Dear Jurnal Thing:

I gess it was my way to get my mind off evrething... Dad didn't seeme to like that I wanted to redo my room. We had fun thow, a paint war and then a shower watr war... but then he calld me by my hole name... the second time evr that hes don that... I am glad in the end it ternd out ok

Well, Surion wanted to redecorate his room, So I helped him... I wasn't quite that happy about it... but you know, he's growing up, and I can't expect him to be my little son forever... He is becoming a man, and by Gods, I hope he becomes a strong one...

Surion breaks a Heart

Nagi soars through the air, hoping not to get lost on the way there, the pup in her arms was squirming a bit, being afraid of heights. She finally after an hour found his house and dropped down with a loud thump on his back porch.

Ala looked up hearing the thump on her home. She walked out the back door looking around her wings flared, she tore a short sleeved shirt and black flared jeans though unlike the last time Nagi may have seen her her left arm was covered from wrist to shoulder with a mess of scars "Hello?" she called out in search of the noise maker

" Hi... Don't kill me.. I cometh in peace..." She says then mutters to herself. " Or more like pieces if I keep crashing like this.."

Ala's wings relax seeing the girl her son had been talking to and folded loosely against her back "Hello, you are not a threat I have no reason to 'kill' you"

" That's good. Miss Ala... what happened to your arm?" She asked, struggling to keep the wiggling pup and the box she was carrying in her arms.

Ala looked at her arm for a moment then back "I got in a fight" she said simply not elaborating with who what or when

" Yikes... looks like a hell of brawl.. but is Surion home?" She asked, finally calming the puppy.

"You could say that" she nodded "Yeah he's inside reading the book his father gave him if I'm not mistaken"

" Would it be alright if I came in to talk to him.. I haven't seen him in a few days.." She said, her cheeks a tiny bit pink.

Ala nodded and turned to head inside her wings folded in sliding into her back and out of sight leaving the two round wing nodes as the only evidence the wings existed at all "Surion you have a guest" she called out as she wandered down the hall

After a moment Surion poked his head into the hall from his room "I do?" he asked and looked in the direction his mother had come from

Nagi stepped into the home and stayed in the room she stepped into and then heard Surion's voice and spoke. " Hello Surion."

Surion blinked and then stepped out of his room seeing Nagi in the alcove at the end of the hall "Hi Nagi"

Ala disappeared into the living room

" I haven't seen you in a few days and thought I'd drop by, I hope I am not interrupting anything.. I wanted to bring you a gift." She said, a smile on her face.

"No you weren't interrupting, I was just reading and trying to use glitchen to find more information" he nodded walking towards her

Nagi's head tilted to the side a bit. " glitchen?" She said as the pup in her arms let out a loud bark from each of its 3 heads.

Surion's hands went to his ears "Loud..." he nodded "Glitchen is my computer, for lack of a better name for it that's what I called it cause it's the type of computer" he said after his hands were lowered again

" Well.. my mom's Cerberus had pups and I wanted you to have one... this one was the quiet one of the litter.. he is just wanting attention. I hope you like him." She said, after a nod to his explanation.

Surion took a step closer looking at the pup and then slowly reaching a hand towards it

The pup reached all three of its heads forward and licked his hand, its tiny tail wagging rapidly. It had very Vampiric like fangs and its coat was a blend of gold, dark blue and black blotches that looked a lot like glitter.

Surion petted it "Interesting lil guy" he mused quietly as he watched it's movement

She holds the pup out to him and smiles, reaching into the box she had and sliding a black spiked collar over each head. ' When you name Him, the name will appear on the tag there. Just one thing.. when he starts growing.. he might want to stay outside.. as adults... these guys get pretty big." She said with a laugh. " And once it forms a bond with an owner, you can communicate telepathically."

Surion nodded taking the pup from her "Hope the Balan don't object" he said looking up "Thanks"

She smiled again. " Sure and this little guy is very friendly, if the Balan don't like him, I'd be very surprised." She said then looked over at him. " What have you been up to these past few days?"

"Not much" he replied "Mum got home a couple days ago I redecorated my room with dad's help..." he bit his lip slightly he'd given up keeping a happy go lucky front up a couple days previous

" I was doing okay... till a talk with my mother yesterday... but anyway.. what's wrong.. I can sense something is hurting you.." She said, a look of concern in her eyes as she rests a hand on his shoulder.

"Nothing..." he fibbed not sure if he wanted to tell it all again

" Alright, I won't force it out of you.. just remember that I'm always here for you." She said with a slight smile and gave him a quick hug.

"Thanks Nagi" Surion said softly and leaned down to set the pup on the floor

" You're welcome Surion... and I don't want to go back home for a while.. so I left home and kind of have been wandering around... pretty silly of me huh?" She said, a small sigh escaping her lips.

"Well that's a silly thing to do..." he said after a moment turning and heading down the hall towards the living room

Nagi looked at him but didn't move. " Where you heading off to?"

Surion blinked "To sit down, I don't want to stand all day in the hall, are you coming?" he asked looking at her

She scratched her head and followed him, wanting to tell him why she ran away, but not sure if she should.

Surion walked into the living room, his mum glanced up briefly before returning to her book she was murmuring in a different language, no familiar language by any means. He sat down and watched for Nagi to join

Nagi walked over and sat down next to him. Her face seemed a bit older looking and her body had started to look more adult like. " I hope we aren't interrupting your mother by talking." She said in a whisper.

Surion shook his head, "No, she's studying, she will tell us if we are" he replied talking in normal volume "No point in whispering by the by, she has very good hearing"

" Oh alright. I just didn't want to bother her. But anyway.. if I tell you something.. you have to keep this a secret.. ok?" She asked, her long black hair falling down her back as she released it from its bun.

Surion nodded slowly reaching down and picking up the pup and pulling it into his lap

" Well... when my mother pulled me aside yesterday... she told me something... and I found out that the man who all these years I thought was my dad was not so.... my father is a man my mother had a brief fling with.... and it upset me...." She said, her voice going silent as she took a deep breath, willing her tears away.

"And who to you consider to be your father in your heart?" he asked her quietly

She looked over at him and remained silent for a moment before responding. " Raltkic has always been the only father in my life... but now... I don't know if I could ever call him my dad again... knowing what I do now... its going to be very hard to get used to.. you know?" She said softly, wringing her hair ribbon in her hands.

Surion shook his head "No I don't, it doesn't matter if someone else is your father by birth, it matters that you care and love someone as your father, who cares if they aren't biological, my eldest sister calls Mum mom... but my mum is not her mum by birth" he said simply

Nagi nodded. " You know.. you are a very wise young man." She says with a smile and takes his hand in hers and gives it a gentle squeeze. " Thank you for listening... it really helps." She said, looking over at him, her ears twitching a bit.

"Dad says I'm mature for my age" he replied and looked down at the pup nestled in his lap and pulled his hand back to pet it

" You are.. you are very smart, and very sweet... and I see you are rather liking the puppy.. I just hope your parents don't get mad that I gave it to you." She says softly.

"He's cute" Surion admitted with a nod and looked over at his mother who wasn't paying much attention to their conversation let alone the creature in his lap

"Danus akud ehanh..." Ala was murmuring to herself under her breath

" I grew up around these guys so I am used to playing with them. I always get excited when I see a pair in the breeding pens.. and this time I will be getting one of my very own." She said with a smile and scratched under the left head of the pup. " So have you considered what you are going to call him?"

Surion tapped his chin thinking "Uhm I thinks Cyron would be a noble name for this lil guy"

" Wow... that sounds really neat." she said as the name he choose suddenly scribed across the blue colored tag in silver writing.

"Thanks, it seemed to suit him somehow" he said leaning to one side against the back of the couch as he was sitting sideways on the couch

" I hope whatever upset you lately gets better.. I hate to see you sad." She said, reclining back a bit and her two tails raised up off the couch.

Surion nodded "Only time will tell, only time will tell"

" Yeah I guess so." She said, tugging on one of her ears thoughtfully. " I bet you are glad to have your mother back huh?" She said, reaching for a conversation topic.

Surion looked over at her "Yeah, I wasn't sure why she went to the cliffs till she returned, but knowing why I'm glad she's home safe"

" At least the war in my homeland has ended. So maybe someday, I can show you Cerescia. I think you might like some of the books in the library, lots on alchemy and various types of herbal medicines and what not." She said, nodding to him.

"It is always good that war is over" he agreed "I hope I never have to witness any"

" Yeah I wish I didn't see what I have but now I don't have to worry about that anymore and mother already went home.. the elders were probably spazzing without their Empress there... " She says with a giggle. ' Its always fun to freak those old geezers out once in a while.. they are more uptight than a pit bull with a toothache." She says, with a slight chuckle.

"A ... what?" he asked confused not knowing what a pit bull was

Nagi took out a small mirror and said the word and an image of a white pit bull appeared. ' Rather mean tempered dogs they are.. I never liked em."

Surion stared at the image "Like a dog" he nodded

" Precisely." She said then put the mirror away. " I hope you can come visit someday, I'd love to show you the library and then the waterfall."

Surion nodded "Perhaps by that time I'll be good at reading"

" Well I can help you out sometime if you want. That is if you wanted help.' She said with a small laugh. "

Surion shrugged "I'll figure it out Mum says I should practice on my own if I'm to sort it out"

" Alrighty. This is going to sound like a odd question, but do you keep a journal of some sort?" She asked, almost feeling silly.

Surion blinked it wasn't the kind of question he expected "Uhm yeah I do..."

" I have started keeping one recently myself, mainly my poems and songs I write are in mine."

"I just keep my thoughts in mine" Surion said with a nod

" you know, my mother has always said that you can learn a lot about a person by looking at their handwriting."

"Mine sucks, as smart as I may be.. my handwriting is horrid" he admitted

" Its not how well you spell, its just how you write the letters, for example, I write with a slight slant to my writing which suggests that I am the deep thinker type, but also a loner. You see what I mean I am sure.' She says, not realizing she is starting to ramble a tad

Surion nodded slowly "I guess you know yourself best"

" Well maybe someday when I learn how to do it right, I can see what your writing says about you, as it is, my mother is the only one that knows how to do it correctly." She says, pulling a sketch book from her bag and on the first page is a very detailed looking dragon.

Surion leaned closer "You are an artist like my sister?"

" Yeah.. but I am not that great.. I just love to draw." She said, tilting the book so he could see it clearly. It was a large Chinese looking black dragon with feathered wings of many different colors and it had jade green eyes.

Surion smiled "wanna see a picture Selene drew?"

She smiles as well. ' Sure, I may have mentioned this before but my mom's twin sister is named Selene."

Surion nodded "You did" he got up and headed for his room returning a few minutes later with a piece of parchment he turned it to show her after he sat down again, it was picture of his mother sitting under a tree with someone who looked almost identical to her

" Oh wow... that's really good... is that your mom?" She asked, dropping her sketchbook and as it fell to the floor, it fell down on a page of a very well drawn pic of Surion.

"Mum and Aunty Kal" he said before leaning down to pick her book up for her, he looked at it "Nice job..."

Nagi's face turned dark pink and she laughed nervously. " You really think so? I was thinking about showing you that.. but I wasn't sure if you'd like it." She said softly, gazing over at Ala, wondering if she was still awake.

"I do" he handed the book back

Ala was still reading, flipping the pages with her scarred arm and hand

" Well I am glad you do. I was planning on finishing it and painting it and giving it to you.." She said with a smile, tugging on her ear a little too hard and letting out a soft yelp of pain.

Surion jumped in surprise as did Ala who looked up at him "Are you ok miss?" she asked closing her text

" Yeah.. just nicked my ear with my claws.. I hate it when I do that... forgive me for interrupting you ma'am.' She said, stumbling over her words, rather embarrassed.

Ala chuckled "Don't worry hun" she said putting the book to one side and getting up getting up and heading from the room

" Did I hurt your ears with my shriek?" She asked, still feeling like an igit.

Surion shook his head "No, just startled me"

She placed her hair ribbon over her ear, wiping away the little blood that was coming from it. " Sometimes.. it bites having claws." She said, poking his side with her tail tip.

Surion nodded giving a weak smile "I believe you... I don't have claws to know what you mean"

She tilted her head to the side and grabbed one of his hands and placed it over the unwounded ear and the fur on it felt velvety soft. " I figure everyone wants to touch my ears so now you can say you have." She says with a slight laugh.

Surion looked at her startled "I don't get it..."

" I never understood the fascination myself but strangely enough.. I rather like my ears petted.. I bet you think I am weird huh?" She asked, knowing full well she was coming off like a real idiot.

Surion pulled his hand back "I'm getting the feeling that's something a mate would do...." he bit his lip

Nagi blinked. " Mate? I dunno.. I suppose but I never looked at it that way." She says, her cheeks slightly pink

"Nagi... I love Nani, regardless if she's going out with someone ... " he looked down at his lap "I will wait for her, and hope by the time I'm a teen she's single again"

Nagi didn't say a word, feeling like she had just been slapped really hard, her face and eyes devoid of all emotion.

Surion put the pup down and got up and headed out of the room passing his mother in the door who looked back and forth between them

" Oh well... guess a heart can't break when it wasn't whole to start with... I am such a fool.." She said, standing up and stuffing her things back in her bag.

Ala blinked "What the heck did I just miss..." she asked

" Just don't worry about it ma'am... I just need to step outside for a moment." She says walking outside the door and and then her vision is momentarily blinded by tears.

Ala watched her walk and looked towards her son's room which was closed then followed after the young girl "Something happened in there that much is obvious, I'm not sure what all has happened here while I was away, but something has brought you to tears" she said standing beside Nagi

" I should have seen this coming... I knew the moment he told me he liked someone else that I was only fooling myself thinking he would like me.... but I never guessed when he said it outright that he didn't like me that way it would hurt this much..." She said, furiously rubbing at her eyes.

Ala sighed "Nagi, he he only recently found out she was going out with someone, he's still trying to deal with that feeling I don't think he intended to hurt you"

" Its not important how I feel, if he is happy then that's what is important.. I'll get over it." She said with a shrug of her shoulders, her fists clenched tightly.

"Everyone's feelings are important no matter how small or big the issue is..." she said looking out into the trees

" I am just going to do what I have become pretty good at the last few years, lock it away... not allow myself to feel it. Its the only way I know to deal with pain..." She said, staring up into the sky.

"Wrong, Nagi the only way to deal with pain is to work through it, trust me on that one, I learned it the hard way, the feeling of rejection, being kicked out of one home after another all because of what I was" she said "This isn't anything different, the more you lock it away the worse it will get"

" I have felt like an outsider my whole life.. and learning I was the result of a one night stand.. that didn't help.. I can never return to that house.... I just can't bare to live there and know I was just a mistake... and I know what its like about people hating you because of how you look or what you are."

