Vincenta DiscordantNote Definitely Pomp and Circumstance. That song is pure EVIL! Another one that should be thrown onto the fire is one my band's playing simply called 'Dance Movements'. I hate it because it makes me go into tenor clef. I can read it, but I sure as heck can't play it. Besides, even if I could play it that register sounds awful on bassoon. I AGREE POMP AND CICUMSTANCE SHOULD DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thank god I am a junior HOLY FRIUT! We played that last week and I was gone when they handed it out, so some people know it, but I suck at it. I dispise that song soooo badly....ehhe..eehehehe....*grabs lighter and Pomp and Cicumstance* twisted eheehe....burrnnnn *twiches* whee

Hohohoho....I know one ALL THE PRETTY LITTLE HORSES!! scream scream scream Yes! It really is a song for concert band and it scares me like AARGGGHHH!!! My BD must of had seisures the night before he picked that song. stare

ALAMO! ALAMO! ALAMO!!!!! I HATE THAT SONG WITH A PASSION AND I'VE HAD TO PLAY IT FOR THREE YEARS!!!! AND I HAVE ONE MORE YEAR TO GO!!! Then i never have to see it again and my dreams can be peaceful again! Though, we have burned, torn and otherwise dystroyed many copies of it. *takes out a lighter and burns another copy of it* BURN BABY BURN!!!

I set down the rest of the baritone sections music in a little pile and i burnt it just otuside the stadium.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH! OMG POMP AND CIR. MUST DIE! OH OH OH! I HATE FEELING FREE AND I ABSOLUTLY CANNOT STAND ROMAINIAN RAPSODY! DIE ALL OF U! ..I'm lucky. Our BD chooses songs we like and if we don't like it we don't play it.. though yah Our Lord of the Rings arrangement was worth burning, I am an LotR fan and even I hated it. ... more luck, I have never played Pomp ond Circumstance or whatever it's called..

That's our graudation song (thank god I don't have to play it in 2007 that shall be torture for all the people in the band cause there's so many in the class of 2007). Pomp and Circumstance should be given back to STRINGS! DO YOU HEAR ME! IT WAS ORIGIONALLY WRITTEN FOR STRINGS! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT FOR THEM!

Shenandoah Valley.. it's not that its horrible or anything.. it's just our band instructor gave it to us cause our Tuba player complained about the last piece he gave us (Marriage of Figaro, 3rd level high school stuff and mind you we're and eigth grade band) Not to mention that since we're studying the civil war in Social Studies everytime that wretched place is mentioned it makes me think about it and get it stuck in my head.
I also wasn't too fond of Looney Tunes...

Any music that is rap evil for bands like Lean Back, I like that, or hay ya, ect
thete so anoying to play, to repdtive to play rolleyes , i think band music shoul stay the triditonal older music.

I also think our home comming song"The way we were" an middle school christmus song should burn. you march through town playing "Good King Welslich," and "God rest ye merry gental men", for 3 hours. your not olny gonna wane to burn the music your gonna want to burm your self.

we played this song called "reflections" and it was so slow and boring and just so ugly! worst of all we played it for a competition! wtf was my conductor thinking!? gonk

I totally HATE Pomp and Circumstance! Amazingly, that isn't the worst on the planet, even though everyone hates it. BOLERO AFRICANA IS!!!!! GRAH!!!!!!!! scream Last school year, my bd made us play it and for flutes, you get one rest through a ten minute song. You're tonguing every single note, they're quarter notes, and your tongue goes numb! I HATE THAT STUPID SONG! I almost DID burn it! I hid the score and my bd still made us play, even though he didn't have it! I almost cried! I never wanna play that song again! I feel sorry for the people who originally had to play it 'cause we played the SHORT version of it! The whole song is like 20 minutes or something! My tongue would fall out of my mouth and I'd never be able to speak again! BOLERO AFRICANA DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! scream evil
