(Other character was too much like too many other characters. So I sacrificed my origional character to help the story merge a little better. Once again long post, but once he starts interacting they will shorten.)

"Daddy? Where are you Daddy? Dadd....dy? AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" No matter how many times he experiences it he just cant quite seem to get used to it. The fact that he'd killed countless men in battle gave the nightmares fuel for the fire. Countless deaths or men and demon alike if it wasnt the pain of loved ones it was the pain he was inflicting on his victim. Dreams so vivid that words cannot describe the excrutiating brutality of his actions. Shuttering awake with a violent gasp, the instinct to breath was halted and exchanged with a fleeting fear of unkowing. "Where am I?" X thought out loud. The cool air draped across his back like the icy breath of the Reaper himself. X took to observing his surroundings. As his eye adjusted to the darkness he found himself on a lonely path just north of what sounds like...water? "Its not lapping at the shore... so that means its moving in one direction.A river." It was at this point he realized that his mouth was dry from the sleep, and in an effort to resolve the siuation he started to make his way to his feet. "AH!" A twinge of pain ran up his leg and across his spine like a razor. X looked down and seen the wounds to his leg and remembered what had happend. He thought back of the events that transpired.

The pale blue glow of the moon barely made its way through the thick foliage of the forest canopy. The abiance of the woods carries on like a symphony all around him, as he makes his way down a lonely, narrow path. Suddenly, X felt the undeniable presence of a demon hiding somewhere in the area. "He's close" he thought to himself, as he continued to walk as if nothing was wrong. Suddenly the symphony of the forest halted. X stopped, closed his eyes and listened. Seconds crawled like hours until, "SNAP" a twig broke underfoot to his back."Amateur." The demon lept from the darkness with full intent to rip him to peices. Like a flash X spun, grabbing the demon by his throught, stopping him in mid air. The demon was only an imp class, too small for an expreienced hunter as himself, but more than enough to finish off a human peasant. Thats probably why hes here, feeding on the towns people that wonder too far from the village. "Whats the matter with you? I sensed you from a mile away." The demon thrashed and tossed about snarling and bearing his fangs. The drool from the demons mouth glittered in the moonlight like strings of diamonds.

X looked the demon over, and realized he was not a hungry demon, he had been eating well, "Are the inhabitants that weak here? I mean you obviously aren't that strong." "I have help." Pondering on that last bit of info X suddenly heard something behind him again. "Son of a..." Before he could finish his profanity he was hit from behind by something, losing grip of the Imp, he was tossed like a rag doll into a nearby tree. With a short violent cough X tasted the metallic sting of his own blood on his tougue."Nice...I havn't tasted my own blood in a while. That was careless of me. Dont expect it to happen again." Looking up his eyes immedietly focused in on a hunter class demon. Hunters are a little bigger than a full grown man, and have on occasion, proven to be a challenge.

The demons eyes narrowed and focused in on X, and he focused his eye on the demon. "Whenever your ready big guy." The demon let out a roar, despite how many times he had heard it, the battlecry of a demon still sent chills down his spine. The demon charged him, each foot step like a thunder crack. Swinging with all his might the demon ripped at X with his claws. Immedietly dropping to the ground, narrowly avoiding the demons claws X came up with a swift right to the gut. Twisting his body violently he then comes around sweep and was able to knock the beast of balance. As the beast fell towards the ground, X grabbed its arm and planted his knee firmly into the demons shoulder. As the demon hit the ground X folded the demons hand over and locked it into place under his arm. Holding the lock with his right arm he then thrust his left hand into the demons elbow, the moist crack of bone splintering was nearly downed out by the demons scream.

The Imp lept from the darkness again and this time sunk its teeth deep into X's leg. He let out a scream and was forced to loosen up his grip on the hunter. When he did the demon rolled out from under him and fought its way to its feet. After several punches to the Imps head, and no immediete sense of any release X began to get angry. The Hunter had regained his composure and headed back into the fray, grabbing X by the back of the neck with his good arm and lifting him off the ground. X began to feel the vertibrae in his neck start to pop, and move. His vision began to tunnel when his survival instinct took over Twisting his body he threw everything he had into his kick, which he planted firmly in the Hunters face. The grip on his neck was suddenly gone and the demon lay on the ground holding its face. The Imp now pulled its back legs up and sunk its claws into X's upper and lower thigh. Gritting his teeth he grunted angrily. Something had to be done about this. As he felt his windpipe opening back up and his vertebrae sliding back into place he looked over at the Hunter, who was still holding his bleeding face. He tilted his head to the side as his neck popped and the vertibrae returned to their proper places, he resumed his posistion of wedging his fingers between the Imps teeth and his leg and this time pulled with a scream. The Imps head split at the jaw line and its body went limp, X pulled it off and discarded it. As the Hunter fought its way back to is feet again X's anger was seething. Pulling his hood over his head, and removing his mask from his coat, he glanced one last time at the demon in front of him. With a gaze locked on the demon that would freeze the blood in your very veins he slid the over his face with one final line. "Playtimes over."