"Then look at what your future can hold, there are people who will accept you for who you are rather then what, I hid what I was for so long, when I finally let it out into the open I found I had found friends who didn't care, one of those friends became my mate, I understand from my son that you are a friend of his, and I don't think he would want to lose that over something like this"

" I am just afraid of bringing him down... and lately I have pondered just saying goodbye to him.. because anyone I have ever got close to ended up dead... and I don't want that to happen to him..." She said, looking over at Ala.

"Nagi, it is very hard to Kill a Kerrsalian, there's really only a couple ways to do it. and believe me, neither his father or I would allow it" her eyes went a very bright green and she opened her hand revealing a bright green ball of energy the size of a golf ball, two of these, did not even kill one of my mate's kind..." she said

" I understand that. I just... I don't know.. I am scared of getting hurt I guess... can you do me a favor?"

Ala nodded closing her fist over the energy again her eyes slowly returning blue "What would that be?"

Nagi reached into her bag and pulled out a small wand like thing with a black stone set in it. ' Give that to Surion... and tell him... goodbye for me." She said, raising up into the air.

Ala looked at it and then up at her hoping she didn't plan to never return...

Nagi then vanished in a ball of prismatic energy.

Ala sighed and turned heading into the house once more

How could my life get worse, the one I lov has another, and I hurt one of the few frends I have. Thats it jurnal, I'm saing in mi room and not coming out. I'll get food or use the bathroom, but othr then that I am becoming a hrmitt

A Hermit Emerges

Ala grumbled it had been a few days since Surion's friend had left and he still refused to come out of his room, he exited long enough to use the washroom or retrieve some food, but otherwise ... nothing. "Something happened why I was away" she muttered digging through a shoulder bag in search of her cell phone. She finally found it and dialed Tinania's number

Tinania had just walked into her room. She had been yelling at Ducan for most of the morning and trying to get away from him. Wiping the blood from her lips she picked up the phone "Hey Ms. Ala how are you?"

"I'm fine, Tinania, perhaps you can help me, to shed some light on what happened while I was away" she said her voice held worry in it

Tinania arched a brow "Sure you know I'll help you out Ms. Ala. What going on?" she walked into the bathroom grabbing a wet washcloth to place on her broken lip.

"I got back a few days ago, Surion was a bit down, I got the feeling and heard something happened at your place, he seemed to be doing ok and then something happened a couple days ago that I am gathering has to do with Surion's emotional feelings that added on top of what happened while I was away, to be frank Tinania, he's been refusing to come out of his room for a few days now" she sighed softly

Tinania stop everything she was doing licking her bottom lip only to wince "Oh really? Um Ms. Ala would it be okay if I come over and talk to him maybe?" at this point it didn't matter to her that her lip was broken and bleeding.

Ala thought for a minute then nodded to herself "Yeah you can Tinania, I need him to get out of that room for once, I still need to take him to see his aunt, but he's refusing to come out for more then food and washroom before hiding away again"

Tinania shook her head then sighs "Okay I'll be there in ten minutes. Talk to you soon.." hanging up the phone she sighs "This is all my fault..." placing her cell phone on the table she grabs a brush running it though her hair.

Turning towards the balcony she runs jumping over it just as she tosses the hover disc under her. Landing she takes off heading toward their home.

Just as she had said she was there in ten minutes. Landing she knocks on the door then looks around.

Ala opened the door wearing her normal attire, baggy flare jeans and a short sleeved shirt, she was in her home she did not concern herself with worrying about hiding the mess of scars that started at her wrist and disappeared into her left sleeve "Come in Tinania" she said with a nod and a weak smile motioning the fact with her left arm

Tinania smiles stepping into the house. The side of her mouth was slightly bruised and swollen. She didn't seem to care about it as she looked at Ms. Ala "Its good to see you back Ms. Ala. I hope your trip was fun..."

"Fun was debatable, was a lot of work" she said closing the door behind Tinania

Tinania nods "Ah I see, well I bet your glad to be home nonetheless. So he trapped himself in his room.." she frowns then winces wishing she hadn't frowned.

Ala nodded "Yes he has, and wont come out no matter how much I tell him to" she eyes the cut on the girls lip curiously

Tinania turns alittle more to hide the cut as she nods "Okay I guess I should go and try to talk to him. His room down the hall?" she was looking down the hall debating if the room that was closed was his.

Ala nodded "That one" she said pointing to the only closed door in the hall before going and sitting down in the living room

Tinania nods then walks down the hall slowly, she was shaking her head "I can't believe I'm doing this. I'll just make things worse..." reaching the door she breaths in slowly before knocking on it.

"What" came the mumbled voice of Surion along with the sounds of buttons pressed as he hunt and pecked on the computer's keyboard

Tinania bite her lip only to wince then frown "Sur...can I come in sweetie?" she looked down at the ground kicking herself for the pain she caused him.

There was a pause "Yeah come in" he said, his door wasn't locked, he never bothered actually locking the door, he was laying on his bed on his belly under his blanket, he feet poking slightly out of the end of the blanket along with his tail, the blanket resting atop his head so mainly only his face showed as he looked at the glitchen sitting on the mattress in front of him

Tinania opened the door slowly stepping into the room. Closing it behind her she leaned against it looking at the ground "Your mum called me. She worried about you..." she looked up not noticing that she made her lip bleed alittle as she looked at him "I caused this didn't I?"

Surion turned his head looking at her sadness in his eyes, he wasn't smiling, he hadn't in several days "How might you have done that?" he asked her before sitting up

Tinania didn't move as she looked back down at the ground "Telling you me an Gavin were together. I shouldn't have because of how you feel for me. You must really hate me now..." her wings fluttered alittle as she shook her head "I'm really sorry Sur.."

"Nani, I don't hate you, never have, never could" he looked at his hands "Just sad..."

Tinania pushes her hand though her hair before looking at him "I know, and for that I'm really really sorry. I had told you I never be the one to make you upset and I failed at that.." she laughs alittle sliding down to the ground.

"You are forgiven" he said with a nod and looked towards her slowly "Not that you fail at anything"

Tinania looks at him smiling alittle then looks away "I did fail Sur, and I admit it." looking down at her hands you shakes her head "You need to come out of hiding or your going to miss alot. Beside how can I watch you if you stay locked up in your room?"

"You don't watch me much as it is" he replied and pushed the blanket off himself and moving so his feel tangle from the edge of the bed

Tinania frowns then sighs "That because your not a baby anymore. I don't really have to watch over you...Your able to take care of yourself..." looks back down at her hands shaking her head.

"Dad says by the standards of his people... I am a man" he stood up slowly walking towards her leaving the glitchen open with on a setup page for a program

Tinania looks up at him and tilts her head "Oh?" she held her breath as he walked towards her, why did she feel so lightly headed all of a sudden.

Surion nodded "I was the day I finished my hunt" he wrapped his arms around his torso stopping near her

Tinania nods "Yea I remember you telling me that..." she stops looking back down at the ground "Why is this so hard?" she shook her head placing both her hands on her forehead to hide her face. More because she knew he hadn't seen the cut and that was the last thing she wanted.

Surion shrugged "I don't know" he said looking at the floor his hands stuffed in his pockets

Tinania looked up this time then frown "I would usually hold you at this point, saying everything would be okay. But I'm not sure if I should do that. And I can't say everything will be okay when I know it won't.." she closes her eyes leaning her head back against the door.

Surion nodded "Yeah... I... I love you Nani... no matter if you are going out with someone" he mumbled quietly turning away biting his lip to keep from crying as he slowly walked towards the bed to sit down again

Tinania frowns then shakes her head "Maybe me coming here was a bad idea..." she stood slowly not looking at him.

Surion stopped and looked over his shoulder at her "Nani, I intend to wait, and hope one day I have a chance" he said quietly "I hope you never do stop coming here"

Tinania stops then turns looking at him "Surion you promise me when you told me you were crushing on me remember? I don't wait for me if another awesome girl comes along..." she looked at the ground cursing herself.

"I can't promise that, cause I don't think another will, after all, a girl liked me at the cliffs and I felt nothing for her, Nagi seems to like me too and I don't feel that feeling in my heart that I get about you" he sat down on the edge of his bed watching her

Tinania shook her head then bite down on her lip hard. She winced again but didn't care "Sur, I'm just gonna keep hurting you. I know it..."

"I'm sad, you aren't hurting me, if anything I did that to myself" he grabbed the glitchen looking at the IM name on the screen that he had been setting up

Tinania sighs then laughs alittle "Man being a teenager suxs...I seem to mess up everything..." she watches him then wipes the blood running down her chin. She sighs trying to hide it.

"You're bleeding" he said quietly not getting up, he didn't have to look he could smell it

Tinania nods alittle "Its nothing, just a small cut" she turned alittle red looking at the ground. "I bite my lip alittle too hard that all..."

Surion nodded "I see, I hope it is ok" he said not moving to heal her, he didn't know if she was still upset at him he hunt and pecked a couple more keystrokes before stopping "I can't concentrate in setting that up" he said pushing the glitchen away

Tinania nods alittle before pushing her hair from her face "Yea I think it will be, it will just bruise before it gets better that all." she pauses looking at him push away the glitchen then looks around "What were you working on?" she was fiddling with her belt almost trying to figure out what to do.

"Figuring out the message thingy" he admitted "I'm still learning it so I can set it all up" he looked at his hands feeling kinda dumb right about then

Tinania looks up then sighs as she walks over to the bed "I could help you with that if you want me to that is?" she kneels down next to his bed, placing her emo bag in her lap.

Surion looked down at her, he said nothing just stared at her he bit his lip. Should he kiss her? it was awfully tempting, he knew she was going out with someone though... oh what to do... Well... he figured the worst she could do was hate him, but somehow he had a feeling she wouldn't ever hate him. If nothing else he could use the excuse of healing her lip... he hoped he wouldn't have to fib like that even though he really did want to heal her. He hesitated a moment and then without warning leaned forward planting his lips on hers

Tinania eyes widen in shock from what Surion had just done. She wasn't all that sure what to do, In the back of her mind she had really hoped he was doing this to just heal her lips.

She blushed closing her eyes before touching his cheek then pulled back "Surion..." her voice was barely above a whisper as her bottom lip shook alittle.

Surion sat upright again crossing his right arm across his cheat resting on the opposite arm fidgeting with his sleeve as he looked at his lap silently cursing himself as the gem rapidly returned to normal from lighting up briefly

Tinania looked away touching her bottom lip that was healed. She was still blushing a very bright red. Looking down at her lap she licked her now dry lips "Ummm.."

"Sorry" he said in a whisper of his own "I... I shouldn't have done that" he mumbled closing his eyes to hold back tears

Tinania looked up at him then shakes her head "Sur, sweetie please don't cry.." she climbs onto the bed pulling him close "Why is it that I'm the one that keeps making you cry.." she whispers against his hair holding him.

She was shaking alittle trying to hold back her own sadness so she could be strong for him. "Please don't cry, I don't think I could handle you crying.."

Surion sniffled and opened his eyes wiping his eyes, it didn't stop the threat, but he tried... for her

Tinania gulps hard and did the only thing she knew that could calm him down. Starting off softly she sung in Elven the song she always sung just for him.

She didn't care about how bad her day had went or the fact that she had to be somewhere that night. All that matter was that she made him smile again.

Surion listened to her song after a while softly humming with the tune, he knew it only too well, it loosened the tightness he felt in his chest

Tinania smiles alittle when she hears him hum along with her. Running a hand though his hair she continues to sing. Not noticing that her sleeve had bunched up alittle to reveal the bruising on her wrist.

Leaning back she relaxes herself pulling him closer, she like this better then having him upset.

Surion stopped humming his eyes following her arm before a hand reached for it

Tinania opened her eyes wondering why he stopped humming when she saw him reach towards her hand. Gasping when she saw the bruise she pulled her sleeve down quickly "You feeling alittle better so I can help you set up your messenger?"

Surion stopped moving his hand and looked up at her "Nani? What happened?" he asked her quietly his mind wasn't on his computer just then

Tinania looked at him then smiles "I got hurt while teaching class today, just alittle bruising that all.." she looked away hating that she just lied to him, but she didn't want him to know that she was dealing with something that could get him hurt.

"That didn't look little" he said quietly though he had a feeling she wasn't going to elaborate

Tinania smiles "It will get worse before it gets bigger. Most bruises do.." she hugs him then smiles "I'm okay really I am..."

Surion nodded after a minute "Ok" he didn't want to make her tell him something she didn't want to. He had his own secrets too

Tinania smiles glad he wasn't pushing her. Hopefully by the time he grew she wouldn't have to deal with the problem anymore.

Running her hand though his hair she closes her eyes "So now what?" she bites her bottom lip "Are you gonna stay locked up in your room?"

"I don't know, I'm sad, and then I go and hurt a friend" he said quietly

Tinania arches a brow sitting up, she moved just alittle just so she could kept the bruises anywhere else on her body hidden "Still don't have to keep hidden. I know I hurt you, yet here I am sweetie.."

Surion was quiet for a time before finally talking "I'll come out... for you.. if you want me to" he said looking at his hands

Tinania hugs him shaking her head "Don't come out for me sweetie. Come out because you want to. I can tell you what to do. Just as you said, your a man, so you have to decide for yourself.." she kisses his forehead near the gem embedded in his head.

Surion wasn't sure what to say, he didn't know if he really wanted to or not. He would for her but other then that... he was upset with himself for hurting his friend "I.. I don't know what I want... besides one thing that ... doesn't seem like it will ever be"

Tinania frowns knowing what that one thing was pulling away just alittle she whispers softly "I'm sorry.."

"You'll follow your heart..." he said quietly with a nod "As will I" he added and reached over picking up the glitchen again pulling it onto his lap

Tinania looks at him arching a brow "Surion do you think I'm in love with him?" she watches him as he picked up the glitchen.

Surion shrugged as he moved his finger over the touch pad bringing it out of sleep mode the setup window for the messenger still open on the screen

Tinania laughs alittle "Surion, I don't love Gavin. I just like hanging out with him. Like you its just a crush, yea I've kissed. But love. No I don't love Gavin.." she looks down at the messenger trying to read the screen.

Surion looked up at her studying her face "My feelings are beyond a crush" he mumbled softly looking back down to the screen, looking at the two lines he had filled in... his name.. and his user name

Tinania nods smiling "I know sweetie, but that all it is with me and Gavin. Just crushes, most never last, so.." she arches a brow as she see the username "Is that my nickname?"

