K, in that case I'll go with this one. ^_^

I'm actually very glad that you suggested that one, because I feel that her character should wear a brighter colored outfit at the start of the story.
Basically, she is a character that fits the absolute definition of innocence and lack of awareness.
As a princess, she was raised in a fairly comfortable environment, having absolutely no idea as to what was taking place in the outside world.
Because of this, she can't comprehend certain things, like why someone would steal or commit a crime, and she can also be a bit too trusting of people from time to time.
Imagine what would happen if a person such as that were to end up in the care of thieves, kidnappers and murderers?
Yep, I know, don't be mistaken, nothing like that what ever happen right?
mrgreen I'm tired of holding the whole concept to just myself, so I'll go ahead and let a few secrets out.
In the first scene, the king had just been murdered by an unknown individual.
The actual murder is not seen.
At the time of the murder, a fire broke out in the armory, and all of the palace guards rushed there to extinguish it.
Needless to say, the arson and the murderer were one in the same.
Travis Nylund (Field Marshal) would arrive at the scene to investigate the matter.
A conversation takes place between Travis Nylund and Stewart Carwell (Brigadier General) on what would be the best actions to take in regards to the princesses safety.
Travis Nylund then informs Princess Elicia Kendrick as to what had taken place.
Several days later, it is decided that the Princess's coronation will take place on 5th day following the kings assassination.
With the palace security at full level, Travis Nylund insisted on escorting the Princess to the coronation ceremony, but is called off on palace business before he could provide the escort.
Suddenly, two individuals appeared in front of the Princess, and knocked the guards to the ground before they could lift their hands.
The two newcomers were a man and women.
The women grabbed hold of the Princess, covering the Princess's mouth, the women instructed her not to make a sound, and started off at such a pace that the Princess hardly knew what was happening.
The man followed along after the two.
By now the palace guards were well alerted of the situation, and Gillis Cadran, a young knight serving in the palace guard, ordered his men to fire at the captors.
While dodging and returning musket fire, the man is shot in the back.
The women tried to turn back, but he insisted that she move on with the Princess.
The women then managed to escape, and so the Princess was abducted.
Ok, so I lied, no secrets, just a brief description of how the story starts.
razz Now, if I can just get myself to start writing it.