Upon putting on the mask X was no longer the compasionate, withholding character he once was. When that mask goes on its like a switch between civil, and demon. Once the mask is on he becomes more demon that anything spawned from the deepest darkest pits of Hell. The Hunter, screaming, charged him again throwing an attack with his good arm this time. Without hesitation X grabbed the demons arm, not even concerned with throwing him off balance this time he wreches the demons arm to the left, twists and plants a firm kick into its ribs. The resulting scene is grotesque display of raw power. The arm is ripped from its socket, the collaboration of the popping and ripping is like sweet music to his ears. The resulting scream of the demon is like the crescendo to fortisimo in a proffesionally written symphony. The three together create music that speaks directly to the pleasure center of his brain and fill him with joy only known by few. The adrenaline flows and the pain in his leg is gone, his body is light, and his hands tremble with anticipation of their next exchange. The demon now in a last ditch effort attempts to snap his broken arm back into at least a functional state. "Take your time." X told the demon with a guteral growl that resonated with sadistic pleasure.

Dripping blood profusely the demon shufflled to the nearest tree, twisted and with all its might slammed its arm against the tree. The attempt worked as the resulting wet pop gave him a functional weapon again. Though a nearly unbearable pain shot through his arm the demon was insistant on killing this man. This time the two circled each other, sizing each other up, looking for weaknesses. Although the only thing crossing X's mind are sick fantasies of what he can do to cause the most pain without killing him. They inch closer to each other and X puts a kick to the demons midsection. With a grunt and swift exhale the collapses, placing his one functioning hand on the ground for support. Despite the undoubtably broken ribs he knew he had to get to his feet again. He looks up to find X is not in front of him. The demon tries to raise itself from its kneeling posistion into something more stable when,"SHLRAK!" X stomps on the demons heal, pushing it to the ground, thus destroying its ankle. The demon let out another scream. Falling foward the demon uses its one functioning appendage in a feble attempt to escape. Never before has he crossed paths with anything similar to this creature, this wasnt a man, or a demon. This "thing" was some new breed of creature, and for the first time in its existance the demon felt fear, total, undeniable fear. X watched as the demon thrashed about in an attempt to escape, and a slight grin arched itself across his lips. Though looking back the demon had no sight of the creatures face, all he could see was the face of death itself staring chillingly blank of expression. X loved this, "Yes, thats right, run away." he thought to himself. Holding his left hand out Rikimaru formed. With a heave and a grunt he shoved the sword through the thigh of the creatures good leg perpindicular to the bone. Yet another scream, followed by cries of pain and torment. X danced around his prey waving his arms about as if conducting a symphony of agony. Finally, he decided, He looked at the demon through the hollow sockets of the skull mask and said,"Death is too good for you.", clenching his fist Rikimaru vanished. "I dont beleive it. Hes going to let me go. I....I am going to make it. Im a demon, so in time these wounds will heal, and I'll be back to nor...." But, the demons thoughts where interrupted."But, I'm a generous guy." Kneeling next to the demon he grabbed a horn and drug the demon flailing, begging, and bleeding over to an exposed root. The demon pleaded for its life, but by this time X could no longer hear him. Grabbing the demon by the back of the head X began slamming the demons face repeatedly into the root, over and over again. Soon the demons cries stopped, only the wet patting noises of blood and flesh melding into a contorted mass against an immovable object remained. Soon those sounds where drown out by the sadistic laughter of "The messenger of Death" as hes come to be known. X stood, his hands still trembling from the adrenaline being pumped relentlessly through his veins.

