-=:Blade:=-"Affirmative..." Blade mumbled through the comlink. While he knew that his Mech was the best equipped for scouting, and that surveying the situation was the most important thing at this point, Blade didn't want to miss out on any of the action. He had his own score to settle with the Corporation. That's not to say that Blade didn't realize that they were up to their ears in s**t right then. "Just let me know when I have the go-ahead to engage, Captain." Blade continued in a flat tone over the comlink. "I'm in this to win this." he said as he aimed his Slug Thrower, as well Charged Bolt Cannon at the oncoming Corporation fleet below. Since he was in flight, he would be unable to make any use of his laser weaponry. -=:Logan & Koraj:=-" Yes, sir..." Koraj replied soberly as he piloted his Foxbat type Mech, the Daxunyrr towards Valco's Fenrir. The Mech came stomping in from behind, until it stood adjacent to Valco's. However, Koraj made sure to keep plenty of distance as he readied his particle whip, which crackled a neon-green. The Daxunyrr's ST cannon was also aimed and readied. Logan, detecting the lack of vitality in Koraj's voice, decided to tease him as usual. " 'Ey, whats-a-matter, Kor? You don't sound so happy. First, yer bitchin' because we ain't gettin' any action, and now that we're gettin' plenty, yer still all morose. Yer just like a woman, ya know that? Don't know what ya want; want what ya can't have." Logan cackled. " You would know, you p***y." Koraj hissed back. " You are what you eat. And that's why you're a d**k." Logan retorted. " Just sit back there crouching with your thumb up your a** in your little Fareye while the real Mech pilots battle, you little leprechaun Jesus humper." Logan had already positioned his Mech, the Draeval next to Derron's Fareye type Mech, the Seeker. " The Sniper Laser's aimed and ready to blast 'em bastards to Hell, Cap'n." Logan informed Valco, shrugging off Koraj's last comment. " I also got a meta missile here with their name on it." -= biggrin erron:=-"Ugh, you know I hate it when you two fight..." Derron commented offhandedly to Valco and CD as he readied his Mech's sniper laser. Valco's orders worked well for him. They were simple and easy to follow. Thus, he liked them. Plus, it entailed shooting at things. And Derron always enjoyed shooting at things. "The Seeker is combat-ready."-=:Vashti:=-Vashti had dashed away from the scene at the bar, deciding not to get any further involved with these troublesome Mercenaries. While Blade's intentions seemed genuine... well, mostly genuine, Vashti was a loner. She'd rather go her own way, and not get involved. And that's exactly what she intended to do. Finally, Vashti came upon her Sandrider type Mech, the Windfang. Vashti promptly hopped into the cockpit of her Mech, which was located along the vertebrae of her panther-like/shaped vessel. Well, with the exception of the rocket fueled jets that were mounted on the sides, of course. It was a little something that Vashti had tricked her Mech out with herself. The jets were so powerful that they could even break the sound barrier, making her Mech one of the fastest out there. Once Vashti powered on the Windfang, some of the Crimson Wolves transmissions to each other emitted through her Mech's radio. Mostly Blade and James's. That's when she heard the news that Corporation Forces were closing in. "Great. Just great." Vashti scoffed. First Bounty Hunters, now Corporation Forces. Way too much noise followed these people for her liking. It was time to go. She was pretty confident that her Mech could outrun the Corporation formation. If she had to, she'd use her jet fuel at full capacity to jet out of there so fast that it would create a shock-wave strong enough to knock most Mechs in her range off their feet. She rather wouldn't, because the process was a little risky. It could possibly damage her Mech, and she had just finished repairing it. Suddenly, a faintly familiar voice transmitted through her radio receiver. *Vashti, take yours around with the Alex and give him some fire support.* First of all, Vashti didn't even have any clue what 'the Alex' was, but she assumed that the man was referring to someone's Mech. She could tell that the voice definitely belonged to that Captain Valco. The nerve of this man. Even when Blade had introduced them, he had not so much as even spoken a word to her. And now the first time he even acknowledges her existence, it's to bark orders at her as if she's another one of his lackeys. "Listen here, Valco." Vashti replied, making a conscious effort not to refer to him by his given title. "You're not my commander; my captain, or my superior in any way, shape or form. I don't take orders from you, or anybody else." Vashti replied angrily. "This is not my fight."

"What would you two know about women?" CD shot off to Logan and Koraj, deciding to leave Valco alone for the moment to torment a few of her other team mates. "You've only had any contact with one for how long?" She cackled, eyes turning a vibrant blue to reflect her current good mood. "You two freaks were made for one another. Yer such an old married couple." Her head cocked to one side, listening to Derron after she had finished with Logan and Koraj. "Don't deny me my fun kid."

