She kept practicing over and over again for a few moments until she was almost sure she had it memorized. "Okay Akiko, maybe you could show me how to form it once more?" she said in her plain tone as she reached her arms up to play with her hair a little bit. Once her hands where up under her hair, she quickly formed the seal, and once she had done it, she rustled her hands through her long blonde strands, as if she had done nothing. The girl was right, practicing the seal often made it easier to form. she thought to herself, she was sure Akiko hadn't seen the seal under her hair.


Kawamiri Training I - Learn Hand Seal
The seal to use Kawamiri is the Ram. You must use the seal quickly and with stealth so that your opponent will not see it coming. Practice utilizing the seal with sleight of hand.

"Huh? Oh, sure." She pushed her hands together, cracking her knuckles and rapidly flashing the seal of the Ram. She then swung her arms in front of her a few times before bringing them together at chest level. "The way I figure, most people will try to do one of two things. Some people would try to hide their hands. It could work, but even then it's obvious what you're doing." She tucked her hands inside her sleeves, joining them together. "You see, when I try to make a hand sign with my sleeves draped over my hands like this, the fabric will move." She demonstrated this, letting her fingers push up against the fabric as she made the symbol again. She then brought her hands behind her back. "Even here, you'll move your arms when you try to move your hands around. Besides, people will be suspicious if they can't see what you're doing." She demonstrated just this, and surely enough, her lower arms twitched a little as she made the symbol a third time.

"The other thing people might try is to do it in plain sight, just so quickly that the other person doesn't see. First, you can't always count on your hands being faster than your opponent's eyes. Second, even if they don't see the symbol, they'll see something and get suspicious all the same. You don't want to raise your opponent's defenses, because they'll make your next attack harder to land. I can't speak from experience, but I bet good ninjas can do everything while appearing completely inconspicuous. When I was stretching and fixing my hair, that's the time I pulled off my symbols. I did them slowly, too, so that it made sense for my hands to be like that."

Aiding Your Partner
A big part of becoming a ninja is teamwork and working in squads. Aid your partner by giving her pointers form what you just completed. [A good way to earn experience is to give bonus points when training together. You can always give someone near you +1 to their training exercise, and every time you do, you get +1 in experience rewards for the exercise that you're working on.]

Akemi didn't think it necessary that the girl went on about hiding her hands in her clothing, because she didn't wear long sleves, ever. So that wouldn't apply to her. But she kept her mouth shut and just continued to watch and listen to the girl as she continued to explain and demonstrate for her. The information couldn't hurt, just like the lesson that Kolo had helped her with yesterday. "Hmm..." the girl mumbled out loud as she waited for Akiko to finish, then she decided to try the whole faster then the speed of your opinonents eye thing. She formed the seal once, just to make sure she got it right. Then she tried it again, this time as fast as she could, and that turned out to not work out. She didn't need Akiko to say anything, she knew that her speed was nothing as of right now...

"So you would suggest doing is slow then?" Akemi asked as she slowly rolled her shoulders, reaching her hands behind her back. She streachted her arms out a little bit, and as she began to bring them back, she was careful to form the seal against her back. "I obviously can't try and hide in within clothing. So maybe I need to work on speed, don't you think?" she commented blandly, trying to keep the girl distracted with the conversation. She even smiled a little, knowing that she was getting the hang of this.

Tapping her fingers on her thighs, Yuki listened patiently to Karite as he explained himself. "Ninjutsu... That's one of your weakest skills. You understand the training I give you will be hard, long and enduring," the woman said remembering how much her daughter had whined and bore through the training that she had given her. However, Karite was lucky that he had come to Yuki instead of Shinichi. The Tenmoki leader knew how to push students to their limits, but Shinichi didn't understand limits and caused bodily damage to students. "Well, if you're going to train under me you're going to get started right away," the woman insisted, knowing that she was a master at multitasking, she would be able to teach class efficiently and train the boy. "We're starting with the basics. You're going to go over every one of your seals, charge your chakra with them and quickly switch to another. If you're not going fast enough, I'll make you start over. You'll have two seconds to switch to the next seal, charge your chakra and then switch the next. Build your chakra up as you switch seals. Begin with the Dog, end with the Ox," the woman explained seemingly turning away from Karite to pay attention to her class.