With a shaking hand he removed the mask, and held it at arms length.Staring into the hollow sockets he thought to himself, "How many more? How many more till my thirst for death is quenched." Tucking the mask away back into the inner pocket of his coat he again made his way up the path. After a few yards he found that his leg was still bleeding profusely. "I need to rest for a while and let this bleeding slow down." he thought to himself. He then knelt next to a tree and lowered his head. In no time he was asleep. And thats how I got here, now about this leg, the bleeding has stopped, but I still need to tend the wound. It was then that he noticed, he was not but a short walk from a village.

Stepping into the premises of the village he could now see that some sort of festival was going on. "I'll look around later, right now I need to find a pub and buy some alcohol." After walking around and observing the goings on he finally found a pub. A bit of a run down looking place, but a pub none the less. Stepping through the door he noticed the place was full of creatures from all walks of life. This land of Nao was a strange place, but was growning on him. Making his way to an empty table he pulled the chair away from the table and made himself comfortable. "Can I get you something?" The waitress was a dog, no really she was a dog, which in this land seems not to be uncommon."Yes dear, I'll have a glass of the strongest you have. And leave me the bottle." he replied with a gentle smile.

The elaborate house with its pillars of alabaster. The floor tiled in turquoise, polished until one’s reflection would stare up as realistic as the being who had cast it off. The brightly colored carpets rolled across the floor with such disorientation that there was an obvious method to the madness. A girl with such black, black eyes smiled up at him, drawing her chadri across her face.

The satin burst into flames.

Visions exploded like flashes across his unconscious mind, horrendous pictures of bodies bleeding out, faces mangled by vengeance, eyes cut out by hatred. The forms of men crumbling, hidden from view, lost to the world – another disappearance, another husband walking out. The smell of burning flesh and the copper taste of blood – the images of these phantoms never stayed for long, but blinked in and out, in and out, in time with the beating of a heart….

It stopped, trembled, exploded. Her face disintegrated – Yuval was left with a smoldering skull in his palms.

He started awake, eyes snapping open.

He was not lying in the ruinous heap he had fallen in, he immediately realized as his senses kicked into overdrive. There was something soft at his back, cushioning his bruised body from the harshness of the ground. Sheets slipped down his chest with a whispering rustle, and drew his eyes downwards – bandages. He lifted a hand and passed them across the rough gauze. His hand was bandaged too.

He lifted his gaze and saw his jacket and shirt folded neatly upon a table.

Yuval had no idea where he was, but he knew, at least that he was still in the village. His memory trundled back into place, rushing in with a final swoop as he sat up; a dull pain flared across his chest.

What had that cat done to him?

Sucking in a lungful of air, he arched his back and slid a hand underneath the bandages, loosening them and peering inside. A dark bruise had flowered across the majority of his upper body, looking like a rancid rose in full bloom. With a soft – and frustrated – noise, he let his body slide back down, and rested his head against the pillow.

How much time had he lost, lying here? Looking through the window next to the bed he occupied, he saw the sun descending into the horizon – it had been night when he had pursued the girl. Yuval shut his eyes tightly. At least a day, and in a day they could have gone anywhere; terror could be the adrenaline that had drove them through the night. He would catch them, though – he knew what he was doing, whereas they…well, they did not. A soft smile creased his dry lips.

The only thing to worry about now was the repercussions of that boy’s sphere of magic. Dark, obviously, from what it had drawn from him. A migraine pumped across his temple in a steady march, but he had a feeling come bedtime his sleep would be riddled with more than just nightmares and terrors. He needed to flush the magic out – it was going to drain him more than a few sore ribs and a headache would. The canine made himself remember the cat’s face. For later, of course.

Gathering his strength, Yuval pushed himself up again. With the utmost precision and attention to his body, he swung his legs over the bedside and placed his bare feet delicately upon the floor. He climbed to his feet, captured his balance, and stole across the floor as quickly as his injury would allow, with the quietness of a cat. He redressed himself and fastened the clasps of his jacket up to his neck, smoothed its front (noting how it too, had been cleaned and stitched) before swinging his pack across his slender waist and fastening that as well.

Nothing would play barricade to him and his, not even an injury inflicted by magic. He pulled his boots on and tucked his trousers in with a meticulous quickness, and with a last sweep at his hair he opened the door and slipped out of the room and into the hallway.

Yuval stopped immediately and held his breath – the sound of voices drifted down the short passage, and he saw a child skip across the other end of the room.

“Get the bandages, dear, our guest is going to need a redressing.”

“Yes’m!”