With everything but the camera combat ready James reached behind him and pulled off a visor from the area behind his seat. Once it was on he had a clear panoramic view of the battle field and could change between any of the four camera types with almost no motion, yet only the regular camera would be of use for this battle since it wasn't dark enough to rely on the infrared camera and the high speed camera probably wouldn't be needed since James was sure that the Alex was the fastest mech out there, but only since he hadn't seen the Windfang yet. Once everything was ready he made sure that he brought his EMP grenades, and he had the maximum six on his mech. "Vashiti," James said over the com line hoping that she was listening, "If your in a mech, hell if your even anywhere near a mech your going to get shot at in this battle, the Corporation hates us and there is atleast one high ranking person that's made it his life's mission to kill us and if it's him leading the attack then there's probably going to be nothing left of this town."

((SO yeah. Say what you will about me, but I'm posting now and I intend on being far more regular. So, with that said...*cracks knuckles*))
Vashti's comments were entirely less than appreciated. James jumped in on it quickly and he opened his comm to chime in. "Here's something else. Those bounty hunters were obviously after us. The only people that would be able to put up a bounty as high as ours would be the Corporation. And I can just about assure you that it was those hunter assholes that called this force in on us. When interviewed, I'm sure that you'll be lumped with us. So stick with some people that have practice fighting the corporation, or try and do it on your own. I don't give a ********. But if you're going to try and live through this, I suggest that you suck it the hell up and join us. Got it?" He clicked off his comm link, mustache and beard bristling with rage.
Valco's knuckles went white as he gripped the controls of the Fenrir. The Mech continued to thunder along toward the wastes, tapping into the radar systems of the Albatross to get a better view of what was to come. "Alright," he muttered to himself, shaking his head, forgetting for the moment that CD was there in the cockpit with him. "Looks like a Havok class from the Redeemer line, most likely Cyron's. One, two, three..." His mechanical right index finger tapped lightly on the screen as he counted them up. "Damn...eight more Raiders. And this ********. Can't tell what that is." He leaned back in his seat and ran his hands through his hair, shaking his head. "Not good at all..." With a groan he opened the comm to everyone again. "Alright. We've got a Havok class, piloted by Cyron, about eight Raiders piloted by Corporation Grunts, and another one that I'm not sure about. This is gonna get interesting." He closed his comm link and swore loudly.
-=Lillium=- With her comm shut off, Lillium couldn't help but laugh. "Poor Valco...Doesn't even suspect that I'm the agent." Her mech, the Anubis, continued to follow the Fenrir and the Daxunyrr. The spear snapped into her hand and fully extended, reaching out the full length of the mech's body and then some. Its wings remained folded back, ready to snap out quickly and surprise something with its quick launch. Within, Lillium just kept on laughing. There was another perk to this fight, something that she hadn't planned on at all. She was going to be able to destroy Corporation property and still get paid for it all. Another laugh passed her lips as the mech walked along, moving awkwardly from time to time as the body suit that she was wearing adjusted to her body.
-=Valco=- The scanners that he was watching from the Albatross showed that the Corporation was just about in range. He kept moving forward, still angry as he reactivated his comm. "Alright. Everyone, ready yourselves for combat and engage on my mark." They all kept moving forward and he watched everyone, glad that people were taking their roles seriously. Almost...aaaalmooooost... "Now! Engage them!" He shot his mech forward into a sprint, opening fire with his long range Heavy Slug Thrower. The rounds screamed downrange, tracer rounds blazing a path as he adjusted his aim. The Corporation mechs dropped, adjusting to hide. The few rounds that hit the Faustus just bounced off of the armor, not hitting anything vital.
-=Corporation=- "Commander Cyron! Enemies sighted! We can ta- - - -" The comm transmission from the soldier was cut short and instantly replaced with a massive explosion. The STAP rounds from Valco's Mech had penetrated through the armor at a weak c***k and penetrated into the reactor. The blast shook the other Mechs and Lieutenant Alder sat up in her cockpit, eyes wide.
"No! Commander Cyron, are you sure that this is wise? The Crimson Wolves have done nothing to warrant immediate attention, and- -"
She was swiftly and completely cut off by the retaliatory words from Cyron. "You are not to question my commands! I have been given the right to supreme authority by the Heads of the Corporation!" Within the cockpit of the Faustus he was nearly frothing with rage. The Particle Cannon on the Mech's right arm charged fully and fired. It was a wide miss, but the crackling particle shot truly informed the Wolves that they were now in combat with a force of trained pilots.

