Umm...I think you have to kidnap a small child, extract their soul, imbibe with soup. Preferably chicken noodle, but tomato will do in a pinch.
Or you have to get proper rest and exercise, eat well...and I think you can guess where this is going. Personally I find the first option much more appealing.

I've just learned to function on minimal to no energy, it's about the only talent that comes along with insomnia, luckily, or I'd be dead by now xd .

I think I tend to be pretty energetic, at least when I'm not lazy. XD;;
Caffeine and sugar don't seem to affect me at all; I can go days without having any and be just as energetic as if I have a bunch. I think it's because I eat a lot of bread/rice/pasta. Get all my energy from that, because it's definitely not from sleep. >_o