"Your nick name?" he blinked confused he still had a couple things to put in before he started putting in other people's names for people he hoped to talk with, not that that was more then one person at that time

Tinania leans over his shoulder alittle point to her nickname written in his user name "That...is that my nickname or am I reading it wrong?" she looked at him then back at the screen.

"NanisDragon... it's what I chose for a message thingy name" he mumbled, blushing, his ears turning red

Tinania couldn't help it but for some reason she smiled "That so sweet." she hugs him then giggles "So your my dragon? Awww.." she couldn't help but kiss his cheek then leaning forward she clicked on 'Add Buddy'.

When another screen pops up she quickly types in the name 'FairyImpNani'. Leaning back she smiles "There now you have me on your buddy list also."

"You type a lot faster then I do" he said after she typed her name in he looked at her nick on his list... it was the ONLY name there

Tinania smiles then pokes his side "Well I always had a computer with me, but don't worry you'll get alot faster in typing to." she leans back winces alittle from the bruise on her back.

Surion nodded and saw her wince and frowned he watched her silently, moving his hand to her arm, it didn't matter if he was on the sore or not so long as he touched her, and with his touch the blue gem started to glow

Tinania watched him then when she saw the gem glow, she pulled away from him for the first time "Surion you can't heal me, not this time, there to many sweetie.." she looks down licking her bottom lip.

Surion looked down the gem went out, he got up and walked silently away from his bed putting his computer on his desk and looked out the window

Tinania watched him then shook her head "Surion, please don't be mad at me. I just don't want you to do something that impossible.." she rubbed her upper arm not at all sure what to do.

"I'm not mad" he said quietly "I've healed much more then a few bruises" he told her playing with the front of his tank top under which he knew was hidden the concealed scars, or at least a fraction of them

Tinania looked up then tilted her head so some of her hair fell into her face "Then why did you get up and move away from me?" her wings fluttered as she sat there.

"Cause you pulled away from me, I won't heal someone if they don't want me to" he said quietly looking back towards her

Tinania holds her arms out towards him "Does mean you have to pull away. I may not wish to be healed, but I still like having near me..." she bites her bottom lip watching him.

Surion looked at her for a moment then walked back, he left the computer where he had put it down. He sat on the bed and slid back more onto it and looked towards her

Tinania sighs then leans back closing her eyes "Things aren't going to be the same between us ever again will they?" she shakes her head really confused.

"I cannot predict the future Nani" he said "except to know that I will wait however long I have to" he nodded

Tinania nods "I know Sur.." she yawns closing her eyes trying to move but the pain had finally set in that she couldn't move her wings and legs even if she wanted to.

Surion watched her and frowned and then sighed "Nani, it wont hurt me to heal you, at worse, I'll fall asleep for a while after" he told her quietly as he looked down at his own hands, he had his reasons for knowing that but he wasn't ready to tell them

Tinania looks at him biting her bottom lip, she was debating with herself if she should let him or not. Finally shaking her head she closes her eyes "As long as you don't get hurt by doing this.."

"Nani I wont, it's part of the ability, it knows when to stop me, by making me pass out and sleep till I have energy again" he told her "I've only ever passed out once..."

Tinania looks at him then nodding she relaxes alittle on his bed. "Okay, then I'll let you heal me..." she lifts her shirt alittle, her whole stomach was bruised along with her hips.

Pulling up her pants legs then her sleeves they too were also bruised badly, only her arms also had cut. She looks away from him not able to look into his eyes.

Surion's eyes widened as he saw the bruises he got angry inside but bit his lip not saying anything. He reached out touching her arm softly and her belly watching her as his gem lit up brightly a light flicker at first then then steady. He hoped whatever had happened to her wouldn't ever happen again

Tinania closed her eyes hating herself that she had to ask Surion to help her and not be able to tell him what happen.

The bruise on her stomach slowly but surely vanished as did the one on her arm along with the others. The cuts didn't seem to heal as fast as the bruises though.

Surion moved his hand as it disappeared hoping to give more direct energy to the areas needed after a while he closed his eyes lightly to simply concentrate, he focused using his inner anger towards healing her

Tinania didn't move as the cuts slowly closed, she just sat there not speaking. She didn't know what to say, she knew he would ask her what happen. But how could she tell him without getting in more trouble with Ducan,

Surion teetered his gem flickered out and he passed out, he didn't have a huge amount of control over the potential energy he could use to heal it was one thing his mum wanted him to see his aunt for. His now-asleep form tipped over against her

Tinania looks down at him then wraps her arms around him holding the young child close "I'm sorry Surion.." she leans down kissing his cheek lightly as a single tear fell.

She didn't want him to have to see that knowing she wouldn't ever be able to tell him why she kept getting the bruises.

It took about twenty minutes before Surion stirred and opened his eyes

Tinania eyes were still closed she knew he was stirring but she still couldn't look at his face. She ran her hand slowly up and down his arm "You okay Sur?"

"Yeah I'm ok, are you?" he asked watching her expression

Tinania nods opening her eyes but not looking at him "Yea I'm alot better thanks to you.." she smiles alittle but she still couldn't look him in the eyes.

"I'm glad you are, I hate seeing you hurt" he said quietly he didn't move to sit, not for a lack of energy, more for just liking where he was

Tinania bites her bottom lip trying to stop the tears. "I know, I'm sorry you had to see that Sur.." she ran her hand over his back her hand shaking alittle but it didn't matter to her "You feeling alittle better? I mean enough to come out of your room?"

"I think I'll be ok" he said with a nod and finally did move to sit up "Mum's been trying to get me to come out for a few days" he admitted what she already knew

Tinania nods sitting up as she pulled her shirt down, then her sleeves, then pants legs "Yea I know, its why she called me. She figured I be the one to get you to come out of your hermit stage..." she runs her hand though his hair.

"I hurt a friend, thought if I stayed in here I couldn't hurt anyone or feel the way I did... Guess that didn't really work huh" he looked at his hands

Tinania frowns then walking over she kneels down in front over him tilting his chin up so he can looks at her using her hands "Welcome to what its like being a teen, or as your culture puts it a man. Its part of life.." she runs her thumb along his cheek hoping to sooth him.

"Yeah I suppose it is... Not that I wish it was" he said looking at her "Oh well, just one of those tings I cannot control"

Tinania smiles then shakes her head "Its a thing none of us can control sweetie. Its what growing up is all about. All you can do is learn from it okay?" she pokes his nose lightly then giggles "Come on don't make me tickle you, life not all that bad..."

Surion nodded "guess that's really all that can be done" he agreed. "You wouldn't tickle me now would you" he said remembering the last time she had

Tinania smirks then arches a brow "Oh you think so?" then without a second thought she started tickling his sides.

Surion squeaked and squirmed and finally started giggling as he tried to get away

Tinania pulls him into her lap still tickling him "Now that the Surion I know and love..." she stops speaking as the word came out of her mouth.

Surion's eyes opened wider and he looked up at her startled, the tickling forgotten for a moment before his squirming resumed

Tinania looked down at him hoping he hadn't notice her full blown blushing as she stopped tickling him "And you thought I wouldn't tickle you.." she smiles alittle hugging him close.

Surion smile lightly catching his breath from being tickled "Guess I was wrong there" he was watching her expression

Tinania nods then looks at him biting her bottom lip "Yea I guess so.." she looked away laughing alittle.

"I hope whatever caused your bruises doesn't happen again" he said quietly not prying as to the exact source

Tinania looks away catching her breath "I just have to not cross paths with him again.." she stops then covers her mouth eyes widen in shock before she looks at Sur.

Surion stared at her "I thought, it was something from teaching" he said quietly

Tinania frowns shaking her head "No..." she looks away from him biting her bottom lip.

"It is something I hope never happens again... that... whoever it was.. gets some honor... it's wrong to do that" he said quietly

Tinania looks at him then just simply nods "Me too.." she was lying though her teeth but she didn't want to have him tell his mother or he try to get involved.

Surion sensed she was keeping something from her, but at the same time he did not want to hurt anyone else and didn't push for more information, he figured she'd tell him when she was ready

Tinania wraps her arms around him and just holds him closing her eyes. She knew he was curious but deep inside she would hate herself if anything ever happen to him. "How did you do it..." she whispers against his hair.

"How did I do what?" he asked her leaning against her wishing he was older then he was

Tinania blushes then shakes her head "How did you mange to get into my heart and make me so protective and comfortable around you?" she runs a hand though his hair "The only other person that I'm this comfortable around is my brother Mein.."

Surion shrugged "I don't know, maybe it's how long you've known me?" he suggested

Tinania smiles then nods "Must be.." she giggles then pokes his nose "Were always going to be close okay? No matter what happen.."

Surion smiled and nodded

Tinania smiles then tilts her head "When your a teen we'll be able to do everything together, like go clubbing. I'll be there always to help you.." she ruffles his hair alittle "Even if were dating different people."

"Okay" he nodded, He had no plans to date someone else but he wasn't going to start that up again "I'm hungry..." he said

Tinania smiles then nods "How about we go see if your mother can make you something to eat then.." standing she holds her hand out to him

Surion nodded and took her hand "Will you stay too?" he asked standing up

Tinania nods "Yea I'll stay, but only for alittle bit. Just so that you'll get use to being in the world again." she winks heading towards the door with him.

Surion nodded feeling suddenly stupid for his hiding away as he followed her from the room

Tinania walks towards the main room then looks around "Ms. Ala? I brought someone out of his room to see you.." she looks down at him then giggles.

Surion blushed lightly at how she put it

Ala poked her head from the living room "Thankyou Tinania, I'm not even going to ask how you accomplished that, I've been trying for days" she nodded

Tinania smiles then looks down at Surion "We came to an understanding, that life not always gonna be the way you want.." she looks back up and smiles "He also very hungry, and would it be alright if I stay?"

Ala smiled "Well I'm glad it's sorted out" she said and walked into the hall "All right then lets get some food, and of course you can stay Tinania, you are always welcome in this house"

Tinania blushes then looks down at Surion "Why don't you go show you mum what you want to eat while I call my house to let Nana know I'll be late.."

Surion nodded "Ok" he said and let go of her disappearing into the kitchen followed by his mum

Tinania smiles then pulling her cell phone out she dials her house "Hey Nana, yea its me Nani...Yea I'm fine just calling to let you know I'll be late.." she turns looking around the room "Yea I will...okay I'll talk to you later.." hanging up the phone she turns walking towards the kitchen.

Surion was sitting down with a sandwich and Ala had pulled out some fruit there wasn't much but she tried to keep a little around for when Tinania came

Tinania smiles walking over taking a seat next to Surion, She smiles then nods to Ala "Thanks for letting me stay. Nana was worried when I left the house without saying a word.."

Ala smiled "Not a problem Tinania, you are welcome here no matter what, you need not ask"

Surion smiled the sandwich he ate was rather thick with meat

Giggling she watches Surion not touching the food in front of her. She pushes her hair from her face then picked up a piece of fruit taking a bite of it.

Ala hummed softly moving about and cleaning up and planning in her mind

Surion watched Nani as much as she was watching him, she'd said something that was still tugging at his mind

Tinania blushes looking at Surion before shaking her head looking towards the busy Ala "So when should I be ready to watch Sur again?"

Ala looked up and glanced at the calendar "In a few days perhaps? I'm going to take him to Kazeha if I can help it in the next day or so, he needs some training from his aunt, training he can't so easily get from me"

Surion looked at his mum and then his food, he knew what kind of training she meant

Tinania nods then smiles "Oh that should be fun, I just recently learned I had a new power thanks to my fairy side.." she giggles looking at Surion.

Ala quirked a curious brow "Oh? I'm sure it's a learning curve for you as well"

Surion looked up from his mostly eaten sandwich

Tinania nods then smiles "You can say that much, it very interesting though.." closing her eyes then without a though her hand starts to glitter before she opens her eyes which were glowing a bright green and tosses fairy dust at Surion.

Surion jumped in surprise as the dust comes his direction, he hadn't expected that

Tinania giggles then looks to Ala "Fairy dust, it sort of helps make wishes come true. Although I'm not very powerful yet. It also helps make things grow..." she turns then smiles at Surion.

Surion stares at her hearing her explanation, he bit his lip he didn't want to get his hopes up too high

Ala chuckled "My sister in law convinced Surion as a toddler a minty leaf at the cliffs was an herb to grow faster, in reality it was to calm him down and make him go to sleep, funny thing is, she must have given it to him just when he was due to grow, since he woke up... grown"

Tinania giggles then shakes her head "I wish I could say it help humans but it only helps plants grow." she touches Surion's nose then smiles "You'll grow when you ready too.." she picks up a piece of fruit then smiles

"But yea I seem to control wishes and growing plants now.." she shakes her head laughing "As if I didn't already have enough to do.."

Ala laughed "perhaps it's a side job" she said and headed from the room "I have to go write a letter I'll be in the living room"

Surion finished up the sandwich "What kinds of wishes?" he asked her

Tinania looks over at him then smiles poking his nose "Anything really, I'm not all that sure because I'm still learning.."

Surion smiled and nodded who knows perhaps she'd effect his wish, but only time would tell "You will learn well, I know it you are smart"

Tinania blushes "Thanks but I'm still just getting use to all the side effect of this fairy side..." she picks up another piece of fruit taking a bite of it "So what did you wish for?"

Surion nodded and looked down at his empty plate "Same thing I've been for a long while" he mumbled his ears turning red

Tinania blushes then giggles "I should have known.." she leans over then kisses his cheek "All I can say is let life wield its powers. Who knows.."

Surion nodded "Ok Nani" he conceded, he didn't need to get himself to another depressed state and gave her a smile

Tinania leans over and gives him a one arm hug "Again that the Surion I know.." she didn't say the last part as she licked her bottom lip.

"I hope you coming here didn't make you miss anything you needed to do" he said his tail moving lazily behind

Tinania shook her heading smiling "No not at all, I was planning on just staying in my room all day sleeping.." she leans back in her chair.

Surion made a face "Sleeping is boring, though I can't say anything about the saying in one's room part"

Tinania giggles then smiles "Yes sleeping is boring, but its also very nice when you hardly get any sleep like I have." she tilts her head then smirks "I'll have to show you my room one day.."

Surion frowned "Why haven't you gotten sleep?" he asked her pushing the plate away and leaning on the table

Tinania picks up a fruit then looks at him "Its near finals at the school I'm teaching at. So I'm having to get everything ready, which keeps me up late.." she nibbles on the fruit then looks at him. "Its nothing I can't handle.."

Surion nodded "Just don't wear yourself out too bad" he said unsure what else to do that day

Tinania smiles then winks "I won't, I'll just head to bed early tonight that way I can get plenty of sleep." she giggles then just looks at him "Something on your mind isn't there?"

