{Since Karite's Charisma Mod is 1, it brought our DC down to 16, which means we succeeded our last train. I'm not going to change any posting and I'll take the HP penalty.}
Hanabira grew more nervous and Karite shouted at Tanu. "Please, Tanu..." the freckle faced Yamanaka was able to mumble out. She moved a little to her side in order to get back into position and away from the sharp object she had stepped on. She could hear Karite calm himself down, which made her calm as well. With a nod of her head, Hanabira reverted her last step. Turning to her right, Hanabira thought of five steps. She had taken very small steps before and she would do it again. "I'm going to take very small steps... Because if I don't move far enough, you can tell me to move farther," Hanabira said to Karite, logically thinking of how to do this and working as well as she could with Karite.

Tanu put her hands on her hips as Karite yelled at her ready to shout back and climb up that damn rock just to push him over. The Kun 'Kumo didn't know that Natamo was high up in the tree and it was rather tempting to do so, but the small plea from Hanabira set Tanu back. "Big talk for someone who's tied up!" Tanus shouted back and then rolled her eyes when he told her to shut up. "Screw you, Tategami," Tanu said as she turned to sit down on a rock. "I'll be quiet for you, Hanabira," Tanu said, calling the Yamanaka by her first name since Tanu held respect for the frail girl that taught her the techniques she needed to graduate to where she was now. The fiery girl that wanted so badly to knock Karite down where he stood picked at her Tekagi while watching Karite send Hanabira to sudden doom. The girl would definitely step in if Karite was failing and she glared at him, just to let him know that she would!

Natamo narrowed her eyes. The little imp was back...
She shook the branches of the tree she was sitting in, howling low and making sure to scatter leaves around the wild-haired girl. She was mean - Natamo almost liked that, but she was malicious without cause.
"The claws won't make you tougher, pinky," she called from the trees, still hidden. However, Karite and Hana would know who was talking, so she encouraged them...just a little bit.
"A little to the left, and little to the right...remember, Tategami, little Hana is taking smaller steps. Take advantage of that. Move slow if you need to." Karite was better at this than she had thought; Hana had only tripped once, and that wasn't too bad at all. Natamo smiled softly to herself. But she'd been hurt and she hadn't stopped to cry. She was...moderately impressive for a squishy little girl.

Karite looked around at where Hana had stopped as Tanu continued to yell insults, but when he got free he was jumping off this rock and smashing her face in with his staff. Kore or not she would know the strength of the Tategami clan here and now.
Looking back at Hana he noticed she had a porcupine in front of her. To her right there was a Kunai. She was going to have to go left and then take a step backwards. Then she could move forward How was he going to explain that to her. This was beginning to become rather annoying. Lucky there was someone to take his frustration out when he finished. "Alright Hana-chan. You are going to need to take a step left and then backwards. After that take another step left and move forwards three steps." Karite was hoping his instructions were clear. So far everything was moving better than he had first anticipated so things couldn't have been all bad.
Instructing Hanabira:

Hanabira nodded as Natamo backed her idea up of taking small steps. Going slow would help as well. Perhaps Karite could yell out before she stepped on something if she took a wrong turn. "Left...Back," Hanabira said as she moved, repeating the orders that Karite had given her. She then began the next steps, slowly and carefully so that Karite may yell out if she took one too far or one the wrong way before she stepped on anything. "Left, forward..Forward...Forward," Hanabira said to herself as she repeated the steps out loud each time she took one. The girl with her hands pressed against her chest stopped after her third step in the middle of the animals and weapons that surrounded her. "Do I need to move forward more?" Hanabira asked as she brought up her foot again.
Listening to Karite:

Karite looked at where she stood and smiled. She was almost there and he would be free to kick Tanu's teeth down her throat. Clenching his tapped hands the boy smiled. "Hana-chan take three steps forward. One step left, two steps forward, then three steps right." He looked to Tanu and her pink hair. Shisei was going to miss a good show when he jumped off this rock. To bad, Karite knew how much Shisei wanted a piece of Tanu. "You almost here Hana. I really need my hands. I have an itch I have to take care of." The boy was of course referring to the girl who had cause Hana to be hurt in the first place.

"So yeah, I've just got to to practice some more before I can use the dao I've already got." Kiba explained to his comrade as they entered into the lagoon area. The dark eyes of the Raiken quickly landed on Tanu. The conspicuous Kun Kumo seemed to have gotten there considerably earlier than Shin and Kiba, who had had to stop by the clinic and weapons shop to collect his things. He was finally here, however, and was ready to begin training with his fellow squad members. The question was, where was their leader? Honestly the Raiken swordsman did not know him well at all. Indeed, it was not inconcievable that he would not even recognize him if he was already at the lagoon. "Tanu!" Kiba called across the lagoon "I did it! I passed!" His traditional grin planted itself proudly on his face pushing out the tips of the lightning bolts on either side of it. Finally! A genin!

"That's cool! I thought a Katana would've been more your style, though," Shin said with a big smile on his face, truly fascinated by how skilled Kiba was with a sword. As they came up to the Lagoon where Tanu was sitting on her rock, Shin's chocolate brown eyes quickly went from his conversation with Kiba, to Tanu, and then bugged out when he saw Hanabira. "Hana-chan! Watch out!" Shin said in a panic as he went sprinting towards the girl like a father trying to save his daughter from a herd of horses. There were all kinds of kunai, shuriken, knives, snakes and even other strange animals Shin had never seen before. On top of it all, his dear Hanabira was blind folded and trying to make her way through. Shin's attention had gone so quickly from his squad members to his girlfriend, that he hadn't even noticed Karite high upon the rock shouting out orders to her. Shin didn't think of why Hanabira was in that situation, but only the fact that she was and she needed rescuing!

