The prettiest langauge out there, in my opinion, is chinese. Its got that poetic, mystical (quite understandable since I don't speak a word chinese. xD) tone. I just love to listen to chinese folk music.
Japanese is kawaii but...well, it feels like everyone's learning it nowdays. You hear it absolutely everywhere. And I know it almost flueten. So it has lost its mystical charm in my eyes.
The holy language, hebrew, does sound incredible! Too bad my slow tongue don't manage to keep up with all the hiss-sounds.

Swedish sounds pretty to me. But has such a different kind of accent. It's like "Woah. Kickass." It sucks how Swedish people have almost a perfect english accent (Or most do) and yet we can hardly say "Jag" correctly in their language.

Well, we have the French j in our language, too - unfortunately, it's only in one word of which I know, vision.

I just remembered:
Farsi, as a language... Most of it's dialects at least (esp. what I've heard my friends speak biggrin )
Algerian Darji, as a dialect of Arabic... Now, I speak Arabic as a first language, but it's oh so different!!! whee It's even more distant than American is from Australian English...
Also, errr... I forgot what it was called... It's a language in Ghana... I think it was "Tri"... First time I heard it, I thought everyone was speaking in English... eek But... it wasn't English!!! xd
EDIT: Sorry for all the emoticons... I'm kind of in a good mood... sweatdrop Too much chocolate!!!! gonk

I think German and Russian are rather pretty. o_o Don't ask me why I think German is pretty, I've always had this weird obsession with Germany and its language. D;
I think Russian sounds...Hmm. It sounds... Flowy? D; I dunno. I can't describe it. XDD;
French is rather pretty as well. :3