"Just a nagging curiosity about the future, but that's nothing that can be predicted" He admitted

Tinania smiles then arches a brow "Oh why do you wish to grow up so fast sweetie?" she brushes her hair from her face still watching him.

"I guess there are a few reasons" he admitted looking towards an old photo of the family on the wall

Tinania arches a brow looking towards the photos then back at him "Which are if you don't mind me asking?"

Surion looked down from the photo which happened to be of his parents and 3 siblings "Everyone around me in my family has grown a lot faster then me, I got the weirdest of looks from others at the cliffs when they found out how old I was, and that at that time I was still a toddler... I feel awkward around my cousin, my one really good friend from the cliffs, and I hate that. And I guess the last reason is..." he paused and then finished in a rather quiet whisper "... you"

Tinania listens then blushes thinking "Surion I know how that feels. I'm the same way sortof. See I'm still a teen but my fairy side thinks I'm an adult and trying to get my wings to grow to there final stage but my body not ready for them. So I felt out of place when I saw the rest of the fairies.." she knew it wasn't the same but she hope it be close enough to help him.

Surion looked at her "Yeah... but it's alittle different when you actually see them grow right in front of you, go away and they are like the same as you, a kid... and a week later come back to find them having children of their own"

Tinania winces then sighs "That would suck, but then look on the bright side, you get to enjoy things more...like your first crush...or when you were a toddler and all those time I babysat you. If you grew like your cousin then I wouldn't have been able to sit you on my stomach while floating in the lake.."

Surion thought about what she said and nodded "I have to admit you are right about that"

Tinania nods "Yup, that how I look at it, your lucky because you get to enjoy things more.. "she tilts her head then smiles "You'll grow when your ready Surion, we all do.."

"I think I've seen my half sister more then even the twins, I know mum and dad are already like great great grandparents.... I know they wont be from me any time soon" he shook his head and looked to her

Tinania giggles then leans back "Tari and Celia been talking about kids. I keep forgetting how much older they are. I don't want any kids yet. Not until I know I'm truly in love and plan on being with that person the rest of my life.." she sighs then smiles "Yup the perfect guy would be someone who will always be there for me, love me no matter what I do.."

Surion smiled and nodded "When you make that decision I know you will be a wonderful mother"

Tinania giggles then winks "Well I had alot of practice watching you.." she blushes then runs a finger along the necklace she got.

"And I'm glad you did" he chuckled resting his head on his arms stifling a yawn not wanting her to see or hear it

Tinania yawns herself closing her eyes, from her battle with Ducan, then her talk with Surion she was tired. She relaxed alittle her hair falling around her face.

Ala walked into the room and saw the pair and chuckled "Ok, perhaps it's time for a nap, Tinania there's a spare room here if you so wish"

Tinania opens her eyes yawning "Huh? Oh sorry..." she blushes sitting back up "Thanks Ms. Ala..." she stands looking at Surion "Is he sleeping?"

Surion lifted his head and looked around dreary eyed

Ala laughed, "No, but awful close by the looks of it"

Tinania giggles then touches his shoulder "It seems we all can use a nap. I know I can..." she holds her hand out to Surion

Ala chuckled "The room next to Surion's is empty, the room beside that is Devin's so stay outta that one"

Surion took her hand standing up and this time yawning audibly

Tinania nods then walks with Surion down the hall, she watches him smiling before walking back into his room "Okay sleepy dragon you need to lay down.."

"Ok Nani" he said climbing into his bed and pulling at the blanket

Leaning down she kisses his cheek then looks back up "I'll be in the room next to you if you need anything.." turning she slips out of his room walking into the room next to him.

Walking over to bed she lays down on the bed pulling the cover up. Yawning she closes her eyes just to rest them.

"Mmhmm" he replied and was out like a light before she crossed the threshold of the spare bedroom

Tinania feel asleep within minutes her whole body was relax and peaceful. Her flutter alittle alittle causing her hair to fall into her face.

Going to Kazeha

Surion woke later and sat up, looked around and then stretched and pulled his red n black blanket around his shoulders and tied it holding it closed around him yes he was hiding something as he wandered out of the room "Nani still here" he mused quietly picking up her scent and a moment later peeked into the door of the spare room his attention split between looking, and working on concealing what he was hiding

Tinania was still sound asleep in the bed, she was laying on her side and most of her face was hidden by her hair. Her breathing was slow and she looked so peaceful as she slept.

Surion silently walked in and sat on the floor beside of the bed looking over the top of it watching her thinking to himself how peaceful she looked and making his wish for the future once more

Tinania wings slowly started glowing as she slept, they seem to be responding to Surion. She moved alittle just to brush her hair from her face still sleeping.

Surion smiled softly he didn't move he didn't make a noise, he just watched her

Tinania yawns opening her eyes slowly as she sat up lifting her hands above her head. "Mmmm.. " she rubs at her eyes with both her hands.

Surion watched her silently, he was going to let her notice him, he had a feeling he might startle her either way

Tinania open her eyes slowly then turn to climb out of the bed only to jump seeing Surion, she blushes then laughs "How long have you been sitting there? "

"Ten minutes or so" he said standing up, he knew he was done hiding the scars, but he still liked the feeling of the blanket

Tinania smiles then leans forward she looks at the blanket "Hey is that your baby blanket? " she touched the blanket, She always likes it, because it always made her feel safe when she was near it.

Surion blushed and nodded "Yeah it's the blanket from Visha" he confirmed "It's always on my bed, though I'm rapidly outgrowing it, it doesn't cover all of me anymore"

Tinania smiles then nods "Yea I outgrew my baby blanket. " she winks then smiles "I always did love this blanket, its seem so calming. I wish I had one... " laying back down she yawns "That was a good nap "

"This was 'Lene's room, now she has a family in Kazeha" he told her and sat on the edge of the bed

Tinania smiles then nods "Sortof like Aylana's room. She has her own place but mum keeps her room in case she comes home for awhile.. " she looks over at him then smiles "Did you sleep well? "

Surion nodded "Yeah I had a good nap, more restful then my last sleep" he admitted

Ala poked her head in "I thought I heard voices in here" she said tapping a small scroll of paper against the doorframe

Tinania smiles looks up and waving to Ala "Yea seem Surion likes watching me sleep... " she giggles sitting up then looking at Surion "That good.. "

Ala laughed and walked in and shook her head watching her son go just about as red as his blanket "Have you ever met my twin sister Tinania?" she asked

Tinania shakes her head then smiles "I didn't even know you had a twin Ms. Ala.. " she pushes up to sit right in the bed as she pokes Surion in the side.

"I need to take him to see her" she said pausing

Surion pouted he didn't want to today

"And my suspicions are he doesn't want to go... Care to come with us to drop him off?" she asked

Tinania looks at Surion then smiling she nods "Sure I'll come with you to drop him off, if he wants me too. " she looks back at Ala winking before looking back at Surion.

Ala smiled and nodded "Good to hear"

Surion nodded "If I have to go... then ya"

Tinania giggles then looks at Ala "Where is the bathroom so I can clean myself up? " she climbed out of bed fixing her clothes before leaning back alittle popping her back.

Ala pointed at the door across the hall "Right there" she said

Surion wandered out of the room and disappeared into his room to get what he'd need

Tinania smiles slipping pass Ala then walking into the bathroom closing the door. Turning on the water she splashed her face with water before wiping it dry.

Pulling her brush from her bag she pulls it though her hair making it lay flat again. Then grabbing her lip gloss she runs it across her lips. With a smile she steps out of the bathroom "There that better.. "

Surion waited by the front door with his mom

Ala smiled she intended to take a shortcut

Walking back into the main room she smiles as she pulls her hair up into a ponytail "Okay this should be fun.. "

Ala chuckled "We're going to take a shortcut... it's a lil disorientating and you need to keep your eyes shut" she told Nani

Surion stepped closer to his mum, he knew what she intended

Tinania arches a brow then shrugs "Okay... " she steps towards then touching Surion's shoulder before closing her eyes.

Ala put a hand on both shoulders and there was a soft 'pop' sound and a minute later one more "Ok you can open your eyes again" She had landed on a road, to Nani it would seem like an empty road that went nowhere but straight

Tinania open her eyes shaking her head, feeling slightly light headed. She looked around trying to get a sense of where she was "Whoa, what just happen? "

"Took you outside the gates of Kazeha" she said handing the small scroll to Tinania

Surion started wandering down the road

Tinania took the scroll then nods looking around "Okay...interesting.. " she looked at the scroll then towards Surion, he seem to be fine so she was glad.

Soon as she read the scroll which seemed to be a formal invitation the village appeared, they were in fact outside a large set of gates

Ala walked up to the guard who promptly pulled out a large scroll and asked her name and purpose of visit "Alatariel Rakamash, son Surion and friend Tinania DarkAngel, visiting my sister Kalyai Garyuu" she said and after a look at the list they were admitted in

Tinania smiles to the guard then moves alittle quicker to walk beside Ala. She tilts her head then looks back to Ala "So why do I need this? " she holds the small scroll out looking at it.

Ala chuckled looking at her friend "Without a invitation from an elder of this village or my sister, you can't see or find it, it would be like walking through a field, kind of like the Haven"

Surion trudged along having moved beside Nani as they walked into the village, to say that the village was technology impaired would have put it mildly, there were no technologies like the outside world save for the lights in people's homes. They even relied on either foot or horse and buggy for transportation

Ala smiled "We have to walk to the center of the village then turn down another road, my sister lives on the outskirts of the village overlooking it"

Tinania nods looking at the scroll then slips it into her emo bag for safe keeping. Looking down at Surion she smiles holding her hand out to him. "Sound like fun, and with all the flying I've been doing on my hover disc, walking sound good at this point. " she giggles then continues to look around.

Surion smiled seeing her hand and reached to take it "My brother and sister live here" he tells her

Ala chuckles "yes that they do, long with all your nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews" she looks at Nani seeing her put it away "You don't have to worry about anyone reading that but you, to anyone else it would appear to be a blank piece of parchment, even I couldn't read it, it's one of the charms they place on all invitations"

Tinania smiles then nods "That is indeed a very nice charm. I'll have to talk to aunti about doing that. It be alot easier that for sure.. " she arches arches a brow looking between them both "Your whole family is here, are you serious?"

"All my children by birth save for Surion live here, Torvina lives at the cliffs with her mate and children, Selene and Torvin live here in teh village with their mates, both have had kids, who have kids... who have had kids..." she chuckles and shakes her head

Surion nods "Barely see them though, they are always busy"

They approach what looks like a town center with buildings and offshoots of roads heading off in every direction, a council chambers, what looks like a large academy and a hospital and a bunch of smaller shops, in the very center of the square is a fountain with cryptic non-English writing around it's base flowing sparkling completely clean water, there are no gold coins in it.

Tinania eyes widen as she walks up to the fountain looking into it, she hadn't seen water that clean, not even in Emerald Haven. Looking over he smiles "This indeed looks like a great place to live...I can see why all your children live here.. " she looks around at the different building taking it all in.

Ala smiled "That's the fountain the Kerrsalian people gave these people many many many years ago, it flows with pure Kerrsalian water, my sisters to be exact" she chuckled and then pointes at the hospital "And that is where Surion was born"

Surion smiles "It's too technologically behind the time for me, almost as bad as the cliffs" he admits

Tinania giggles then ruffles Surion's hair "Really Sur because once in awhile going back to the old ways works better. " she winks then looks to Ala "So is your sister older then you? "

Ala shakes her head "Nope, she's my twin actually, she grew up with the Kerrsalian people though, so she has more training then I do.

Surion laughs "I did lots of that, right now I want the new ways"

Tinania gasps then smiles "Just like my mum twin Mel? " she thinks for a moment then looks down at Surion "Yes true but I still love the old ways it why I work within the Elven villages.. "

Ala looks at her "Uhmmmm yeah I guess a little like that" she leads the two down a road leading away from the town square

Surion nods "I guess ya gotta really really like it" he agrees

Tinania smiles then keeps quiet just continuing to look around, she was taking in everything so she could sketch it all out later. This place to her was amazing.

Buildings became more and more spread apart till there was an acre or two between many and some even had farms, they reach a fork in the road, the left side going into a farm the right moving into a slightly more tree-y area , Ala motions them down the right road

Tinania follows Ala humming along the way, she glances down at Surion every once in awhile. Her mind was running though alot that happen today. But mostly over the kiss. She was still really curious about that, but didn't say anything.

Surion watches the road more then anything as they walk having seen this road a few times before

After several houses Ala points out to Nani a simple 2 story house which she identifies as Selene's home. and then soon they are at the bottom of a hill that has steps leading up the side "And this is Kalyai's place, up the top of the stairs"

Tinania stops looking over the homes then climbs the stairs. She was still very quiet but you could tell by her fluttering wing she was curious. Upon reaching the top of the stairs she stops looking out around at the land.

Fairly clean and bare land and directly ahead a small 1 story building with architecture much different then any that's been seen in Kazeha as yet, a small fountain almost a miniature of the one in the town square tot he right of the front entrance, and almost as if she knew they were coming the front door slides open and in the doorway a woman who could have EASILY passed for Ala when she was pregnant except for a lack of tail, horns and the fact she had green eyes and gem, she was however very pregnant "Hi guys!" she says cheerfully

Tinania looks over and smiles then curtsies alittle "Hello " she stands pushing her hair back away from her face before looking down at Surion ruffling his hair.

Ala smiles "Hey sis, I see you are still pregnant" she laughs

Surion ducks his head to try to avoid the ruffling "Hey" he laughs

Kal waddles a few steps out "Yeah, month and a half or so to go" she said and smiles at Nani "You must be the Tinania I wrote out an invite for this morning" she says

Tinania giggles then looks to Kal nodding "Yes I'm Tinania, I'm this young man sitter.. " she smiles holding her hand out to Kal "Its a pleasure to meet you and thanks for inviting me to your amazing land.. "

"Not mine, I'm just here to help this village get back on it's feel again, but I'll be here for several years, it's kinda my test as an apprentice Wisen of my people" Kal tells Nani extending her hand to the girl

Tinania blushes then nods taking her hand "Ah I see, very neat... " she looks down at Surion then smiles.

Ala watches the group "Well Kal you know why we're here"

Kal nods "That I do sis, Surion shall we get started? you are in for a couple hard days work"

Surion sighs "I guess" he mumbles and looks up at Nani

Tinania kneels down hugging him then kisses him on the nose "Everything will be fine sweetie, two days we'll go by fast you'll see. " she touches his cheek then stands stepping back towards Ala.