Akemi was struggling with the seal and using it in a stealthy way. Yuki acknowledge her determination and the lack of hot-headedness. That was a trait that Yuki had noticed through the Raiken clan. They were all very hard workers and never showed much anger, except when injustice was being done. Yuki hoped that Akemi would pick up on that sense of justice from Serena and Kiba. "I'm glad to see that you're both keeping calm and not getting frustrated with one another. The most important thing about teamwork is communication and working together without getting upset," the woman said praising the two girls. As she did this, she noticed the boys... not doing much. "Koyuki, Kolo! Get in gear or you're going to spend all day in this class," she said a bit sternly.

Akiko tried to think of anything else that could help. She honestly didn't know how she did it herself--it was more instinct and feelings than knowledge and skill. If anything, what she had said so far was perhaps more sophisticated than what she actually did. She had merely analyzed her actions after the fact and dressed them up to sound like sage advice. Akiko felt somewhat like a fraud for doing so, but she had to tell her opponent something. In any case, Akiko was drawing blanks for what to say next.

Akiko watched as Akemi was having relative success with her efforts. At least, as far as she could tell--she couldn't see what Akemi was doing. When she wasn't frustrated with a training exercise, she seemed to be much more proficient with it. When Akemi asked about her speed, Akiko merely replied, "Don't overthink it. Your speed is fine--I haven't seen you do anything recently. Jiust stay calm and you'll be just fine. If you get frustrated, that's when I'll be able to tell."

Keeping herself from getting frustrated wasn't an easy task, speically when she was struggling more and more often. She wasn't used to not understanding things right off the bat. This whole shinobi thing was much more difficult then she had originally thought it was going to be. Actually, she hadn't given much thought to it at all, so she should have expected something difficult, but that wasn't like her, she always believed she knew just want was right, even if what was right was just what she wanted. "Keep frustration down..." she mumbled to herself as she tried and struggled with making the hand sign once more, not succeeding in keeping it all that hidden though.

She didn't say anything more to the girl, and just looked at her for a moment, then back at yuki-sensei. Her eyes narrowed at she thought for a moment, then brought her hands back up and pulled her hair back tight into a ponytail at the back of her head. As she slowly brought her hands back down, she formed the seal once more, and knowing that the girl hadn't seen her form it, her cocky smile returned for the first time today. She turned from the girl, and to Yuki, "Yuki-sensei, I believe we are both done, what's next?" she simply stated. Now they were both ready to move on, Yuki would surly have something lined up for the two of them to do next.

The technique, itself, didn't seem too difficult. It was just that Koyuki had no prior experience with any jutsu, save the single attempt to learn the first part of the technique Akiko was practicing the night before. Still, he was in class now, so he had to follow just as the other students did. 'Maybe... Just maybe, I won't screw this up...!'

Noting his failed attempt, he sigh in a fairly defeated tone and shook his head. 'I screwed up... Dang it...' He felt like giving up a bit, but after giving another quick glance around the area, and seeing the others working hard, he sucked it up and made another attempt. 'Don't screw up! Don't screw up!!! Have to make this work, so don't mess up!', He thought to himself making his second attempt.

As Rokugi approached the Household. He could litsen to the voices of all the students in the place. It seemed they where on the outside and had already started to practice. He was late for the first time this year and he didnt feel quite well with that. Approaching the woman in charge he bowed " Im terribly sorry for being late. Im ready to begin training right away." He kept his eyes staring at the ground, his hair falling straight all around his head, hands in his lap. He was waiting for the woman to speak to him before changing his position even a bit. He had taken classes with her las time when learning Henge so he knew she was a strict Sensei.

Karite bowed to Tenmoki-sama and turned away from the students to sit on the floor off to the side of her. As he sat he crossed his legs and closed his eyes. Concentrating on his chakra he slammed his hands together in the shape of the dog. As he felt his chakra surge up indie him he smiled a little, but knew he didnt have much time to enjoy his success. Tenmoki was tough and would not hesitate to crush his success and make him start from scratch. As Karite remembered his training from the academy, next in line was the boar symbol. A favorite of his due to its affinity to earth.

Karite quickly switched his hands over into the boar symbol but for some reason his charge lost. It didnt feel the same. Looking over at Tenmoki-sama he hoped she hadnt noticed. Knowing her, she could sense his chakra drop. Cursing himself silently he went to work on starting over from scratch. Luckily he had not gotten in too far. He was starting to remember why he only learned two jutsus in the academy, but now his lively hood was counting on it. His squads safety was in his hands and without some powerful jutsu under his belt he was doomed to fail them.