"Pinky?" Tanu said out loud as a voice that was fairly recognizable spoke out from the space around here. Tanu looked around, completely taking her attention off her Tekagi just to see where this familiar voice was coming from. While she looked around, Karite and Hanabira continued their training as she stood up to try and spot the voice, but then sat down, when there was no one to be seen. "Who's here?" Tanu asked the two training. Before there were any answers though, Kiba and Shin had finally come to the lagoon. "About time!" Tanu barked at the two as they came up chit-chatting about something. "Hmph," Tanu said towards Kiba as she crossed her arms in front of her chest. She was more than happy that Kiba had passed the exam, but she wasn't about to let him know! "Took you long enough," Tanu said as she kept her place on the rock. Before anything else could be said, Shin grabbed nearly everyone's attention as he shouted out at Hanabira and went dashing towards her. "SHIN!" Tanu yelled out as she shot up from her rock with one arm outstretched.

He should have seen that 'Took you long enough' comment coming. His mind was dsitracted from it, however, when he caught site of Hana doing some rather hazardous blind folded training. He wondered if all of the newly formed genin squads had do this. Before he could bring up the question to Shin, however, the young Nara had shot off like some sort of mad banshee towards Hana. Kiba saw Tanu lunge for Shin, but miss her target. It looked like it was up to Kiba to bring Shin under control! Shin had gotten some distance on Kiba, but the dark eyed Raiken quickly began closing the gap gehind him. "Stop Shin-san!" he cried as he neared closer to his comrade. He was almost close enough to Shin now to stop him. Just a little further, just a little further... Kiba stretched out his arm and could feel the fabric of Shin's shirt on his fingertips as he lunged forwards, but alas! Just as he did this his foot caught upon a root causing him to lose his balance and go plunging head first into the lagoon. Oh cruel fate! Today was truly against Kiba!

Natamo dropped from the tree almost instantly - if Shin ran into the obstacles, well...
She'd make them all direct each other through different obstacle courses. She almost smirked, but Hana would receive the brunt of the damage if Shin got to her. Natamo skirted past Hanabira's obstacle course (through which she was going beautifully thanks to Karite), and stood in front of the raging teen, fire in her eyes as she caught his scrawny little body and then shoved him back towards Tanu and Kiba, who had both failed to catch him. She snarled at them and said in a low, menacing tone, "If any of you interrupts Hanabira's training warm-up, you're going to know what it feels like to be truly whiplashed." She shook her head and turned back towards Karite and Hanabira, barking at them as well. "You're doing well, but keep going. Hana's nowhere near safe just yet."

(I'm sorry for my absence, been dealing with a few personal problems as of late.)
"Cat or not, he has his weaknesses and sooner or later I'll figure them out. As for now," Senritsu came out from her hiding spot and raised her hands above her head. "I know when I come about someone stronger than I am. For now, I give up. Congradulations, you beat a poor skinny girl with no particular talent and absolutely no physical strength." She smiled to the large feline before getting out of the water and sprawling on the grass, drying herself. She had heard Karite speak of going off to his Exam and wondered were it was being held at, not that it really mattered to her. She needed to start getting prepared for when Sukotto returned. The girl at least wanted to make a dent in her own skill building before he got back so he wouldn't count her as a complete slouch, not that she wasn't. It didn't take long for her body to dry and she quickly redressed and fastened her accessories to where they needed to be. "Go and find Karite like he wanted, I'm gonna go train a bit more. You really are good, hopefully we'll have a rematch, you'll see just how much stronger I'll have gotten then!" Senritsu winked at the cat before redoing her red ribbon around her neck and walking off. It wasn't like she really cared that she lost or gave up, even if she had won it wouldn't have mattered much. Karite and Kore were both much more experienced than the Uchiha female and it was of no surprise to her that she didn't win. She knew her place, and that place was beneith the Gennin-to-be's.

Kore was beginning to get bored with his fight with this girl. Climbing out of the water the lion shook off its fur and growled to the girl. It was a good fight but she had a lot to learn. Listening to his surrounding the lion could pick up voices of many people he could recognize. Walking towards the sounds the lion could pick off the Shy boy who was afraid of him as a cub. If Kore remembered correctly the other voices belonged to Tanu, the girl Karite had vowed to beat, Hana, the shy girl who taught Karite his jutsu, and Two voices he had not recognized immediately. As the Lion came from the lagoon circling the rock Karite had been sat on. Purring the lion looked around at the scene unfolding. As his ears had heard, there were two people he did not recognize. The Raiken boy and a women that smelled of the wild. Growling towards the hustling group the lion made sure his presences was noticed by all around him.

Hanabira nodded as Karite confirmed her to make more steps forward. She was almost at the end? A bit of anxiousness excited the girl as she moved forward and then took one step left. She stopped there when she heard Shin yell out at her. She thought she had heard his and Kiba's voice. "Shin?" Hanabira said nervously, not moving and frozen still since she was yelled at by her boyfriend. Was she suppose to stop? Was she going the wrong way and Shin yelled out before Karite did? Hanabira wasn't sure, but when Natamo silenced nearly everyone, she told Hanabira that she was going in the right direction. "Okay," Hanabira said a little nervously as she finished out the orders that Karite had given her and then she remained still. "Am I in the right spot?" Hanabira asked cautiously towards Karite.