Surion nods "Ok" he smiles when she kisses his nose then heads towards his aunt

Ala watched the pair disappear into the house then turns towards Nani "Now you see why I said, 'something like that' She looks nearly identical to what I did before I took Torvil as my mate"

Tinania smiles nodding "That she does I remember when you had black hair. " she pauses then licks her bottom lip "Surion sure growing up fast.. " she laughs alittle running her hand though her hair.

Ala nods and heads back towards the stairs "That he is, but not as fast as his siblings and I think that bothers him"

Tinania looks down at the ground "Yea he does, but I think I got him to understand that he should be happy, he get to do more things.. " she looks over then bites her bottom lip "Ms. Ala have you ever been kissed by someone younger then you? "

Ala blinks and looks at her, "yes actually I have, by the only man to ever kiss me... Torvil, he is younger then me by technical years, even though to his people he is about the same age up here" she taps her head "And in physique"

Tinania looks down then blushes "Oh I see...so with Torvil people Surion already a man? " she look back up playing with a few strands of hair.

"Surion was a man in the eyes of his father's people the day he finished his hunt, even if in the eyes of people here he isn't " Ala explains as the descend the stairs

Tinania nods keeping up with her "So that means he sortof a teen trapped in a kids body? Well a man to say.. " she touches her lips then blushes as if Surion had kissed her again that moment.

"In a sense I suppose, gotta remember as well that his father's people, well they mature very fast, he's very slow compared to them, they hit the age of maturity when they are just one month old, it's how I've already become a great great grandmother" she chuckles

Tinania nods then smiles "Yea I understand now... " she pushes her hair away from her face "That explain why Surion kissed me.. " she gasps covering her mouth, she was blushing a deep red.

Ala laughs "I think he kissed you cause he likes you a lot. I told you... I could not convince him to come back rout of his room"

Tinania blushes then laughs "He liked me since he came back from his hunt. It surprise me to tell you the truth. I'm not special. Although some how that young man got to me.. " she shakes her head then laughs "God help me if I'm single when he grows again.. "

Ala laughs with her "You are special in your own way Tinania, and Surion knows that"

Tinania blushes then nods "Yea I guess, I just don't see it yet. Surion says he going to make me his mate. " she pauses then tilts her head "What is a mate. Is it like a girlfriend or is it more? "

"A mate.. is the one someone chooses to be with for the rest of their lives, Torvil is my mate, my twin's mate is a man named Kitoushi" she tries to explain

Tinania bites her nail then nods alittle "Like mum's is Rinon? " she looks back at her "But how do you know when that person your mate? " her wings flutter alittle, this was stuff even the books couldn't explain to her.

Ala chuckles "I can't tell you when you know when someone is the one you chose as your mate, only you can tell you... and you chose that right here" she points at her chest above her heart. Then it strikes her... she had a conversation like this with Tinania once before

Tinania smiles alittle holding her hand over her heart "I see, thanks Ms. Ala. I think you really helped me out.. " she looks down blushing thinking over what she was feeling.

"Glad to have helped again" Ala smiles and stops "Well you wanna get out of here?" she asks the teen

Tinania looks around then nods "Yea, I should be heading home soon. I have to prepare for tomorrow class. I'm gonna be teaching a phoenix potion that I have to get right on the first time. " she shakes her head laughing.

"Ok, fly or nether" she asks with a smile

Tinania smiles holding her hand out "Nether would be quicker.. "

Ala nods and walks up to her "Close them eyes" she says putting her hand on Tinania's shoulder

Tinania does as she is told holding onto her emo bag as she closes her eyes. Her wings flutter alittle from excitement more than anything.

With a soft 'crack' they are gone from Kazeha and then another and they are near the Haven but not within it's magical protected area

Tinania opens her eyes shaking her head, she looks around trying to get a feel of things again then smiles turning to Ala "Thank for taking me with you. That was alot of fun.. "

"Thanks for coming" Ala replies with a chuckle "I think it was probably easier to drop Surion off with you there"

Tinania runs her hand though her hair laughs alittle "Yea he seems to be more happier when I'm around.. " she looks up at the sky as it grows alittle darker "I should get going.. "

Ala nods and her wings unfold from her back "You have a good evening Tinania" she says and then spreads her wings fully wide and lifts into he air heading in the direction of home

Tinania watches her fly away before turning heading into the barrier around her home heading for home herself.

Well, the house is quiet for a couple days again, I dropped Surion off with his aunt, she was raised to know the Kerrsalian powers, I wasn't I hope she can teach him what I cannot, allow him to harness and control his powers the way a Kerrsalian should be able to... unlike me, the one who tries but doesn't always succeed. I know Kal's powers far exceed my own, and not because she's a Wisen apprentice either... Well I'll go get him i a c ouple days, for now... I relax

Training with Kalyai

The next couple days passed slow in Surion's mind as he practised and repeated every single lesson she taught, he had only enough sleep to keep his mind focused, just as he had for the hunt. But by the time the 2 days were over he had a much firmer grasp on the powers which he possessed and a much better understanding of them as well and Kalyai was proud.

"Thankyou Aunt Kal" Surion says standing outside with his mom.

"You are most welcome Surion, just remember the lessons of Kalika when you continue with your life and if you need more training know that I am here" she said resting her hands on her over-sized belly

Thanks Kal" Ala added with a nod "I'm glad someone who has a better grasp on these then I do is around to teach him"

Kal chuckled "He is a fast learner sister..."

Ala nodded "Ok well it is time to go" she said reaching over and placing a hand on Surion's shoulder who closed his eyes and a moment latter they were gone.

Meeting new people at the Clinic

The clinic seemed to be empty except for a sprawled figure on one of the couches, pink and yellow hair sticking up messily from the position Slush was laying in. Though, as comfortable as he looked, he wasn't sleeping. Not with Tourmaline perched on his stomach at least.

The baby was attempting her darndest to crawl under Slush's shirt and make a cave, and squealing haughtily every time she either got stuck or didn't fit all the way. Her stuffed shark lay forgotten on the floor, where she had kicked it off once she realized both her and him wouldn't fit.

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion pulled the door of the clinic open and entered, he took in the scents in the room and his blue eyes looked towards the only persons he could see. "Hello" he greeted the male and the infant he saw and walked towards the couch

Blinking profusely, Slush turned his head and waved with the hand not serving as a baby bumper at the moment. "Howdy."

Tourmaline simply shoved her head out of her mother's shirt with a grunt and eyed the boy at the door. Her first thought: he wasn't as pretty as her because he didn't have a tail. "Bleeee!" She commented matter of factly in an ear piercing shriek.

Slush had become far too used to her noises to be surprised at this one.

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion's hands went to his ears and he winced "Wow little one has a lot to say" he commented waiting for the shriek to die down before uncovering his ears. He walked closer his tail moving lazily behind him regardless how curious this little one made him considering where she was

"You've noticed too huh?" Slush piped up cheerfully as he sat up, tugging the squirming ball of Skullmonkey out from under his shirt before swiveling to face the child.

No more cave!? Tourma looked indignant and immediately reached out for her fallen shark. "Vwwee grrd!" she demanded, bapping Slush's arm with her little tail. All of this caused her Pegasus seed, which Slush had turned into a necklace, to bounce around on her neck.

Alatariel Rakamash

"Yeah, cute little one though" he looked at the infant, "Girl?" he asked stooping and picking up the toy being reached for, holding it out to the infant "I'm Surion by the way... Surion Rakamash"

XBear

Tourmaline immediately snatched HER shark away from this boy. Heavens forbid that he STEAL it, or worse dirty it and then return it. Never mind that she had recently dumped it on the floor.

"Thanks! And yes, a girl." Slush was too busy beaming to think of much else to say for a while, "Oh! I'm Slush, and this little screecher is Tourmaline."

As if she knew he were talking about her, the infant beamed as she gummed on the dorsal fin of Sharkie.

Sseureoji Sin

Approaching the clinic, Sin looked around without a word, his hands resting pensively within the confines of his pockets. The chilled golden eyes read over the sign before chuckling. Stepping towards the door, he pulled both hands from his pockets, one reaching immediately for the door, the other brushing through the choppy, dark brown hair to attempt to push some of the longer strands which decided to join his bangs before his face. He stopped a moment, looking himself over to make sure that there wasn't anything out of place or badly kept before stepping inside of the clinic. When seeing the other two, he blinked a moment and nodded, his expression breaking a moment for a small hint of a smile. "Hello."

Alatariel Rakamash

"It's nice to meet you Slush, and you little Tourmaline" he said with a smile and sat down on a chair near the couch, he glanced up hearing another voice "Hi"

Slush flicked his tail and peered past Surion at the man who just entered the clinic, "Heeeey there!" he said cheekily, apparently still in a good mood as he added a elaborate wave to the lot as well.

Nodding over to Surion, Slush sat Tourma down on his lap and attempted to adjust the shark so that it wasn't jammed uncomfortably into his lap. Unfortunately, cooperation really isn't a word to describe the little Skullmonkey, and she gave a sharp yell and yanked the stuffed fish back to where she wanted it.

Her 'mother' simply gritted his teeth and took a few deep breaths before moving and setting her down on the couch. That shark's tail looked much safer... over there. Yeah.

"I'm Slush!" he pipped up to the stranger, looking for something else to think about.

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion watched the little girl, he didn't believe he had the infant skills Nani did but he thought kids were cute just the same. "I'm Surion" he told the newcomer he'd never met before

Sseureoji Sin

Stepping to the desk, he looked at the other adult, then the children, a more genuine smile crossing his lips when he watched them. Shaking his head once, he slid the sunglasses from his face, exposing the scar over his nose that looked like it was made from a warning swipe of a large cat. Sliding them into his inside breast pocket, Sin spoke to the parent quietly. "I'm rather new around here." Nodding his head again, he placed a hand to his chest and tipped a bit, introducing himself to those around. "My name is Sin."

When Sin introduced himself, Slush finally noticed the clock behind the desk. Ohshitohshit!

He had told Isto he'd be home about an hour ago!

And if they didn't get Tourmaline down to sleep then they couldn't have sex and he'd be so sad.

All of this rushed through his mind in one jumbled motion and he stumbled up onto his feet sharply, eyes wide and frantic.

"Ah ah! I've got to go! Haven't had it in months..." With a crazed look on his face he pointed to the two of them as he scooped the very confused Tourmaline up off the couch. "NEVER put yourself into a situation where you have to schedule sex. SEX SHOULD HAPPEN OFTEN!" He screeched, panting somewhat.

No wonder Touma was weird.

And she was not one to be out done in screeching! No siree, and as soon as Slush finished his decree, the baby began yelling and making the bestest high pitched noises that she could.

Not that it mattered, for Slush had already made his way out of the door, muttering something about being on top for once this time.

Surion stared at the adult who left "Ok I didn't need to know that" he mumbled to himself before looking at the other "That was interesting..." he said to Sin, "Nice to meet you"

Sseureoji Sin

Blinking at the outburst, Sin's head then tilted back in a very amused laugh before crossing his arms and shaking his head. "I'd agree with you." He had said this before looking at Surion, whom he was addressing. "The pleasure is mine Surion. Perhaps you can tell me a bit about what goes on here. Hopefully not too many outbursts like that."

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion giggled and stood up his tail moving lazily around his legs "I've never experienced other outbursts like that one before..." He smiled "Most times just adult and kids playing together"

Sseureoji Sin

This thought made Sin look around, remaining quiet and becoming pensive again for a moment before taking a seat. "I see. Are you here with a parent?" He didn't seem to really expect the boy to be alone, though a momentary concern had come over him.

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion shook his head "Nope, mum is shopping I am supposed to meet with her by the Town entrance in an hour or so."

Sseureoji Sin

Sin closed his eyes before sinking down into the seat as an oncoming headache seemed to appear out of nowhere. His fingers began to rub at his right browbone before looking at Surion again. "Ah, so you just come here to pass the time?"

Alatariel Rakamash

"Pass time, meet new people... Are you ok?" he asked noticing the male rubbing his forehead, it was a natural thing for him to wonder these things

Sseureoji Sin

Looking up, he nodded though continued to rub his forehead. "Yes, just a bit of a headache. So how old are you Surion?" He sat up and leaned forward, letting his elbows rest on his knees, though his brows knit with an attempt at removing the annoying ache in his head.

Alatariel Rakamash

"A few months givertake" he said walking closer then sat on a chair next to Sin "What is causing your headache?"

Ryoka Saikun

Nagi walked into the clinic, her hood covering her face rather well, and a strand of silver hair with black tips fell from the hood and her twin devil tails were raised upright behind her. She silently padded over to a corner of the room and sat down.

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion blinked a new scent,... and not just a new scent added to the room... A familiar one, or at least sort of familiar... He looked around his eyes landing on the figure in the corner of the room

Sseureoji Sin

"I would venture to say my fianc鬠actually." Beginning to rub his head more, when he states that he's a few months, Sin looks over in curiosity. "A few months? Aren't you a little large?" Looking up at the woman who stepped in, he nodded before finally giving in and rubbing his brow again, bidding her a greeting, "Hello."

Ryoka Saikun

Nagi turned her back to everyone as she shrugged off the cloak then nodded to the man who spoke with her. "Hello sir."

Alatariel Rakamash

Surion turned his attention to the male for a moment "Actually in the eyes of my father's people, I'm small, they hit maturity by 1 month of age..." his eyes drifted back to the female, the scent somewhat familiar, but the appearance not.

Ryoka Saikun

Nagi laughed. "What's wrong Surion? You don't remember me?" She said with a shrug than started to dig into her bag.

Alatariel Rakamash

"You look different..." Surion admitted to his friend, he bit his lip he could clearly remember their last visit

Sseureoji Sin

"Ah, fast growers." He nodded to Surion before standing with a momentary grimace, "If you'll both excuse me, it was a pleasure to make your acquaintence." Holding his head, Sin moved to walk out of the clinic, leaning against the wall of the building, he grasped at his stomach, the other hand moving to his mouth before his body seemed to freeze over into ice, forming and shattering, each piece disappearing as it fell to the ground.

Ryoka Saikun

" Yeah.. the change has started, I beat Akimaru, therefore inheriting his power.. and after that battle, my appearance changed a bit.... plus today I am another year older." She said with a small shrug, her body well toned, as if she had been training constantly for a while. " Something bothering you Surion?"

Alatariel Rakamash

"No, nothing, just we didn't part so great last time" he stood up "Care to ... walk and talk?" he asked her motioning the door

A walk and a talk

"So where did you go?" he asked quietly once they were away from the clinic

" I fought the strongest Daemon in existence, hoping to get pounded but obviously somehow I came out victorious.. then I went searching to find my father.. met him and now I feel a bit more complete again... I hope you didn't miss me too much." She said with a soft laugh.

