Kumiko was away from everyone on this end of the library and so sat in asmall nitch between two bookshelves just big enough for her she leaned her head back and rested against the wall preparing to gain back her energy so she could resume training once again. Kumiko had not yet noticed the wolf as it was far enough behind that when she was looking for followers she had not sen it as it had yet to round the corner. but after a little bit her ears began to pick up the sound of it's breathing and she opened her eyes... It stood there stareing at her and she glared at it "What are you looking at?" she spoke grumpily. "what do you want?"
Burn-out
I had the students keep burning their chakra to build up more chakra stamina. They must hit exactly 0 to finish the training successfully. If they went into the negatives, the student would pass out and would have to be revived by their teacher and rest until their cp is recovered.
DC: Every incriment of 5 is -1Cp.

Shiro kept her bright yellow eyes on the girl as she spoke. She did nothing but nod her head and bit and stand up. She made a small barking noise and walked up to her. Her eyes were kept on Kumiko's as she let her head drop to where the girl had her hand. She nuzzled her hand a bit and lifted it enough so that her nose was just beneath it. Shiro whined a bit and sat down next to Kumiko. Maybe the blonde man couldn't make the girl happy but she could always try. She was just an animal afterall. Not like she could say something to make her mad. All she could do was bite the girl...but Kira had told her that was wrong. And not to bite unless someone threatened her first.

"Oh don't be like that, your a wolf. Your supposed to be cool and tough like me not some clingy needy little thing.." as she spoke her words trailed off...Kumiko couln't look away from the animal...finally she looked about and saw that noone could see them from where she was... she began to pet the creature on the head and whispered "Now, you can't tell anyone. It'd ruin everything.... You really are a very pretty animal." the soft fur of the creature was a comfort and Kumiko foundherslef feeling simply more relaxed and rested by just petting the creature and didn't even notice that her strength was continueing to return to her.

Shiro's ears perked up when the girl hadn't shoved her away like she had Raito. She leaned into Kumiko's touch knowing if she were a feline she'd be purring like crazy. She loved attention and got little from anyone other than Kira. Shiro put one paw on Kumiko's lap and let her head rest on it while she laid down and looked up at Kumiko. Shiro stood out on a regular bases and could bet this girl stood out too. She never turned her gaze away as she thought of the similarity. She'd have fun seeing Kumiko meet Kira. The two may get along...or not...If anything were to happen, Shiro could end it before it got a chance to kick off.

"You helped me out back there didn't you?" Kumiko continued to speak to the wolf..."Well I woudl trust you an animal, faster than any human, so i don't have any hesitation in sayig thank you...but dont let anyone else know i can be nice. It would just cause problems..." Kumiko continued to pet the wolf for a bit more before speaking again. "Well i need to get back to training...if you want to stick around you can..just don't get in the way..."
Kumiko began to channel her chakra as she stood. SHe focused herself and simply looked back to the wolf... "Watch this" she channeled her chakra into her arm and again preformed her powerfull single strike at the air, the bookcase before her shook and several books clattered to the floor on the other side. and again Kumiko fell to the floor unconscious.

Shiro tilted her head a bit when the girl spoke. Nice? Wasn't she nice before? She just had a bit of a shell. Like Kira did! The two were more alike than she thought! She felt the girls small surge of chakra and could tell this was going to be bad already...As soon as her body started to fall to the floor Shiro got beneath her and softened the blow as much as she could. She let the girl roll off her back slowly and ran back over to Raito. She nuzzled his leg until he started to move, "What is it?" He asked moving to look at the animal. Shiro kept looking back towards the spot Kumiko had fallen and Raito stood up. "Fine fine, I'm up, what do you want?" Shiro pulled on Raito's pants leg until he finally got to the spot Kumiko was at. Raito sighed when he saw the sight of the girl on the floor. He knelt to the floor and put his once more glowing hands over her chest. Shiro sat quietly and watched as Raito did his thing on the girl again.

Again Kumiko awoke with the teacher over her... "Not this again..." she grumbled refraining from cursing in frustration... sitting up on her own she walked away from the teacher wordlessly and slowly so as to not crash into things... again away fro him she found a similar nitch like the one she had rested in before and sat there to regain her strength again... this was getting annoying. Strangely...Kumiko found herself missing the wolf and hoped inwardly that it would com to her again.