James sped up so that he could out speed every other mech there untill he was halfway between the two forces and a couple hundred meters off to the side when Valco signaled the start of the battle. "Got some chaff for us in there Blade?" he asked as he started running full speed which was about twice as fast as the next fastest mech from the Wolves, with the possible exception of Blade's when it was in the air. The chaff wouldn't do anything major, but it would confuse the corporation's mechs and posibly make it difficult for them to see and comunicate, and that would make Jame's job that much easier. He then grabbed one of the emp grenades and was about to let loose a few blasts from his multilaser when he realised that he would be seen earlier then he'd have to and that would make it harder to capture any of the mechs without major damage to the important parts.

-=Logan & Koraj=-Koraj sighed tiredly at CD's comment. "Betty Crocker... *ahem* CD, if you can't be bothered with piloting a mech like the rest of us Wolves, why don't you try doing something... useful? Instead of taunting us. I have more important things to deal with right now, and I don't need your s**t." Koraj replied in his usual uptight manner. "Yeah, CD...!" Logan piped in. "Make yerself useful: Shaddup and make me a sammich." *Ahahaha!* Blade could be heard cackling over the comlink. -=Vashti=-
Vashti recognized the first voice transmitted over her radio as that of the drunken, stumbling man in the bar. She knew his face, but didn't catch his name. "Don't worry about me." Vashti replied. "I won't be anywhere near here, or this town. But thank you for your concern." And that was about the time that Valco piped in, just as domineering as the first time he addressed her. He presented a valid point. She had tagged a couple of the Bounty Hunter's in that bar, so the possibility of her being lumped in with the Crimson Wolves was quite... possible. But she had to shoot her way out of that situation. This, on the other hand, she was quite confident she could avoid. And the good captain's lack of respect was rubbing her the wrong way. She hadn't asked to join the Crimson Wolves; she hadn't been asked to join the Crimson Wolves. And she wasn't going to be forced to assist them in their problems... not if she could help it, anyway. The Wolves were following a certain path -- towards the Corporation fleet. She would simply go the opposite direction. The Corporation would be far too busy battling the Crimson Wolves, giving her enough time to jet out of there through the other side of town. "As I said, this is not my fight." Vashti replied. "You're on your own." And with that, the Windfang made a 180 degree turn, before darting off in the opposite direction. *Hey, Vashti! Hold up...! Come in, over! Do you read...?*-=Blade=-"Damn..." Blade muttered in light of his unfruitful attempt to further help coax Vashti into sticking with them. "I really liked that girl too..." Of course, Blade really liked almost any girl he came into contact with, so it really wasn't saying much. But still, the girl was a hott blonde and she was very skilled in gunplay. That would have made her a great asset to the team... and maybe, just maybe Blade could've scored with her someday. Oh well. Such was Blade's life. The gunner shrugged off the thoughts, switching focus to the more important things at hand. *Alright. Everyone, ready yourselves for combat and engage on my mark.* Blade's eyes switched back and forth from his radar to his scope, as he listened along with Valco's transmission, awaiting the go-ahead. *Now! Engage them!* Blade quickly began to pilot his mech further and further downwards in altitude, towards the battle, as he readied the Albatross's Heavy ST cannon. *Got some chaff for us in there Blade?* James' voice emitted through the comlink. "Roger that, brotha." Blade replied as he veered the Albatross towards the Alex and continued to descend on the battle. "Stay back, though. You should know as well as any that this is a double-edged sword..." If the Alex was in range, the effects of the chaff grenade would be just as damaging to James' mech. Mounted to the side of the Albatross's Lascannon, was a small grenade launcher armed with chaffs. The chaffs came into great use given the Lascannon's extremely slow rate of fire. Once the Albatross was in range, Blade fired the chaff grenade at the Raider mech closest to the Alex. *PTTTHUNK* - *PFFOWW!* The chaff grenade hit the Corporation Raider dead-on, and exploded upon impact. The small aluminum strips of the chaff grenade, specifically designed to confuse mech frequencies, scattered about into the air. -=Derron=-Derron hung back alongside Logan as he switched his mech into "Nullsig" mode, which rendered his mech invisible to radar. He aimed his Sniper Laser steady, zooming his scope in on the Raider mech's ahead. Unfortunately, though, he was having trouble getting a well aimed shot through the Crimson Wolves' formation. "Would you guys hurry up and scatter!?" he whined. "I can't get a clear shot!"