"Gee and I thought my life was crazy" he mused quietly "I didn't really have time to miss anyone, I spent half my time playing hermit, and the other half with my aunt training"

" Why were you playing hermit?' she said, her head tilting to the side a bit.

"Oh, I don't know, finding out the girl I love has a boyfriend, and then hurting my friend seemed reason enough to hole away and not talk to anyone" he said looking at the ground as they walked

" I'm over that and I acted childish then and I apologies for my behavior, I understand.. you don't want me and that's that. Have you tried talking to this girl about how you feel about her?"

"Nani knows, she's the one who got me to come back out... Mum called her after a few days of my refusing to come out save for food and hygiene" he admitted

" I see...." She said with a small sigh. " I wasn't going to come back.."

"If you weren't going to, then... why did you?" he asked her, stuffing his hands in his pockets and fidgeting with their contents

" I don't know really.. maybe because I'm a fool and maybe hoped that you still wanted me around." She said and tossed her hair over her shoulder.

"You are my friend, unless what happened changed that" He said looking up at the clouds

" I accepted that I will be a loner the rest of my life so nothing changed on my end." She said, shrugging. " I can't be Nani."

"No need to say that... your future is no doubt long to come... " he said quietly

" I am the kirasahni, the loner and that's how it will stay... friends I will have but love.. I will not." She said patting his head.

Surion said nothing but nodded

" Love is a foolish waste of energy.. that's what my father told me.. it never lasts and all you do is get hurt in the end." She said, her two tails weaving together behind her back. " Do I look bad with this strange new hair style?"

"My mum and dad have told me it's one of the best experiences of one's life... but I guess... to each their own." He looked at her "Your hair looks nice Nagi"

Nagi reached up to brush her hair from her eyes and down from her wrist to about her elbow was a long scar. " I still am trying to figure out how it happened... oh well. Don't try to reason with what you don't know.. you just get lost."

"What happened to your arm?" he asked her not desiring to get in an argument about love

" I cut it.' She said rather flatly.

"Whoa... not need to cut my head off while you are at it" he said stopping dead in his tracks

" huh?" She said blinking a bit.

"I just asked what happened cause I care" he said not looking at her

" I wasn't being snappy." She says and turns the other direction and sighs.

"No, but you spoke in a way that suggested you wished I hadn't asked" he said quietly

" I was simply answering the question Surion, I'm sorry you thought I was being harsh, and if I didn't want to answer that, than I wouldn't have you goof." She says as her tail pokes him in the side.

Surion nodded "I'm familiar with scars, more familiar then I would like to be... So I just wanted to ask"

" Oh by the way, I picked up something for you while I was away.' She says digging into her bag and pulling out a large dragon scale and holding it out to him, the scale shimmering with every color as the light hit it.

Surion looked at her then took the scale his eyes caught on the reflections "Shiny..." he said quietly

" Yeah.. its from a prismatic dragon, they are very common in Cerescia and I got one for your mother too, since you both seem to like shiny things." She said, shifting her weight to hide her stomach.

"My father loves shiny things too" he looked towards her "Your scent has changed" he said

" He can have my other scale then cause I can always get more when the dragons molt." She says and her face pales as she had hoped he wouldn't notice that. " I have no idea what you mean.."

"I'm a Dragonic, each person has a scent, and each thing has a scent... Fear, arousal... and pregnancy" he said

" Well I am just sure you are smelling a different scent cause I am.... wearing perfume.. see?" She says, babbling to avoid the subject.

Surion shook his head "Nagi... much as I'd like to believe that... I'm familiar with the scent, I was around my granma when she was pregnant..."

" J...just w..what are you trying to say..." She says, her voice shaking as the memories of that night flood thru her mind.

"You're with child... I'm not going to ask how that's not my business... If it disturbs you then you do not have to accept my congrats... " He said quietly

Nagi's composure fades as she sinks down on her knees and wraps her arms around herself trembling. ' Surion... it would be far too disturbing a thing to tell you what happened.." She said looking over at him, her skin chalky white.

"Then you don't have to Nagi, that's your choice..." he knelt beside her

She looked over at Surion as he knelt down. " I am starting to be more trouble than I am worth as a friend.. and.. lets just say this about what happened.. me getting pregnant wasn't something I did willingly..' She said as she swallowed hard.

"Nagi, you are a friend, and it doesn't matter if you are pregnant that doesn't make you more trouble then worth" he said softly

Nagi shudders and nods and her eyes become swirly as her stomach growls loudly. " Eh..hehehe... sorry about that.."

"Hungry I take it?" he asked with a chuckle

" Yeah.. I am guessing so.." She said, rather embarrassed but started laughing as well.

"I'm supposed to meet up with mum in a few, if it's not a bad place to invite you... you could come to my place for food... Plus you left something there too" he said

She nodded. " I can give your mother the scales too then.. if she doesn't mind me being around.. if she even recognizes me.." She says with a small laugh.

"She'll probably recognize you by scent over appearance" he said standing up again and offered her a hand

Nagi held out her hand and there were beautiful patterns that looked like some form of runes running up her arm and up her neck. " Probably... I keep forgetting how different I look.. my mother said I look older than before.. and she gave me a rather interesting birthday present." She said as she looked at him.

Surion helped her back to her feet and nodded

" Its hard to believe that just a year ago today I was scared of dragons.. now I spend time with one of the coolest dragons ever." She said with a smile and looked over at him, her hand still in his.

"My entire family are part Dragonic, save for mums side anyways..." he said and headed towards the town entrance

Nagi nodded. " When is your birthday Surion?" She asked as she followed him, attempting to mask the aura of her unborn child.

"Beginning of May" he said with a smile and a nod

Ala waited near the entrance for her son

" I'll make sure to have a gift and a hug for you that day then." She said with a smile and walked a bit faster to keep pace with him, her stomach growling again.

Surion smiled "Thanks..." he pulled the hover disc from his pocket turning it till his finger hit the button to grow it

" Anytime." She said as she watched him take out the disc, panting a bit from the fast paced walking. " Whatcha... doing?"

He looked at her "Making this bigger" he said holding the blue and silver colored disc. "Nani knows how to make them different shapes, I haven't figured it out yet"

" Is Nani.. a friendly person..?" she asked, now curious about this woman Surion was so enamored with.

"very, I've known her since I was a baby, she's babysat me all through that time" he told her

" I'd probably scare her.." She said, embarrassed a bit.

Surion shook his head "I doubt it, she's pretty resilient"

" You think.. maybe someday I could meet her.. I mean I'd like to get to know some of your friends." She said, staring at the ground.

"She comes to the clinic too... So you probably will" he said waving to his mum when she came into view

Nagi nods and tosses a casual wave to Ala as well, the two dragon scales in her hand.

Ala saw her son approaching and smiled and then the female she blinked and soon as the female got close she recognized the scent... with an addition "Well hello Nagi" she greeted her

"Mum I invited her to come for food I hope that's ok" Surion said

Ala nodded "It's fine son"

" Wow.. you did recognize me, hello miss Ala." She says as she held out the two scales to Ala. " A gift for you and your husband."

"Scent is one of the most distinguishing things about a person" she said and took the gift "Very lovely, thankyou" she said softly as she looked at them and a moment later her two large wings burst forth from her back

Surion smiled and 'dropped' the disc it hovered a few inches from the ground in front of him

Nagi spread her wings out and made a very vain attempt to get airborne than fell promptly on her rear. ' ouch..."

Surion looked down at her "You ok Nagi?" he asked surprised at her sudden tumble

" Y..yeah. Just gonna have to walk this one.. I am apparently too fat to get off the ground.. could be all the chips I ate..' She said, hoping that perhaps Ala had missed the extra aura coming from her being pregnant.

Ala listened then looked to her son "Surion you take that side I'll take this one... The flight itself is a good 20 minutes, a couple hours for a pregnant woman... I don't think I'd wish that on my worst enemy" She leaned down and looped an arm under Nagi's arm and around her back followed by Surion who did the same pulling her to her feet, Surion pulled the disc under his foot and stepped on as Ala spread her wings and they went to lift into the air

" I should have known you both could smell it on me." She said, gladly accepting the help. " I am so embarrassed.. I had to be such a saddle bag here.." she said, her cheeks flushing in embarrassment.

The pair lifted her easily into the air "Never you mind, There is no need to be embarrassed, believe me I've been carried when I could fly or float many times before" Ala told her as they headed out over the trees

" I appreciate it.. its just kind of embarrassing to be this weak.." She said with a nervous laugh and starting singing in her native tongue to relax herself a bit.

It was indeed about 20 mins before they set foot on the ground once again and the two Rakamash's let go of Nagi, Ala pulled off her waist length robe she wore casual around the house clothing much like the last time Nagi had been present

Surion shrunk the disc again "Lets go have food" he said to her

Nagi started to speak but the loud growling of her stomach made her just nod and flush in embarrassment once more as she tailed Surion.

Surion laughed and hurried into the house after his mum making a bee-line for the kitchen

Nagi followed until she got a few steps into the doorway than leaned against the wall, taking a deep breath.

"What would you like to eat?" Surion asked Nagi

Ala disappeared into her own room

" I don't really care.. food is food at this point." She said, laughing softly as she walked into the kitchen.

Surion nodded and pulled out some leftover roast and bread and brought it to the table "Uhm.. here"

Nagi waited politely for him to get himself some food before she ate. ' Thanks a lot Surion." She said with a smile.

Surion smiled and walked away back to the fridge in search of some cliff juice for himself

" I want to show you something Surion." She said as she stood up and closed her eyes and her body began glowing a dark red and her normal demon wings appeared and under them, near her rear, were two black angelic like wings. She smirked than set back down and looked over her food, debating whether or not to make a sandwich.

"Cool, you have two sets of wings" he said after pouring himself a glass of juice

" Yeah.. they appeared when my hair changed." She said, chowing down like she had not eaten in weeks.

"That's cool, there's lots of neat things out there when people change" he said and sat down

Nagi finishes eating then pokes Surion. " I figured you would have said it by now." She says with a slight smile on her face.

"What do you mean?" he asked curiously

" My birthday silly." She says as she rubs her own horns on her head. " These things hurt when they break in."

"Oh, uhm... I didn't know when your birthday was" he blushed lightly and looked down

" Oh its alright, I was just messing with you." She smiling a real smile for the first time since she returned.

"Back in a moment" he said and disappeared from the room returning shortly after he held the item out to her, it was what she left with his mum

Nagi nodded and then smiled when he held her wand out to her and takes it. " Thank you for keeping it safe."

"I didn't know why it was given Mum just said you asked her to give it to me" he admitted and he sat down again playing with the sleeve of his shirt

" I wasn't sure if I would ever come back alive and wanted to make sure that wand didn't fall into wicked hands.." She said and reached a hand over and ruffled his hair.

"You wanted to get hurt cause of me didn't you" He asked quietly

"...... it doesn't matter Surion, I am okay and still among the living so stop letting it bother you. You have more important things to worry about, such as winning the heart of the one you love." She said, her voice cracking a bit.

"I know... I just can't help thinking about it..." he sighed "Sorry"

" Why are you letting it even get to you?" She asked, her hand wandering over and resting on his.

"I hurt a friend, I have a hard time doing that..." He admitted

" Its alright Surion." She said, getting up and moving over to him and hugging him close.

Surion nodded and looked at her "Did you actually cut yourself?" he asked "You don't have to tell, I'm just curious"

" ....Yes I did." She said, her amber eyes softly glowing.

Surion nodded "Ok" he said and crossed his arms around his torso

" Are you alright?" She said as she moved to sit back down and winced a bit, feeling a sharp pain in her gut.

Surion nodded "Yeah sorry, just thinking is all"

" Thinking about Nani I take it?" She said, weaving thread between her fingers.

Surion shook his head "No... debating something is all"

Nagi's head tilted to the side. " I won't ask but if I am disrupting you, I can go sit in the other room." She said, her wings folding down her back and disappearing, a single black feather falling and landing on the floor.

"No you aren't it's just something I'm debating showing you is all, something I don't tend to show people" he admitted "You don't have to leave"

Nagi nodded and weaved the thread more rapidly, her skilled fingers darting around in an almost blur action.

Surion watched her for a moment "I will, but... You can't tell anyone"

" You know I wouldn't tell anyone, you have my word." She says, the weaving stopped and a silver and red rose flower is in her hand and she sets it on the table and gives him her full attention.

Surion nodded and pulled his poet shirt off and then his tank setting both in his lap, right then he looked normal. Then something started to happen, one by one each scar began to show itself appearing as if claws or sharp teeth were dragging across the skin or puncturing it starting on his upper left arm and slowly spreading across his front and back until eventually most of his front and back and the left shoulder and upper arm showed the scars that the skin held underneath this hiding.

Nagi's eyes widened. " Oh god.. what happened Surion?" She said, looking rather concerned.

"I cannot give you details, they are part of what happened when I became a man in the eyes of my father's people. When I went on my first hunt" he said looking at his arm "I learned to hide them cause I didn't want them"

Nagi nodded and smiled at him. " I don't think they are all that bad, I mean I could hide my scars but I choose not to because they are kind of like my little badges of courage and a symbol of my will to survive over the years, but no matter how hard you try, emotional scars can't really be masked." She muttered, twirling a strand of hair around her finger.

"They are of honor by my father's people but I'm a kid it doesn't make me want them more" he said and slowly one by one they all started disappearing again

" I understand. my worst scars are the ones on my arms that you seen and the one on my neck." She says, weaving another blood red rose in her hands and pulling a vase from her bag and setting the flowers in them as she finished them.

Surion nodded pulling his shirts back on "It's just one of those things I suppose"

" I have to say... one thing I hate about myself comes from my mother's side.. the stingers on my tail.. if touched, the secrete a deadly toxin that can kill a human in less than 10 seconds.... and I hate that.. I don't like the idea if I were to accidentally bump someone with my tail stingers.. that they would die..." She shudders and bites her lip as she feels another sharp pain.

Surion grimaced "That is no fun, I hope you don't have that happen"

" Yeah me too." She says, dropping the last rose into the vase and then yips from a sudden pain again.

Surion jumped "What did you do?"

" Just a pain in the gut.. I'm alright, it was just kind of sharp and sudden"

Surion blinked and got up leaving the room without a word, though he did not look upset just worried

Nagi's face fell as he left the room. " Was it something I said....?"

Surion returned a few minutes later with Ala he stopped but she came closer "Surion says you felt pains"

" Yeah.. really sharp and rather painful ones, like someone stabbed me." She says, biting her lip, feeling another.

Ala looked concerned "When is your child due?"

" Not for at least 4 more months." She said, a worried expression evident on her face.

