Riiiiiiiiiiight back, babe!
*Alex runs to the kitchen, and after a few minutes, runs back, two plates in hand. On each, a large slice of hot apple pie with a generous helping of ice cream on top*
Apple Crunch Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream. Enjoy!
*Alex snuggled back up against Cora, and then took a bite*

What is it? :::Cora picked up the spoon, and noticed all the different consistancies. Right away she could tell that part of it was pretty hot, and the other part was pretty cold. She thought it was odd:::

Oh... right...
:::She didn't know what those things were... she recongized the apple part of apple pie, but otherwise she was lost:::
:::Then she dug her spoon into the ice cream, and stuck a bite in her mouth. It felt so odd, melting the way it did. It took her a while to figure out when she was supposed to swallow it. Something about it made her feel like she couldn't dislike it. Then she went for a part of the warm thing... here the apples were obvious, and the combination of crunch, softness, and goo were simply amazing::::
Alex...this tastes wonderful!
::And she helped herself to a few more bites:::

I'm glad you like it. I've had the most practice with apple pie. Try a bite of both pie and ice cream at the same time. The feeling of it as it trickles down your throat is amazing. Not to mention the taste.
