I've still got 11 days to wait. I got an email from YesAsia on the 8th saying it had been shipped.
I gave in and downloaded it though.

Withering to Death is an interesting album. It has a lot of bad songs on it but it has some really great songs on it as well. Overall I like Vulgar better because even though it doesn’t have as many great songs on it as Withering to Death it has enough solid songs to keep you from skipping tracks. On Withering to Death I’d have to say the stand out songs were Higeki wa me futa wo oroshita yasashiki, Dead tree, The Final, Machiavellism, Itoshisa wa fuhai ni tsuki, and Kodou. The best songs being Higeki wa me futa wo oroshita yasashiki and Itoshisa wa fuhai ni tsuki which in my opinion is the best songs they’ve written in years. My biggest compliant is that they didn’t make these songs longer, but I guess 7 and 8 minute songs would be out of place on an album with 2 and 3 minute heavy songs. Anyway, I think the best way to describe this album would be a watered down version of Kisou. Everybody isn’t going to like it that much but it’s a few steps in the right direction I think, there are a lot of gems here but unfortunately there are a lot of bad songs too.

Especially when Kyo growls like a doggy in Garbage. xd

I love the whole album. Of course with every album there has to be a few tracks that you don't like as much as others. There are a few tracks that fall short of my expectations though. Kodou, Merciless Cult, The Final, Saku, Machiavellism and Itoshisa Ha Fuhai Nitsuki are the best tracks of the album in my opinion.

I looooooooooooooooooove Merciless cult and dead tree. This whole album was just...amazing. I can't even describe how I feel about it.
Kyo's voice has improved SO much. He certainly did everything he could with his voice on this album; High notes, low notes, screaming, low (sexy XD) growling, mellow singing, etc. It definately has different feel to it, and completely sets itself apart from any other previous album releases.
I love every single song on this album. But, the one song I've found myself listening to the least though, is "Jesus christ R'nr" ^^;

xmkatx What did you consider the bad ones? I just talked to capsule kei who loved Withering to Death. For me the bad songs on this were Spilled Milk, Saku, Beautiful Dirt, and C. I didn't particular care for the random out of place screaming that Kyo does on this album a lot either.
