Random Dao training.
can I train with the dao even though I don't fit the skill requirements to use it? Does that mean Kane will injure himself?
Sword Exercises
Kane practices his thrusts, stabs, blocks and other sword movements.

To train with an actual dao, you need to fulfill requirements. However, I believe you can practice with a wooden sword that can be provided by your current instructor - or even with a random stick.
Otherwise, the training exercise looks good that looks pretty good.

The only known offensive technique of the Ibazi clan, this ability wraps steel wire around the users hand to form hardened claws. The user is able to cause more unarmed damage.
CP cost: 20 per claw + 5 per holding per claw
Damage: 6 to 11 + Str Modifier + Rope Bonus [No Taijutsu Bonus]
Requirements: Control 20, Ninjutsu 20, Rope 30, Metal Wire
To Use: 1d20 + Taijutsu

Sannin and Kages are at the same power level the only difference is that Sannin choose to travel instead of leading a village and hold only the title of master while Kages are rulers and hold much more responsibility. Kages = title and power
Sannin = freedom and power.

Sannin = freedom and power. I dont believe thats entirely true, The Sannin were taught by the Hokage and thus were apprentices and not stronger though formadiable. Kage is the strongest ninja and Sannin was made for Oroichimaru Jiraiya and Tsunade as legends. Oroichimaru even admitted if the Kage was younger he would of lost.

Both Sannin and Kage know the same amount of Jutsu. from my personal experience in life and in the guilds of Naruto. Its not who is more powerful but who can fight better. If you want an example read the fight in the rice farms. I got my butt handed to me and I was stronger then both of my opponents. Which by the way they both did an excellent job. Its all about that Experience in combat.

Kages are the ones best suited to lead the village. Many times that means they are the strongest, which can only be determined through a fight since people have different stats and all.

Staff doesn't use strength mod it uses endurance mod. Other than that it looks good to go.

Sannins are at a Kage level yes, but I dont think any Sannin could beat a kage 1 on 1 in there prime.