He pushed the door back open with his palm and drifted inside, shutting it with a soft click behind him. Not necessarily what he had expected, though he should have known – maybe he was a little more disoriented than he would have liked to admit. Grinding his bare knuckles against his forehead, he walked to the bed and eyed the window. When one door closes, another opens. Or window when you didn’t have another door save for the ones on the armoire.

The window opened with a whistle of evening air, sticking slightly as it shifted upwards; the caked paint made it stiffer than he would have liked. Had he been any other person, he would have associated climbing through the window with that of a lover sneaking out of their parent’s house; much to his chagrin, the thought did pass his mind, and he stifled an amusement he did not often feel.

Grasping the sides of the sill, he slid himself out of the house and out of the feline family’s mind. His phantom lingered in the room in the form of torn, bloodied gloves, and a lumpy pouch that rested where his head once had.

By the time they found the money, he would be well on his way.

Yuki's face grew red with anger. He was actually astounded by the statement that had just come out of Neko's mouth. Perverted son of a b***h... Yuki mentally hissed, glaring daggars at the feline as he turned his back on them. The insult, of course, held even more hatred than when the humans used it. Cats thought very little of dogs, after all. Jaw clenched, and Yuki managed to keep his swears to himself. Neko was lucky there were girls standing around, it was the only thing stopping him from tackling his sorry a** to the ground... Later. He'd get him back for this later.

"Cover yourself, Hitsu." Yuki said sternly, releasing her so that they could move foreword. She took little time to do as she was told, blushing lightly at the predicament. It had actually taken Yuki's action for her to realize what was going on. Now she was going to be self conscious all the way to town, especially if her shirt didn't dry and she had to walk with her arms crossed over her chest.

well at least they had stopped fighting for now. Poke turned around to see the cat girl from before was skipping off, and she quickly followed her. She wasn't exactly sure what she was saying, but it seemed like she was singing. With nothing better to do poke tried imitating the girls noises. "nyu nyuu..nuy nuyy" and kept this up for most of the journey.

As Riyo got to the edge of the forest where the outside was visible, She stopped abruptly and stared. "M'nyu..." She mumbled out and blinked at the wide open space in front of her eyes. She then looked back to the forest, and forward again. Part of her was urging on. To leave this place and never look back, since all it held was empty feelings and only the thought of survival.

But... There was an overwhelming fear about leaving. Like, if she left, there would be no more protective shell to hide in. No more sanctuary, or the feeling of consistancy throughout her daily routine. Change would be eminent. But not just that. There was a fear of what might be out there. And something she couldn't describe. She felt a cross between guilt and a need for prevention. Which seemed to only be silenced by her remaining in the forest.

Her ears slid back again. She... Didn't know what to do. She was torn. Stay in the place that had been both her shelter and prision for as long as she could remember, or leave for new adventures and not know what she was getting herself into?

Digging through the trash had turned up nothing, to Mitsu’s dismay. Though it was obvious she was rooting through the trash of a pub. It mostly consisted of broken bottles and the smell of alcohol. Trying one more time Mitsu rummaged through another bag but drew back her hand with a yelp. Having been too over zealous she had managed to slice her hand open on a broken bottle and the blood now freely dripped down her palm. Fascinated, Mitsu watched as it fell to the ground and pooled at her feet. There was something oddly familiar about this color but her mind for some reason was repressing the memory.

“Hey!” Eyes wide, Mitsu turned toward the voice and saw a man leaning outside of the pub door. “Get out of here!” He had taken his first step outside but that was all it took for Mitsu to get the point. Scrambling to her feet she ran back out of the alleyway and into the streets again passing by the front of the pub.

“Finally,” Neko let out a sigh at finally seeing the village. He was afraid there really wasn’t going to be one. Looking back to the river, Neko spotted where there had, at one point, been a bridge. Though it looked as if an outside force had destroyed it, most likely demons running amuck. What was left of the bridge was nothing more than a pile of scrap wood, the beginnings of which slightly resembled a bridge.

Glad to finally have a place to relax and have someone feed him, Neko was all too happy to walk into the town, never mind the festival he needed a drink. Something strong, he had listened to ‘nyuing’ in song form for over an hour now and needed something to block out the memory. Otherwise he too would start ‘nyuing’ in turn. Looking back to make sure the others were following he paused as he saw Riyo at the edge of the forest. It seemed she was confused maybe? Neko wasn’t sure but he gave a shrug. “Are you coming or not?” He addressed her. “You’ve come this far haven’t you?” He wasn’t going to force her to come if she didn’t want to but it seemed pointless to have had her come along this far only to leave her here. But one thing was for sure, if she did come she was going to need new clothes. Neko was certain her current attire would raise a few eyebrows.

