Halfway to the park, Jiro froze and grabbed Koto's arm. She looked up at him and at the house they had stopped in front of. She noticed nothing strange about it, but Jiro began to hiss and draw attention as she pulled him away. Koto huffily walked back and inspected the house more thoroughly. She smiled and petted Jiro as she noticed the tiniest drop of green liquid. Koto pulled Jiro away and called the base as she ran to meet Aneko, smelling a promotion. Nick heart began to beat fast, he smelt one of the cats from the lab. He grabbed his spear and used it as a walking stick. each step hurt as he walked ot Akira and Hitori and whisperd in there ears "there back.... we have to get out of here, theres 2 outside right now...." Hitori's eyes widened in terror and relaxed surprisingly fast. "You two go ahead," She motioned them towards the back door. "I need to do something." She turned to Nick and looked deep into his eyes longingly. "I promise I'll catch up. Just go and don't look back." She looked at them for another second before running low to the ground and looking out the corner of the window.

Hitori stood up and walked out the front door where she stood before the entire Japanese military. "Hi Jiro, hi Ichiro." She greeted the two gruffly. She had been very close friends with the twins when she was younger and didn't understand why they acted so catlike. She had thought it was a game. The two waved gaily back at Hitori but she didn't see it. She was sanning the group for Kira, and didn't see her. Good. Now she had a chance. She began to run at breakneck speed as she turned on her camo device. A huge explosion just behind her knocked Hitori to the ground and she understood. They had removed the device. She really had no chance. But still Hitori rocketed herself into the crowd, glad that Nick and Akina were safe.

while moveing threw the ground a large chuck of earth moved away from the ground behind him, and the earth and plants wept as they were burnt by the explosion. he came up inside the large oak tree he called home.((for akira lol, its a giant oak tree, with a hole in the side that leads down to a hot spring, around it are 2 "beds" made of interwoven roots and moss. one cave leads down to my library, and the other cave leads down to a underground lake)) "stay in this room Akira if anything happens the tree will protect you." Nick touched the walls of his home and it traveld over his arm and coverd his stomech in a protective "bandaid" of bark and wood. "I will be back..." he kissed Akira on the cheek and traveld out of the tree back to hitori.....

She began to run at breakneck speed as she turned on her camo device. A huge explosion just behind her knocked Hitori to the ground and she understood. They had removed the device. She really had no chance. But still Hitori rocketed herself into the crowd, glad that Nick and Akina were safe. Hitori felt the waves of officials pushing in on her from all sides. She jumped into the air and was shot again with another huge explosive. She fell back to the ground and after feeling the officials hands lifting her up, she knocked them to the ground and continued her futile fight. It was no use. She lay panting on the ground as the voice in her head, so curiously silent for so long, started up again. Did you really think you could win? She attacked the gunmen in the back. Stop fighting and come back with us. She jumped over the crowds and, evading another explosive, she landed and watched as it incinerated about one sixth of the officials. If you do not come back we will hunt down and kill your friends! She froze. "You don't know where they are. You don't know who they are." She said, not even believing it herself. On the contrary, we are looking at a picture of Akina right now. She lives at that house I think? Hitori slumped to the ground. "You still can't find them." Oh really? We don't need to. Radar indicates that the boy who kidnapped you is fast approaching through the earth. "No." She whispered. It didn't matter what happened to her, but she wouldn't let them hurt Nick. "Alright." She said, her tail drooping to the ground.

"your safe now"......

He was supposed to be with Akina in the Oak tree. Now they were in danger and it was her fualt for letting Nick take her.

She stood still above Nick as he lay gasping on the bed and eventually fell asleep. She looked over at Akina asleep on the other bed. She didn't belong there yet, why did Nick try so hard to make a place for her? It didn't make sense. She walked down to the spring and dipped her tired, burnt legs into its warm water. After taking a deep breathe she dropped into the water and swam around, trying to think of what to do before falling asleep, her head resting safely on her arms folded gently on the ground above her and her body waving to a fro in the water.