"You should probably see a physician" she mused squatting beside her putting her hand on the girls' belly to make sure there wasn't any injuries.

Surion bit his lip worried for his friend

Nagi bit her lip to keep from yelping again and she bit too hard as blood trickled down it. " I would if I had one.... what scares me is that my mother said she felt pain like this month before I was due and i had to be delivered then because I was strangling on my cord..." Nagi shares, shuddering hard.

Ala nodded and her gem lit up healing quickly the puncture from her bite and probing within her for anything else that may require healing

" It feels like... something is stabbing me..." She says, as a shard of a word blade in imbedded in her lower stomach.

"Nagi I have a feeling you need some medical attention now, something is happening, but it's nothing my abilities can fix" Ala said

Surion looked around nervously for something he could do

" Its alright Ala, I'll be okay.. I am pretty tough." She said, wary of doctors in general.

"You may be, but what about your child" Ala said softly

Nagi nodded and let out a sigh. " Yeah I know... I seem to have an incredible stroke of bad luck lately ne..?" She says, trying to make a joke.

"You definitely seem to have bad luck... If you keep feeling these pains it's a good possibility that your child is in danger..." Ala said with a sigh and stood up

Surion walked over sitting down and leaning on teh table watching Nagi

Nagi gazed down at the floor. " I'm sorry to have caused such a scene here." She says to Ala then gazes up at Surion then back a the floor.

Ala shook her head "you didn't, children cannot be predicted"

Surion looked at her "Mum has been pregnant twice, I thought she would know better then me"

" I understand and thanks Surion, but I think its time I go. I have to get back to my house and start cleaning... thanks for the food and company you two, I appreciate it." She says, pulling herself to her feet.

Surion nodded "Ok Nagi, be safe"

Ala nodded "If you feel more, you'll want to see someone"

Nagi nodded and walked outside the door and a few feet before she fell due to a trick knee and landed on her side. '" Yeoch." She said in a quiet voice and started to pull herself to her feet.

Surion watched her from the window with his mum, he ran for the door, she simply ghosted the wall and walked over to her "I will make sure you get home safe" she said as Surion opened the door of the house

Nagi cringed. " I am such a klutz..." She said, debating on whether or not to accept help.

"I do not believe you are" Ala said leaning down and tapping into the Dragonic strength to pick her up as her wings spread

Surion watched fidgeting with the tip of his tail several feet away

She tossed a wave at Surion and nodded to Ala. " I really hate worrying him... if it don't wind down a bit soon, he is going to turn into a nervous wreak... and I think I should toss this out here.. I am indeed very top heavy." She said

"He'll be ok" Ala said softly and took off into the air heading towards her home

Nagi nodded, her eyelids feeling like they weighed a ton each.

Surion watched as his mum and Nagi disappeared into the distance before going inside

Surion's Scribbles

Dear Journal

I met a really.... oddd person today, and I seriously have to say I did NOT need to know what he said about sex, I got enough about that topic from my father when I was on my hunt...

Then I saw Nagi, I was almost afraid to see her again after what happened... She's pregnant, it doesn't seem like THAT much time has passed, but then if my dragonic side can give birth in a day... Well you know you get hte idea... I hope she'll be ok

Surion Meets Tezcatlipoca

Ala wandered through her home trailed after by her son who was once again... bored, and it was beginning to bother her "Surion why can't you go find something to do"

Surion shakes his head "Dunno what to do" he says and shrugs

Ala sighs "Ok that does it I'm gonna find something /for/ you" she said and walks to the small table in the hall by the house's door retrieving the phone and punching in Tinania's number

Surion follows her half curious and half dreading whatever it was she was planning for him

Tinania was in the study doing some research on how many different ways to use unicorn's hair. She was in a jean skirt with a pink button up sweater. Looking up from the book she picks up the phone looking back done towards the book reading "Hey Ms. Ala "

"Hello Tinania, you are well I hope?" she asks the young lady while looking down at her son who rather suddenly looks a lil more interested in her phone conversation

Tinania places a bookmark on the page she was on crossing her legs "Yea I'm good, got a slight cold because of how cold its getting but I'm dealing. How Surion? " she pulls the phone away coughing alittle.

"Driving me a lil batty actually, he's been trailing after me like a lost puppy all day and I am seriously not getting anything done" she listens to the cough but isn't entirely concerned of her son catching it

Surion looks at Ala and pouts a lil when he hears her say comment "Heeyyyy" he adds

Tinania giggles hearing Surion in the background "Well if you want I'll watch him for you. I'm suppose to head over to ME&F my mum has something she has to give me. So I love if he came with me.. " she stands holding the book walking out of the study towards her room.

"Tinania you have no idea how much I'd appreciate if you could distract him away from me" she said with a lightly relieved sigh and shot Surion a look

Tinania giggles as she walks into her room tossing the book onto her bed "Okay just have him come over here, I have to change real quick into pant of mum will have a heart attack and yell at me about being in a skirt when I'm sick. " she coughs again then shakes her head.

"All right, he'll be over shortly then... And get well, just send him back later when he starts to get to you too" she said with a slight chuckle and then hung up. "Go, coat, etcetera.." she pointed towards his room "You are going to spend some time with Tinania"

Surion doesn't need to be told twice and soon is running out the door with barely a 'bye mum' climbing on the hover disc and heading for Nani's place

Tinania closes her phone tossing it also onto her bed. Pulling out a pair of jeans she slips out of her skirt tossing it into the hamper before pulling her jeans on. Grabbing a jacket, a pair of pink, gray and white shoes then her phone she heads down the stairs to the living room.

Surion knocks when he arrives and fidgets with the disc locating the button to shrink it while he waits for the door to be answered

Tinania looks up as she pulls on her shoe "Its open Sur, you can come in. " she coughs again pulling on her other shoe, she was slightly pink but she had been for a few days now.

Surion pushes the door open and wanders in and peeks around the corner to the living room "Hi Nani" he says with a smile holding a half shrunk disc in his hands

Tinania looks up smiling then turns away coughing before looking back to him "Hey Sur you, so your mum tells me you were hasseling her.. " she laughs shaking her head "Sound like what I did to Lana.. "

"Was bored so I was following her around for lack of something better to do" he admits "You ok?" he wonders why she is coughing so much having not yet much experience with colds

Tinania nods then smiles "Just the common cold. Being part fairy I don't take to well to the cold it seems.. " shrugging she pokes his nose "So wanna head to ME&F with me today? "

"That's where I got the computer right?" he asks "If so yeah, it's a neat place to look around"

Tinania nods "Yup that the place. Mum called me earlier and said she had something for me that I should head over there by noon. " looking down at her phone she smiles "And we have about a half an hour, so wanna head over there? "

Surion nods "Yeah, ok" he smiles, it's certainly something to do and that's what he'd been trying to find all day

Pulling her coat on she opens the door letting him pass as she pulls her hover disc out. Tapping a few of the buttons it grows larger as she tosses it toward the ground. Making sure she has everything she jumps onto the hover disc.

Surion slips back out the door having not removed his footwear or coat, he makes the disc he's been holding larger once more and climbs on with a happy smile

Closing the door she looks at Surion then wink before taking off flying into the sky. She turns waiting for him as she covers her mouth coughing.

Surion hurries after her getting better at using the disc all the time. He catches up to where she is waiting and smiles at her continuing to move

Tinania smiling seeing how much he improved using the disc. Nodding she zips across the sky heading east. The wind blowing her hair away from her face.

Surion chases after her quite as fast as she is yet, he smiles remembering the last time he'd gone this direction, actually he'd only done that once and that was while his mum was away

Tinania smiles looking down as they pasted over Barton. Spotting the bookstore she waves to the shop owner who waved back to her. Looking back toward Sur she nods "Were almost there, once we get to the town Aekea, you can't miss the building of ME&F.. "

Surion nods waving too though he had no idea who the person was "yeah, it's definitely that" he agrees looking further east ahead of them

Looking ahead again she shivers alittle then cough, her wings fluttering alittle. Shaking her head she smiles seeing the town of Aekea up ahead. Looking back to Surion she points before diving down towards the town.

Surion nods seeing her pointing and changing direction slightly, he follows after her with a smile he'd not gone anywhere with her on the disc before and was enjoying himself

Landing just outside of ME&F, she jumps off her hover disc. Turning she grabs it hitting a few buttons to shrink it. Placing it in her back pocket she pulls her coat close to her body watching and waiting for Surion.

It's only a minute or so before he catches up and has his own feet on the ground pressing the buttons needed to shrink the second disc and stuffing it in a pocket of his open coat

Tinania giggles then looking the building over she smiles "Shall we go in? " she pops the door open letting him go in ahead of her.

Krista was busy as ever placing up a few of the new shipment. She was ducked below the counter stocking some of the new wands and staff. She hadn't even peeked up when the door open.

"Yeah" he says and slips in looking around shiny items around the shop catching his eye as usual, He smiles widely and looks back at Nani

Tinania laughs shaking her head, she knew he was indeed looking at everything shiny. Looking around she arches a brow. "Mum you here?"

Krista that time did poke her head up, smiling she waves "Hey kids yea I'm here sorry, I was stocking the new shipment. And good your wearing pants, not that skirt. Did you take the potion I gave you?"

Tinania blushes then frowns "Yes mum I did. So what did you need me for? " she looks at Surion mouthing sorry to him.

Surion shrugs, she was a typical mum in his eyes. His eyes trailing back to the shiny stuff and he wanders towards the counter looking into the display

Krista smiles then popping the back door open a bright hyper fandangle came flying out of the back. It zipped around the room laughing before knocking Tinania in the back of the head "It seems this little girl belong to you.."

Tinania yelps then arches a brow looking at the fandangle, she shook her head "Why does she seem so familiar to me? " she touches the fandangle who lets out a giggle.

Krista shrugs "Don't know she just seems to know you for some reason, but that all. She needs to be programmed and everything. " she glances toward Surion smiling.

"Hi again" Surion says to Krista and watches the round shiny that was flying around and running into Nani not even noticing the second one that trailed after the first

Krista arches a brow seeing the other one "What the? " she leaps up trying to catch it "Get back there. Your not suppose to be out here. " she frowns shaking her head.

Tinania watches the other then looks back toward the one in front of her "So what your name? " the fandangle comes to life laughing again before responding in a child like voice "8956346 code name: Lollipop "

Tinania arches a brow looking at her mum who just shrugs before glances back at the fandangle "Okay Lollipop, I'm Tinania. "

Krista's words get Surion's attention and he leans closer over the counter watching as the blue and green fandangle zips circles around Krista avoiding her and giggling his own giggle "What is that?" he asks

Krista sighs shaking her head "Another fandangle, it came alive a few days ago. Its like Lollipop only more hyper if that even possible. I've been having trouble with these two all day. I knew why with Lollipop. But this one I have no clue.. " she leaps up trying to grab the Fandangle again.

Tinania watches the fandangle then yelps as Lollipop zips past her flying after the other one. "Mum tell me I'm not taking that thing home with me? " she looked alittle worried but frowns when Krista nods at her.

Surion laughs watching her trying to catch the fandangle and even more when the blue shiny started doing figure eights, rather large ones. Surion turned around each time it made a loops around him "A fandangle, the other one said it's name was lollipop, does this one have a name too?" he asks curiously

Krista gives up leaning against the watching both troublesome fandangles "9065467 code name: Tezcatlipoca. His spirit is a Dire plains jaguar. Lollipop is a wildcat fairie.. " she pushes her hair from her face.

Tinania looks at the pink fandangle "So your a fairy also.. interesting. " she holds her hand out watching as it hovers just above it. She couldn't help but laugh.

Surion's head snaps towards Krista staring at her, did she just tell him what he thought she did? "What spirit did you say?" he asks even as the rather hyper fandangle slows slightly rolling across his shoulder

Krista smiles "Dire plains jaguar. He very hyper but corner him and he lashes out at you. " he rubs at her slightly bruised arm as proof. "Why do you ask? "

Tinania looks over at Surion curious as to why the spirit call his attention. Shaking her head she looks to her mother "What do you mean I have to program this thing? "

Krista smiles "You'll have to buy things for it. You have 10,000 in store credit to spend. Aylana has one also. 3564582 code name: Lulu. She very interesting that one. "

"No reason" he says even though he very much has a reason, he just can't tell it, he turns his head looking at the fandangle "Tezcatl..li.. Tezcat.." he says giving up on the long name Krista had said

"That's me! yep it is!" the voice also childish, but obviously male in comparison to the voice Surion had heard come from Lollipop

Tinania laughs hearing the child voice come from the other one "I would rather call that one Tez. " she pauses looking at her mother "10,000 in store credit. And Aylana has one also? "

Krista nods smiling "Yup Aylana has one also. She took her to Greece when she left. " she laughs then nods "It seems Sur might have a new friend. "

"Yeah Tez is easier to remember" he laughs holding a hand towards the fandangle moving the fandangle off his shoulder "A new friend?" he asks looking up at Krista, did she mean he would take this little... creature with him?

Krista smiles "They only come alive when there bonded is nearby. And since he alive and responding to you. It seems your his new bonded." she crosses her arms smiling.

Tinania frowns "Okay so I have to not only take care of this one, but now deal with both of them? " she looks to Surion laughing "Oh man... "

Surion laughs "Man dad is so gonna wanna take this apart, I'm gonna have to hide him I think" he says laughing and looking back down at the spinning fandangle "He's neat"

"No taking Tez into pieces!" the fandangle exclaims

Tinania looks over laughing then looks to Lollipop "Well I guess I could get use to you.. " she shakes her head but yelps as it bops her on the head, she frowns then shakes her head "Or not...bloody creature.. "

Krista laughs then looks down at her watch "Okay I have to get back to work. So if you need anything just call me. " with a wink she head into the back of the store.

Tez zips off his hands and into the air returning to doing loops around people, or objects mainly around himself Nani and Lollipop

Surion laughs and watches them both "I've never seen anything like them" he tells Nani after her mum disappears

Tinania looks at him smirking "Expect the unexpected here in ME&F. Nothing is ever what it seem. And what you think something is is really something else. " with a shrug she looks around the counters making note on what to buy later.

Lollipop giggles hovering above Tinania's head it clicked a few time before laughing again. This fandangle was already getting to Tinania. She laughs again something she hadn't truly done in awhile.


"Yours has pretty colors, I'd like to look at this one better if it would slow down long enough" he says with a laugh trying to catch the hyper fandangle and having as much luck as Nani's mum had, he heard it's giggles and the few clicks it made as well "How am I gonna hide this from dad?... I can't even catch it"

Tinania looks over then smiles "That might be a good thing. Because then maybe your dad won't be able to catch him.. " she watches the fandangle as she pulls out her notebook from her emo bag. Looking at the fandangle she starts writing things down.

