"What?!" Chance quickly leaned over the bed to see for himself. This was unheard of. What the hell..? Straightening after a moment, he sighed. Then he eyed the bed and tossed the covers over the pillows. He was the kind of person who felt better doing something when agitated. He was not overly upset, but that had been some startling news. To abstractly respond to Dante's comment he muttered, "Yeah..." and finally followed him to the door.

Tail swishing the wolf watched silently, deciding on a second thought to pull on his shirt which he hadn't yet. While the other played with the blankets he moved and found the clothing article and pulled it on. Maybe they should go out to eat...
Waiting at the door he canted his head at Chance when he finally came. "Feel better?" He gave a small smirk before opening the door so they oculd leave the room.

Chance noticed the shirt. He smirked at the question as he passed through the door. "Shut up," he said lightly without any venom to it. At least he was not so bad as to do Dante's laundry for him. Could that be more awkward? He lead the way down the hall with softly clicking hoof-falls.

Possibly ~ But that wasnt a problem right now. Smirking he watched before shutting the door and following after rolling his eyes slightly.
The pegasus was coming out of his room, deciding to stop by the kitchen before heading out for real. Tail flicking he came out of his room messing with his hair a little, not realizing as Dante passed and bumped into the wolf. Feathered ears flicking slightly he backed up then looked at the wolf frowning. "Watch out ~" Looking he caught a glimpse of Chance then looked back at Dante... He was STILL here?!
The wolf 'ooof'ed slightly as he looked at Karauagh... Tail swishing he quirked an eyebrow. "I will thanks..." Of course he'd stopped, though moved back slightly then started after Chance again... "Maybe we should eat out..."

Chance heard the opening of a door and turned to watch what was going on. He was just in time to see the after effects of the collision, bringing a smirk to his lips. "Karauagh you have impeccable timing..." He shrugged at Dante's suggestion and smiled. "Sounds good. I'm buying," he added offhandedly with a flick of his tail. He wondered if Dante would use that to rub into Karauagh's face...

Karauagh blinked and looked at Chance... Tail flicking he quirked an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "Im sorry?" At Dante's idea to Chance he frowned lightly.
Looking at Karauagh Dante's tail swished noting the frown. Smirking he stuck his tongue out at the pegasus and took the others arm, as he started to lead him away from Karauagh and towards the door. Of course he was just teasing the other because he needed to be teased, though he had no intention of clinging to Chance's arm once outside. In his mind, Karauagh had asked for it ~
At the mention of Chance buying, Dante's ears perked. he was all for mooching~! "Im good with that ~!"

Chance grinned and glanced back at Karauagh, waving over his shoulder. "Don't be sorry... Good night Karauagh." Why was it so easy to pick on him? He really had never done anything to Chance. It was probably the atmosphere... if things had been switched and he had met Dante first but was now with Karauagh, he probably would be poking fun at Dante. He sighed inwardly. This household was too complicated for him. It would be a good idea to get the wolf out of his system soon, and move on.
At the door, Chance opened it for Dante, letting him pass through first before closing it behind him. "Where to, then? Your choice."

Karauagh just frowned more and went back into his room, slamming the door slightly.
Grinning Dante gave a small thanks and released Chance's arm, stretching a little. "Mm... Do you eat Chinese? There's a good place just a block or two away..."

Chance heard a loud door from inside and wondered, ear swiveling, if that was Karauagh. Wow... that was bad, he thought with a grimace. Turning back to Dante, he was not surprised to have him let go of his arm. As nice as it was... that really was not Dante. "Sure, that sounds fine. We can walk; it'll wake us up a bit."

Dante chuckled starting down the drive. "Considering we were in bed all day ~" Though they got SOME sort of exercise, he didnt know if that really counted. A walk would be nice though... He'd been beginning to feel lazy.

Chance grinned. "Well, yeah..." While he walked beside the wolf, he let the other lead, not really knowing where this place was.

It was literally just a couple blocks. Ten minutes tops. Tail swishing behind him Dante looked forward before glancing at Chance quietly thinking, but not really. "It's kind of small, but it has good food..." Of course, Dante normally stuck to smaller things versus the bigger restaurants.

Hands in his pockets, Chance walked easily down the street. He loved to walk, sometimes did it for hours, just wandering. He caught Dante looking at him once or twice and wondered what he was thinking. Was he feeling awkward again, or did he like companionable silences? "Oh good... sometimes I don't go into the smaller places because I feel out of place. I'm not a regular, you know..?"

Dante couldnt help it ~ He was bad at conversations in general... unless there was something to talk about. Maybe he was just bad with coming up with the things to talk about. The wolf shrugged understanding the feeling. "Yeah ~ But you get to become a regular when you go often~"

Chance snickered. "You have a point..." But then, he was never around often enough to become a regular anywhere, except at home. He did not tend to discuss that point though.
