grounding force for the bouncy mer.
"Don't worry," Feng grinned, "We'll go straight there, this way!"
She gave Triton an innocent look, that was actually innocent looking for once.

Arwen grinned brightly. "Excellent!" she exclaimed. "Come on, we can go ahead with Neko and Nako while Papa and Mama take their time!"
She was obviously teasing her parents, but she giggled and skipped around to grab her grandparents by their arms. "Come on, Feng and Naida are going to take us to Ninako!" she exclaimed brightly.
Serenity and Beren exchanged a glance. It was clear that they were both nervous, but it was equally clear that they both wanted to go, and that neither of them wanted to waste any time.
"Well then let's go," Beren grinned finally, looking over at Feng and Naida. "I know she's not expecting us but I'm anxious for this."

"Don't be nervous," Naida spoke up as her mother whirled around and headed off down the hall.
With a bit of wiggling and prodding from Naida, Feng lifted her up so her daughter could talk and look over her shoulder.
"She's very nice."
"Besides," Feng added over her shoulder, "The sooner you meet the Queen, the sooner you can meet your great-grandchild too. Aras would be delighted, and I'm sure Celebor would be too."

Serenity blinked. "Great grandchild?" she repeated. She glanced at Beren, and then back at Feng. "Celebor? He has a family?"
Beren leaned close to Arwen and murmured, "Celebor?"
"Elnara's eldest," Arwen grinned back at him.

"A wife and four children," Feng replied with a crackled, "They got four vases at once, we had to giggle at that, but he could only bring Aras with him. You would really really like her."
The mer put a little bounce in her step which made Naida giggle, she loved it when her Mommy bounced.
"Aras, Jair and I get to play a lot, well when Aras isn't trying to climb the large steps," Naida told Serenity, "I like playing with them, because there aren't really anyone my size anymore."

Serenity was ecstatic. "That's wonderful!" she beamed. "I can't wait to meet her! Celebor seems so young though ..."
The last time she had seen him, after all, he had been just a teen. Poor Beren of course had never met his grandson, so he had nothing to say on the matter.

"Is he young?" Naida looked to her mother for an answer to that question.
She had never seen Celebor when he was 'young' so she didn't know. He didn't look young to her, but maybe it was just because he was very very tall.
Feng shook her head, but she understood what Serenity meant, he had be young at one time after all, "Celebor is an adult like me, trust me," she giggled, "He's all grown up now, actually a lot of people have grown since the last we visited the Borderlands."

The soft padding of feet announced the arrival of someone else, a rustle of cloth and a blue blur found itself behind Serenity. Lin Winters, looked a bit annoyed and a bit panicky, which might have to do with the fact she was in what looked to be a fully blue and dressy version of what she normally wore.
"I'm not here," she murmured, before peeking out from behind Serenity, "Don't let Helen find me!"
She ducked back behind Serenity, all the while trying to get the skirt further up her waist than it already was, which wasn't working.

Serenity smiled at Feng. "Well, it has been a long time since any of you have come to see us out in the Borderlands," she admitted. "Even Elnara and Lore's visit was quite a while ago ... and it was quite brief. We miss seeing everyone out there."
Beren kept quiet. He hadn't met many of the others, so he really couldn't say - and he was quite used to the quiet and peaceful life that was led there.
Arwen blinked and looked behind her grandmother's back as Lin darted in to hide, and she paused a step until she was next to Lin. "What's up?" she asked curiously. She had of course never met Helen, and so she had no idea who she was supposed to be protecting Lin from.

"My brother is on a dress kick," Lin groaned, "I don't like dresses, I don't wear dresses, I don't even know what in the heck I'm wearing!"
She stuck her sleeved arm out and waved it around a bit, it flopped where the hand was supposed to be. It was like she was wearing an oversized shirt, except the shirt part fit her find.
"This thing is longer than my arm."

"Well things have been busy back home," Feng admitted, "So much has happened, but hopefully we'll be back. Naida of course wants to come, and I hear Lore and Elnara will be back as well for a long vacation, as a treat to them."
She tried to pretend it wasn't Lin she was seeing, because knowing how things were going to turn out, she would be found if Feng said anything.
Naida though did not know this, "But you're already wearing a dress," she pointed out to her aunt completely confused.
Only to have her mother take Naida off her shoulder and hold her close to keep the little girl from saying anything else.
"Feng! Naida! Have you seen Lin?"
Right on time, Feng thought to herself she looked over ot see Helen with a large happy smile on his face. He had been put in charge for formal clothing and used this as an excuse to make... well more clothing. He was holding what looked to be a light blue dress, sleeves to the elbows with trimmed with long white lace that stopped above the wrist. It have three tiers of of cloth, one that went to the knees, and the other two that went behind like a train even though it would probably go to Lin's heels. It was tasteful actually, modern and pretty. Except that each tier was trimmed with shimmering blue lace. It was fluffy and lacy the two things that were very much not Lin.
"Uhm..." Feng looked at the dress in question.

Arwen looked curiously at the dress that Helen was holding out, admiring it quietly.
"It's a pretty dress," she had to admit, glancing over at Lin. "Maybe not your style, though I've never seen you in a dress before. Why don't you just try it on and get some alterations?"
She obviously had no idea what Helen would do upon finding Lin, since she made no attempt to hide the girl - but there was also another flaw in her logic: she herself had never tried on a dress in her life, and she had sworn up and down that she never would, and so she was hardly one to talk.

Feng nearly cracked up as she watched her brother zoom around Serenity zooming in on Lin. Perhaps later she should explain fully why Lin ran from Helen, most did even though he did make the best clothes ever.
Knowing Helen he probably had accessories to match.
Helen smiled in a predatory way at Lin, finally! He couldn't believe how hard it was to get his little sister to go along with this. Originally she was just going to be put into some sort of robe, but this would suit his tastes much better.
"There you are! Come on, I want to see if this fits."
He tilted his head slightly catching full sight of Arwen. The doll looked her up and down, she was very pretty, but then again people around here were pretty.
"If you want I can have something in your size too," he offered Arwen.
Feng couldn't help it, she cracked up at that, and would have toppled over in laughter if she hadn't been holding Naida.
