"My thoughts or my own I think and that fact will never change. But your right i can feel the thrill of battle blowing against the wind. I hope there is someone left out there that can challenge me. I miss that uneasy feeling that rush when your life is hanging in the balance not knowing if you will win or lose. Fighting is all I'm good at every thing else is second nature I wouldn't be surprised if you found me a terrible leader. Its hard to think of things as a whole and not just what i want or desire putting others first a concept i have been learning for a few centuries not shore if i have it down yet." Kagai said his eyes still averted to the side.
Kagai stood up and walked out of the tavern with a sigh being out spoken in public was a horrible idea. He new there where ears every where saying such things questioning himself was foolish the people need a confident leader who was always right. Kagai decided it might be best to distance himself from the tavern to escape any type of ocwordness. He just walked off slowly in the direction of his palace.

Akki leaned her head back and gave a long loud sigh.
the tavern was loud and smelled strongly of alcohol, by sent alone she felt like she was getting drunk.
She stood up and made her way outside, to crowded streets.
Akki walked for a while absentmindedly and before she knew it she was at the gates of the city. She kept going past the gate and headed somewhere west where the land was more green and there were forest still. She walked for hours on end and then stopped by a small clearing. there was wood or what was left of wood on the ground. She walked among the piles of rubble.
'Im home...' She sat by a panel that looked like it had been a window once. there was fragment here and there, and bits of tiles poked out from beneath the forest floor.She was at the ruins of the Inn, her home.

citizen:there he is!!
citizen#2: quick kill him!! kill him!!
savage mob: give up the boy we kno hes in there!!!
citizen: he must pay!!!
citizen#3: burn down the house!!!!
savage mob: AYE!!! burn it to the ground!!!
parents: here he is! we had nothing to do with him take him!! hold him down!!!
boy:No! i didnt mean to! its not my fault!
citizen#2: dont let him fool you!! hes a demon himself!!!
savage mob: cut his heart out!!
citizen#2: aye!! cut it out!!!
citizen: he doesnt deserve to die that easily!! lets remove every organ he has while our healers keep him alive to feel it all!!
savage mob: yes!!! great idea!! tie him up!! and lets continou to show him his error!!!
cortonimas awoke in sweat, panting. ''some memories never die'' he muttered in barely a wisper. still panting he got out of bed put on his shoes and exited his portal.

Akki looked up at he sky, here it was blue and the air was clean crisp. birds flew over head their singing filled akki with happy memories of her time at the inn.
"nii-san..." Akki said barely inaudible "nii-san..i wish you were still with me...i feel so...incomplete with out you..." her tail curled up around her ankles and her ears were low.
"nii-san...you always were stronger than me...you knew how to keep your emotions in check..." she said out loud, a sad smile played upon her lips.
"nii-san..." she closed her eyes and let a few tears fall down her face and onto the forest floor.

Ryoko_Youkai Akki looked up at he sky, here it was blue and the air was clean crisp. birds flew over head their singing filled akki with happy memories of her time at the inn. "nii-san..." Akki said barely inaudible "nii-san..i wish you were still with me...i feel so...incomplete with out you..." her tail curled up around her ankles and her ears were low. "nii-san...you always were stronger than me...you knew how to keep your emotions in check..." she said out loud, a sad smile played upon her lips. "nii-san..." she closed her eyes and let a few tears fall down her face and onto the forest floor. "He will always be with you." -a voice whispered through the leafs that blew by with the gentle breeze. After a few moments, he showed himself to her. The great and powerful Enishi, only this time he was a ghost. A ghost that carried his own head in both arms and had a chain tied around his body. If she were to look at where the chain led, three figures stood at the edge of the shadow of the forest, two small one tall. The taller of the three held the chain with a tight fist.- "So everyone is nearly gone are they? Hmph, so is the way of the humans." -Enishi had to shake his own head to show disapproval.- "Do you want them back?" -The ghost asked with a small grin at his dead lips-

Akki stood up, and growled.
"you..." She eyes became like daggers as she stared Enishi down.
"Why dont you go back hell where you belong..." Her ears were flat against her head her tail swayed back and forth angrily.
"and leave my brother out of this.." She snarled at the ghost of her past. The source of her loneliness.

Ryoko_Youkai Akki stood up, and growled. " you..." She eyes became like daggers as she stared Enishi down. "Why dont you go back hell where you belong..." Her ears were flat against her head her tail swayed back and forth angrily. "and leave my brother out of this.." She snarled at the ghost of her past. The source of her loneliness. -He smirked and placed his head back on his shoulders- "I would love to go anywhere else but here but..." -he pointed carfully so he wouldn't knock his head off- "Those three fine gentlemen over there thought I should stick around. Something about killing half their clan and women during the war." -After he said that, he thought about the impact it must have had on her- "I came here for your mother and father. Where are they?"

"Do you...really agree with how this clan is being handled?" -he asked her, turning his body to look at her- "I prefer your father over anyone." -the tall figure tugged on the chain- "Yea yea, well my dear, my time is nearing its end. Now do you know where they are?"

cortonimas senced akki's demon aura as he was walking around, and something else. theres another one but- no, no it cant be that strong. cort kept telling himself it was a false alarm but some how was srawn to the presence. ''what could it be?'' he said to himself as he followed it until he was in an odd place filled with rubble then he saw akki. a ghost?? why would there be a ghost in the fire clan? and furthermore why one this strong cortonimas didnt like the looks of this and so he took out his staff and kept repeating the banishing spell to himself just in case things got out of hand.

Her heart gave a strong lurch.'otousan...' her mind began to wonder question a lot of thing.
"I don't know...i haven't see my parent since you made that alternate world...My father left...then my brother and myself...and mom..." her voice began to falter, her eyes grew sad, she was spiraling towards darkness. She shook her head 'no! snap out of it!'
"what do you want from them." Her voice came back ten fold and her anger had risen again, the ground around her began to smolder with wisps of smoke.

-Enishi smiled faintly and lefted his head to carry it again before standing up- "Well I promise you they came back. We all did. They didn't seem to like Aikashi very well." -he bowed as the chain was jerked again.- "If you need me, I'll be with them." -he said, pointing a finger from his left hand.- "They arn't to hard to find." -And with that, he started walking over with the figures as they moved deeper into the forest-

Her ears perked up, curiosity had taken the place of anger.
"Wait!" She knew better her brain was screaming,
'it's a trap you idiot!' but her heart, her heart yearned to be with her mother and her father once more. She followed him leaving her little sanctuary behind along with her sense.
