Congure's Mangekyou Activates as to a reaction to Shinkou's (Congure's is about 5x more powerful than any Sharingan not counting Sasuke's and Madara's. ) And black lightning runs down the blade. He stabs the blade into the ground and it shoots up, " Dark Thunderstorm. " Black lightning shoots from the sky, Hitting everything but Congure and Shinkou (And the wolves)