Throwing his head back X downed another shot of liquor, and smacked the glass down on the table. The sting of the alcohol on his throat was nothing compared to the sting in his thigh. He knew he really needed to get this wound cleaned up, which meant finding a nice quiet spot to do so, and the inside of a pub was neither quiet, nor clean. So X decided to find a more suitable place to do this. Gathering the bottles and bread he had purchased he decided to head back out to the street to find somewhere to hole up for the night. Walking towards the door of the pub the music of the festival became louder, "I guess I should check out the booths at the festival to try and find some herbs."

Reaching out he gave the door a push with his free hand as he passed through the door the smell of real food caught his nose. With a deep inhale he thought to himself "Ahh, booze, herbs, and food. Nice." Standing on the stoop of the pub he took in his surroundings and was in the midst of trying to locate the origin of the wonderful smell that caressed his nose. Suddenly, he felt a bump followed by a quiet yelp. Looking down was what appeared to be another dog girl..whos eyes where focused on the bread in his hand. Slowly he moved it to the left and then back to the right, at no point did the strange little girl take her eyes away from the bread, or even blink for that matter. " Are you hungry?" X asked the girl inquisitivly with a hint of sarcasm.

Thankfully, the time in which it took to get to their destination had given plenty of time for the water on their clothes to dry. "Ooo, Yuki!" Hitsu chimed as they drew close, "Look at all of the lights!" Her eyes were wide with wonder, this place was larger than their village, and much brighter. Apparently, there wasn't as much of a desire to remain hidden here. Hitsu followed after Neko without hesitation, or she would have, had Yuki not taken hold of her wrist before she could go merrily skipping out into the open.

"Don't be rushing into a strange place, we've got to be careful." He scolded, with a stern expression to match. "We don't know if we're welcome here." He'd heard stories of just how much the humans hated the animal races, and the fact that their father didn't hang around for long only made him more eager to believe all of the rumors as fact. He glanced alongside him to the other two, eying Riyo quietly for a moment. Neko spoke first, and then Yuki seemed to grasp for certain that she was nervous. "We won't let anyone hurt you." He assured, offering a hand to her, as though it would help coax her further.

Ahh, finnaly! she was out of that forest! Even if she was back where she had stared a few days ago, she didn't care. For to poke it was much better to be out in the open then stuck in a forest. At nightime.

She began walking forward sinto the town when she stopped. The others were still hanging near the edges of the forest, seeminly afraid to go out any further. poke wondered why they didn't want to seek refuge in a nice warm house, but then she overheard yuki telling the girl to be cautious. Ahhh, so they haven't been out of the forest before... And, she could see the cat girl was in the same situation as well. She couldn't blame the group for being cautious however. She had been in the same boat not long ago either.

Walking back to them she decided to tell them what she knew. "The town isn't a dangerous place to be" she told them. "It's just that you have to be careful who you talk to. It's full of humans, different animal tribes, and even a few half breeds and demons. Just stick clear of the humans, cause some of them can be royal assholes"

Riyo's head quickly turned to Neko as she heard him speak. Her grasp on language seemed to slowly be returning, as she understood half of what he said. She bit her lip and looked out toward the city once again. And she had to admit, she would feel bad for following them all this way and just going back.

Her glance then turned to Yuki, who's comforting words were sweet to the ears. She stared up at him for a moment, looking for a reason to doubt him... A reason he might lie.. But, she couldn't find one. Her ears twitched as she looked down at the hand that had been offered to her. At first, she didn't understand the gesture in the least, but as her mind processed it, a big smile overtook her face and she graciously took his hand with her free one. "Nyuuu!" She said happily, most of the nervousness fading out as she tried not to think about it, though some still lingered as a hissing sound echoed in the back of her mind.

Her path of escape had been cut off shortly after Mitsu had exited the alleyway. Still having her head turned back she had completely missed seeing the man exiting the pub and ran straight into him. Due to her lack in weight, however, she was the one that went crashing to the ground looking up at the man in horror. Fear of the repercussions of her actions, Mitsu was about to flee again when she noticed something in his hand. Eyes as big as saucers she focused on the food as if it were the Holy Grail. Never once did her focus falter as the man moved the bread around, which seemed to amuse him.