Kaisude looked around and saw that Raito and Kumiko were arguing. It didn't bother him, but it slowed his reading. He didn't care but he did want to finish reading the book, it was a task and thats all he knew. He was going to finish it regaurdless of what was going on around him. "This book is not all about the clone jutsu. It has more to it." He said aloud to himself, he often did that. If he had no one to talk to then he would talk too himself. He wasn't dissapointed with this training drill, he was more happy then anything. It was surely a fundemental experience for him, and he was getting to know other people as well.

Raito sighed and looked at Shiro, "See? She don't like me so stop getting me into trouble with her, Wolf." Shiro's ears went back and her head went down slightly as Raito stood and went back to his place. She turned her head towards the place Kumiko had taken off to and seemed to prance her way back over to her. She was her only entertainment at the moment and wanted to keep her for as long as she'd let her stay. Shiro sat beside the girl again and looked at her with the same questioning stare as before. The girl seemed to want to be alone...but at the same time to not want to be alone. What a strange feeling she was recieving...such mixed emotions...

"Ugh are you really this needy? you should be ashamed..." Kumiko said alloud as she saw the wolf but before it would potentially leave from these words she was already petting the soft furred creature... Kumiko liked the wolf...but she would never admit that verbally, not easily atleast. She felt relaxed and calm as she petted the creature and her strength continued to return to her...
"The old bat probably isn't as bad as i make him out to be, but one has to save face to keep themselves protectd from all the back stabbers out there, you know what i mean?" Kumiko continued to pet the wolf and was speaking softly so that noone else would be able to hear her. "I don't necessarily tell you this stuff because i trust you but because i know your an animal, you can't tell anyone anything."

Shiro sat quietly next to Kumiko. Did she really think she couldn't tell people? She'd give her a little suprize soon... For the time being she'd keep herself silent and act like the lowly animal Kumiko thought she was. Shiro wasn't needy...she was...charismatic and social...Shiro looked back towards the area Raito was at. Shiro looked back at Kumiko with her yellow eyes and heard her words. Backstabbers? She'd never come upon someone called a back stabber. The white furred animal whined a bit when the girl said she didn't trust her. Not that it mattered at this point, seeing as how she did just meet her. "I am not just some stupid animal. I do speak you know." Shiro yawned a bit and rested her head back on the girl's lap.

"Then i should have listene to my first instinct and not trusted you." Kumiko responded as if this was entirely normal. She stood pushing the creature off her lap...she was not easily caught oiff guard...she had learned aniumals could talk from a book she had read before... but she had believed this animla could not because it had not chosen to do so yet... "I have training to do. You may stay if you wish" Kumiko began drawing her chakra but listened for any potential response from the white wolf.

Shiro huffed and stomped her foot. "So, you find someone can speak and you no longer wish to be with them? You realize wolves are a type of animal that do things for people, well, me anyway. Whatever you wish me not to say won't come out of me. I do the same with my mama. I usually do not speak for people other than the people she trusts." Her voice was low and bored. Her hyperness she'd had earlier when she entered Oto had vanished and she laid down in the spot the girl had been sitting in. She'd stay for now. But only if the girl didn't say such rude things again. Or, perhaps she'd just sleep and wait for the girl to do whatever it is she was going to do. "Nice to know an animal can be pushed away just for showing a special secret." With that Shiro laid her head down and closed her eyes. If the girl no longer wanted her there then she could keep to herself.

Kumiko felt a little bad about it after hearing the explanation from the wolf...but her stubborn ways refused to allow her to show it... "I have to be protected from everyone and everything... i don't even know your name..you can't blame me your timing for choosing to tell me you could speak was a bit poor if you wanted me to continue to trust you... not saying i did in the first place..." This was about the closest to an apology she would ever come.
Kumiko then channeled her chakra and pushed it out through her arms again striking at the air. Kumiko felt the over surge of chakra and knew immediately that it was too much she uttered a single swear word in anger before falling to the ground unconscious.

Shiro kept her eyes shut and ignored most of what she'd said until she heard a crash on the floor. "Again?" She said meakly as she stood and walked back over to Raito. She nudged his thigh and got him to stand again. The two walked back over to the seemingly lifeless body and Raito bent down and put his glowing hands over her body. He finished his thing and went back over to his chair without a word. Kumiko probably wouldn't want to talk to him anyway. Shiro stood next to the girl, knowing she'd be back up and awake soon enough. When she saw a slight hint of the girl being awake she spoke, "So, you want to know my name? Shiro. Being protected...how can you be protected...if there's nothing to protect yourself from? You push everyone away and you have nothing left. Nobody to have fun with...Isn't it lonely?" Her ears perked up as she waited for her answer.