-=Corporation=-
The Raider hit by the chaff grenade launched from the Albatross continued to move, although awkwardly. The chaff had fully jammed out all of his scanning and aiming equipment. The pilot swore loudly and stopped his mech in place, popping open his cockpit so that he could see and continue fighting. "Gonna get my a** blown all to hell," the pilot growled as he flipped a switch. A long, manual sight flipped out of the ST cannon on its left arm. He kept it in a circular strafe now, opening fire at the Alex. Behind him, another of the Raiders locked onto the Albatross as it swept overhead, firing a cloud of Fragmentation Rockets ahead of the mech like Flak.

CD just laughed at Logan and Koraj, mockingly. "Boys, if I were you, I wouldn't accept any food from me for at least a week. I know that I've got glass that I can grind up somewhere." She knew that sometimes, maybe a lot more then sometimes, the crew figured she was a fifth wheel because she didn't have a mech to pilot. It never bothered her though. She could fix them, and fix the people who piloted the big machines. And really, they'd still be eating cold beans out of a can if she hadn't come on to join the crew.
Ah . . . what do they matter anyways? They're just goofy boys, buddies. As soon as we're back safe on the Gestalt, they'll probably chill out. CD had no doubt that they were getting back to the transport safe and reatively sound. She decided to pipe down, not wanting to distract anyone as they faced off against the Corporation.

James smiled as the chaff rained down, which meant that things were going to get interesting. He even started laughing ad the pilot opened his hatch and started shooting with a manual aiming device. Then the Alex raised it's multilaser and took a few shots at the Raider's cockpit hoping that the enemy pilot would get hit and there wouldn't be much damage to the mech. While taking the few shots the Alex tossed an EMP grenade so that it would land between another two mechs if it didn't get shot, which wasn't as likely because the chaff would disguise it for the majority of it's path.

"Bullseye!" Blade gloated as he watched his chaff grenade hit his target dead-on. "Hahah!" the gunner cackled, quite pleased with himself as the Albatross whizzed overhead in passing. Blade observed the mech battle from a birds-eye view; searching for another target, when suddenly, a slew of projectile missiles cut upwards through the air straight towards him. "s**t!" Blade exclaimed as he quickly tugged back on the analog controls of his mech; pulling the Albatross up and back, aiming his ST cannon at the barrage of missiles and opening fire, *DDLLAMM-VLLAM-VAAM-DDDLAAMM!!!* sending a heavy rain of High Explosive slug rounds down upon the missiles, which exploded and destroyed the projectiles upon impact. ""I got hemorrhoids -- on my a**! Over!" Blade shouted through the comlink as he out-maneuvered the remaining missiles, escaping them just barely by the skin of his a**.

-=Logan=-
"'Ey. Roger that, Blade. I gotchur back, boyo." Logan replied as he observed the events through the scope of his Sniper Laser which was mounted on the head of his mech, the Draeval. Logan locked on to the Flak-firing Raider mech, charging his Sniper Laser and channeling his shot through the four laser cannons mounted on the bottom of his mech's head. Logan locked on, taking careful aim before firing the Sniper Laser. *KEEEEYYYUUUUU!* The four laser cannons located on the bottom of the Draeval's head fired with the Sniper Laser simultaneously, which reflected off of the four special plates that were mounted on the front leg shoulders and knees of his mech. This turned his single laser shot into five simultaneous shots which spread out in multpile directions; increasing his chances of hitting a vital part of the Raider mech.

-=Koraj=-Inspired by Valco's valiant charge into battle, as well as his yearning need to finally get some action and put his foot up the Corporation's a**, Koraj utilized his mech, the Daxunyrr's special ability to overdrive the energy reactor; a "berserker rage" of sorts. "C'mon you bastards!" he shouted as his mech charged past Valco's Fenrir at an intense speed into the Corporation's attack formation. Koraj slashed his Lasblade at a nearby Raider mech as he bolted by in passing, before planting his feet down and skidding to a halt right in front of the battalion of Corporation mechs "Come and get it!" he shouted as he began firing his ST cannon, throwing a barrage of shredder rounds blindly into the fray. *DDLLAMM-DLLAM-DLAAM-DDDLAAMM!!!* "AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" he roared in a rage-fueled battle-cry. "Eat THIS!" he shouted as he let loose with the particle whip located in the chest of his mech. *THTSHH-TSHH-TSHHH-TSHHHHHH!!!* the magnetic energy formed into a neon-green crackling whip which hit the first Raider Koraj had targeted, and danced along all the adjacent nearby Corporation mech's with the same magnetic signature.