As to his question, Mitsu gave a swift nod, pushing herself up to sit on her hands and knees. Maybe this man would be nice like the last people she had met. They had fed her after all, perhaps he would do the same? The fact that she had been flogged by chickens, chased down, conked on the head, and sat on didn’t seem to reflect in her mind.

Neko smiled. “There, see not so bad. Even she says so,” Neko gestured to the strange otter girl. “By the way, what is your name?” It hadn’t occurred to him until now that they hadn’t exchanged names. Though he still didn’t know the bovine’s name but really didn’t care to.

"Aww, but it sounds like everyone is having fun..." Hitsu whined, eyes fixed on what they could see of the town with a sad expression. Why was Yuki so worried?

Once Poke had stepped up to offer her knowledge of the town, Hitsu quickly glanced up to Yuki with a restored look of confidence as though the new girl's words would permit her brother to let her do as she pleased. He looked down to her, and again she frowned at the stern look he gave her.

"Are you sure?" Yuki asked, attention quickly back to Poke. He seemed to think it over, but before he released his sister he gave brief instructions just to be safe. "Don't go running off by yourself, if I've gotta come looking for you I swear you'll never leave the village again once we get back home." He sounded more like a parent in result, but considering how long he'd cared for the both of them on his own he wasn't too far from one. "And don't tell anyone why we're here. Just passing through, you got it?" He waited on a nod from his sister, as grumpy as she looked from being talked to like a child (not that she didn't need it), and then ushered both Hitsu and Riyo foreword as he stepped up closer to Neko.

X smiled as he knelt and offered the bread with one hand, as he rummaged through his sack of supplies. "Ah there it is." He pulled a bottle of water from his supply sack with his other hand and offered it to the girl as well. "Here its hard to eat without some of this too."

Watching how everyone was acting was starting to make poke nervous. Sure, the town was a not dangerous, but a large animal tribe walking through in broad daylight who knew nothing of the dangers of a city? The idea of just walking away now didn't seem very appealing. She could just see something bad happening to these people.

When neko had asked for her name she nearly forgot to say anyting. "Oh! my name. Ah, it's poke" she told them. "And how about your names? I really should know them if I want to keep track of you in the towns"

Busy streets, bustling and hustling as people passed, some stopping others moving past hurriedly. Setting back away from most the vender's that would be selling their goods to those that travel, of to those that lived within the town. A silent figure sat within the shadows of his own booth, one that was littered with many decorative items made of beads, wood and feathers. Bits of leather were added to some, the black feathers gleamed within the lighting as soft winds blew the creations back and fourth.

The owner of the booth sat quietly weaving twigs and twine together making what most would call a dream catcher, a childish thing, but ever now and again he would add a bead here and a feather there, before finishing the weaving and setting it aside. Pale hands soon set about to another weaving, long black hair covered the figure's face as large back wings sat folded upon his back. The figure barely looked up as others passed by, but would when the sound of foot steps stopped before his slot.

"Mommy, can I get one?" asked a child as he stopped before the man's booth looking up at the feathered weavings.

"I don't think so dear. What we have we need for supplies." His mother answered.

"Aw," The boy pouted, his canid ears falling back.

The man stood and stepped out of the shadows, his wings shifting behind his back. Long strands of hair shifting away from his pale face as dark blue eyes looked toward the boy. From one look at the man, one could tell he wasn't a fancy dresser, he wore but a simple blue shirt and black pants. He feet bore no covering what so ever, behind him leaning against a ple was a long sword, one that looked as if it had never seen battle. Kneeling down before the boy he smiled.

"You like my weavings?" he asked with a simple tilt of his head.

The boy nodded, but this set the mother on alarm as she tugged the boy away. Her light colored hair looking a bit disheveled in the action, not many did trust one of the skies. To him it made no difference, he was still human, sort of.

"We don't have the money, now come along." She huffed tugging at the boy who still stared at the simple decorations.

Standing, the man took a small one down from where it had been haning, a triangular shaped dream catcher with pale green beads and a show white feather hanging from the bottom and held it out to the boy.

"No charge." He smiled as the boy took it and held it close as if someone had given the boy all the gold in the world.

Much to his mother's disapproval, she sighed accepting it, nodding to the man, she tugged her son along until the vanished into the crowds. Draven himself shook his head with a silent sigh as she retreated once more into the back of his booth. Where he would remain until perhaps another would stop... He doubted it, but there was always a chance.

Maybe.