Surion laughs "Yeah that's true too, whatcha writing down?" he asks taking a few more tries at catching his fandangle before giving up and peering at her notebook

Tinania looks at him then smirks "Well looks like these are all the different items you can use to program your fandangle. So I'm writing them down to decide later. " she pokes him lightly in the nose.

Lollipop giggles then again chases after Tez.

"Cool, I guess I'll have to figure that out too" he nods swatting at her poking finger with a laugh

Tez's giggles increase and he picks up speed, avoiding the grasp of a human is one thing but playing with another of his kind, well he wanted to have lots of fun

Tinania giggles then finishing writing her note she looks at the two flying fandangle "I think those two are already friends. " she looks at Surion winking "Just like you and I. "

Lollipop laughs as he picks up speed, zipping after him she zips past them heading faster toward Tez.

Surion blushes slightly and nods "Well, least they'll keep each other occupied when they are near each other" he laughs "What else we have to get here? anything?" he asks her and watches the two fast moving shiny creatures

Tinania shakes her head "Nope I believe this is it. I'll let you come with your mum to get the items you need. " she pushes herself away from the counter holding her palm out.

Instantly Lollipop stops chasing after Tez zipping to hover over Tinania hand. It giggles its gears spinning and clicking.

Surion nods "Yeah she has all the gold anyways I spent mine on glitchen" he copies her hoping he's doing the right thing and glad to see that he was when Tez slowed and stopped, just spinning above his hand

Tinania smiles then looking back towards the back door she sighs before taking Surion's hand heading out of the building.

Lollipop following after her only to stop when she hears a noise. Looking back it see Krista peeking out of the door.

Krista smiles holding her finger over her lips. The fandangle click before turning to zip off ahead of Tinania. Tinania laughs shaking her head.

Surion follows after Nani holding her hand and smiling, getting something new was always fun and he had a feeling he wouldn't be so bored for a while

Stepping outside Tinania shiver pulling her jacket close. She coughs then winces holding her neck. Looking down at Surion she frowns "I hope you don't get sick because of me. " pulling the hover disc she clicks the button then tosses it as it grows bigger.

Lollipop zips around giggling and laughing as the wind blows her around.

Surion watches Tez follow after Lolli pop for a moment and looks at Nani pulling out the disc "If sick is coughing a lot, then I agree" he tells her climbing onto the disc

Tinania looks at him smiling alittle, she wasn't going to explain what being sick was. Climbing onto the hover disc she looks at him "So you wanna hangout with me some more. Or head home and play with your new friend? "

Lollipop zips around Tez before flying over to duck behind Tinania. It giggles clicking a few time.

"Hang with you, looks like Tez is having fun anyways" he says after a moment of watching the two fandangles giggling as Tez did a loop around the pair

Tinania watches them nodding "It would appear so. Okay let head back to my house then. " she zips into the air past the two fandangles. Lollipop lets out a screech then laughs chasing after Tinania.

Surion hurries after Nani laughing watching lollipop follow her, something told him the fandangles would be fun to watch. Tez spun and chased after the group

Heading back into the sky Tinania watches the fandangle then sighs, she was really hoping that the child stage this thing was in wouldn't last. Looking back at Surion she smiles, her cheek were a deep rose color.

Lollipop flew around in the air bumping into Tez then zipping off again.

Tez giggles and chasing after Lollipop intent on returning the bump

Surion watches them for a moment and then watches Nani curious why her cheeks were the color they were

Tinania turns looking ahead Barton was already coming into view. She coughs then shakes her head continuing to cough. Pulling her hair back from her face she zips down lower towards the ground.

Lollipop dodges the other fandangle before clicking then following after Tinania.

Surion frowns and follows her down a glimpse out of the corner of his eye told him Tez was following as well

Tinania lands on the ground still coughing, she was even more a darker red. She leans against the wall of the bookstore breathing hard. She looked to see Surion following her and pushes herself off the wall "I'm okay.. "

Lollipop clicks and didn't say anything as she floated near Tinania.

"Are you sure?" he asks the worry evident in his voice as he floated close to her looking at her and trying to decide for himself she was right

Tinania smiles, she was flushed nodding she licks her dry lips "Yea what do you think if we walk the rest of the way home? " she holds her hand out to him.

Lollipop giggles then zips around, not a care in the world.

Surion nods and hops off the disc shrinking it and stuffing it in his pocket taking hold of her hand "Ok, we can do that" he smiles

Tez clicks, whirls and chases after Lollipop finally getting his bump in

Tinania smiles then coughs again before walking toward the end of town. Slipping off the road she heads towards the road down a dirt path that seem to just appear.

Lollipop laughs then continues to chase Tez not having any effect to the magic as they all slip though the barrier.

"What makes you cough so much?" he asks her as they wander along the path,

Tez giggles and plays keep away making loops and zigzags through the air

Tinania looks at him sighing "Its what being sick all about. My body in a sense is fighting something in it that shouldn't be there. Fairies hate the cold, some when there young don't live though the winter. Our immune system are very weak during this time.. " she smiles alittle "Lucky enough my mum got me a potion so I should be fine for now.. "

Lollipop zips ahead flying in and out of the tree.

"Don't live? you mean die? I don't want you tooo" he has a horrified expression on his face at this his grip tightening on her hand

Tez giggles and rolls along the branch of the same tree before zipping in a large circle

Tinania stops then kneels in front of him "You don't have to worry about that sweetie. I'm only part fairy, so I'll just get sick really bad. I won't die, I have to much I have to do.. " she brushes his hair from his face.

Lollipop flies into the air catching the light perfectly so she gave off a glow.

Surion bites his lip looking at her "Okay" he says quietly and nods he truly wanted her to be around for a long time

Tez slows and stops, spinning in place and looking towards Lollipop

Tinania smiles then leaning forward she kisses his cheek before standing "Come on lets get out of the cold.. " she starts walking towards Emerald Haven.

Lollipop zips forward bumping into Tez again before zipping off towards the house.

Surion nods starting to walk again "Yeah it's probably warmer in there then out here" he says not even thinking about the fact he had still yet to do his coat up even though he was wearing it

"I'm gonna get ya!" Tez giggles and chases after Lollipop

Tinania smiles as they reach the house, popping the door open she steps in only to get smacked in the back as Lollipop zip in next "Ouch!!! Lolli you bloody fandangle.. " she laughs rubbing her back.

Lollipop freezes spinning in the air as she looks at Tinania before giggling zipping around the room.

Surion ducked Tez just in time as Tez followed Lolli in and laughs "He is gonna take some getting used to" he muses entering Nani's home

Pulling her coat off she tosses it onto the back of a chair nodding "Yes as will Lollipop. As if I didn't have enough things to deal with.. " she shakes her head as she takes a seat on the couch.

Lollipop slows down looking around she was glowing just alittle as she gathered information about the new surrounding.

Surion nods pulling his coat off and putting it with hers and he kicks his boots off, "nice and warm in here" he muses

Tinania nods lays tilting her head back "That's the great thing about this home, if its cold outside its warms up. Ifs its hot is cools down.. " she coughs alittle shaking her head "Stupid cold.."

Lollipop stops glowing then giggles again zipping around the room once again.

"Wish my home was like that, dad has to burn a fire in the fireplace to warm it up, cooling down takes longer" he says and sits down crossing his legs and watches her

Tez took this as an invite to chase after Lolli with a fit of his own giggles, like a playful cub

Tinania nods then pulls her legs up to lay them on the couch, she closes her eyes, her cheeks were still flush but not as bad as before "All this is because of my aunti. She great with Magic. " she coughs then sigh.

Lollipop giggles zipping ahead of Tez before flying back out the window heading for the trees.

Surion nods as Tez chases Lolli out having fun. "Why do you think that?" he asks her curiously watching her and hoping she was ok

Tinania looks at him then smiles "She a great wizard, just like my mother. They both know more magic then I do.. " she closes her eyes again breathing alittle hard "I wanna be something great one day, in everyone's eyes.. "

"You'll be great no matter what you do, I believe that" he nods thinking to himself about his lessons with his own aunt listening to her breathing

Tinania smiles then coughs again, she shakes her head then sighs "Thanks sweetie that means alot. I'm so scared I'm not going to live up to all the standard everyone putting on me.. " she brushes her hair from her face.

"Then don't try... just live up to the standard you put on yourself" he tells her leaning sideways against the back of the couch watching her

Tinania opens her eyes looking at him, she smirks closing them again "Wise beyond your years Sur.. " she coughs again only this time it didn't stop like last time.

Surion sat up more watching her his face full of concern as her coughing continued

Holding her chest she grabs for her emo bag, she was a dark red as she pulled out a potion bottle. Popping it open she down the contains then shivers cringing.

Surion watches her "That looked like it musta tasted awful" he muses seeing her expression after she drinks the potion

Tinania nods placing the potion bottle down "It does, but it works fast.. " she lays back down still breathing hard "I'm sorry I'm worrying you Sur.. " she looks at him guilt in her eyes and on her face.

"It's ok Nani, I just want you to be ok" he tells her "Do you just get ... sick when it's cold out there?" he asks her curiously

Tinania nods then sighs "Pretty much the rest of the time I'm fine. Its the cold seasons that don't like me...But from what mum said taking this potion I should be fine. " she tilts her head looking at the fire "Sometimes I wish I was just human.. "

"But then you wouldn't be the person you are" he argues "And I like you the way you are..." well it was more then 'like' but he was avoiding saying that right then

Tinania looks at him then smiles "Your right Surion, I wouldn't be who I am. " she leans up hugging him pulling him close "Your too smart for your own good you know this right? "

Surion giggles "That's what you like to tell me, I just know what I like is all" he cuddles against her listening to her heart beat and smiling

Tinania smiles running her hand though his hair laying back down, she closes her eyes breathing alittle better now. She was still slightly flushed and if anyone was to touch her skin it would seem she was running a slight fever.

"What do you normally do when you are sick?" he asks her curiously tipping his head to look up at her he had felt the warmth when her fingers touched his head

Tinania doesn't open her eyes as she smiles "Sleep, drink alot of liquid and just wait really. That all you can do.. " she coughs again but this time covering her mouth seeing as to how close Surion was.

"Should you be sleeping then?" he asks her knowing he was keeping her from doing just that

Tinania looks at him shaking her head "I will in alittle bit.. " she closes her eyes again "I'll have to call in sick on Monday if this doesn't get any better.. "

Surion nods but doesn't say anything wondering just how close to sleep she actually was since she kept closing her eyes

Tinania keeps running her hand though his hair, it eventually stops resting on his back. Lollipop zips back into the house giggling like crazy as she flew around the room.

Surion turns his eyes to watch the fandangle boy Nani's mum wasn't kidding about hyper he thought to himself as he watched Tez appear and zip around the room in an opposite direction to Lolli

Lollipop giggles then flies down looking over Tinania then Surion before clicking "What wrong with her? " she clicks again looking at the peaceful looking Tinania

"She's sick" he tells the fandangle "coughing and fever, I think she fell asleep" he smiles having told her this quietly as not to disturb Nani

Lollipop clicks again then floats away looking to Tez she seem to understand as she zipped back outside.

Tinania eyes flutter just alittle as she coughs again covering her mouth, she winces before breathing alittle better again.

Tez clicks a few times and chases Lolli back outside to play more

Surion looks up towards her purring softly, he'd often found it a soothing sound when he was younger and cuddling with his mum

Tinania opens her eyes looking at him, she wasn't sleeping just really rest, running her hand along his back she smiles "Such a sweetheart.. " she closes her eyes again listening to his purr.

Surion smiles he truly had thought she had fallen asleep but that was ok he was comfortable right where he was

Tinania sits up alittle then looks down at him "We should get you home. I'm pretty sure your mum has done everything she needs to. Plus with Tez you'll have loads of things to do.. " she pucks up her cell dialing Ala's phone.

Surion sits up and nods "Ok Nani, you gonna go to sleep?" he asks her

Ala had nearly finished and heard the phone drying her hands she picked it up and turned it on "Hello?"

Tinania nods to Surion just as Ala picked up "Hey Ms. Ala its me Tinania, how everything going?" she ruffles Surion's as she talks.

"I've gotten a lot more done then I would have with the lost puppy" she admits tossing the towel onto the table and sitting down.

Tinania giggles then smiles "Well he won't be a lost puppy anymore. He has a new friend with him name Tez. Tez should keep him busy as long as Mr. Torvil doesn't get ahold on him. " she giggles alittle then coughs.

Ala quirked a brow then laughs "All right, well it sounds like you could use some sleep so just send him home when you are ready for him to go"

Surion listened to Nani's end of the conversation as she spoke

Tinania smiles then nods "Okay Ms. Ala I'll be sending him home once we are able to catch Tez. I will talk to you later.. " pulling the phone away she hangs it up then looks to Sur. "Shall we see about getting your fandangle? "

Ala hangs up and wanders back to finish off her work

Surion nods "Yeah lemme grab my boots and coat and we can do just that"

Tinania nods sitting up she grabs her coat as she opens the door. She looks around catching a glimmer racing in the trees. Stepping out she pulls on her coat not buttoning it up like she should.

Lollipop zipped though the trees only to hide in a bush waiting for Tez.

Surion grabs his coat slipping it on and slipping on his boots he once again didn't do up his coat

Tez dove into the bushes after Lolli with a giggle

Shaking her head she watches the fandangle before cupping her hands over her mouth whistling into the wind.

The whistle made it to Lollipop who popped up out of the bush, looking around she spots them. With a giggles she zips toward Tinania and Surion.

Tez popped out of the bush after Lolli and chased after her as if it were a race to reach the pair.

Surion laughs watching them "Well it looks like I know who Tez can visit if he gets lonely"

Tinania giggles nodding, she was leaning against the wall of the house, not standing straight like she normally does. "Yup he more then welcome here also.. " she coughs holding her chest.

Lollipop speeds up nearly reaching them zipping around the house, giggling she clicks a few time.

Surion nods and holds his hand out

Tez zips over and hovers over Surion's hand "Home time Tez" he tells the Fandangle and then looks up at Nani "you sleep ok?"

Tinania nods then smiles "I will Surion, have fun with Tez okay? " she leans down giving him a hug before standing slightly dizzy.

Lollipop clicks then bumps Tez again before giggling "Bye bye!! "

Surion nods pulling out the disc and enlarging it "I will, thanks for taking me with you"

Tez reciprocated the farewell and hovered near Surion following after him as Surion headed into the air in the direction of home

Tinania smiles watching him then looks at Lollipop "Come on lets head inside. Its been a very interesting day.. " she turns heading back into the house Lollipop following her.
