The boy snarled, but backed away. Ari wanted to go. Nikon obviously didn't want Chase out of his new cage. It was a cage no matter how lovely or quaint it might seem. He was trapped in it until he had enough strength to break free, and he wasn't about to bow his head to some strange human's words. That was pure torture. Not civilized in his books. The cheetahs never bowed their heads to their attacker! The grey haired boy backed into a corner, his eyes never leaving Ari or the door. He shook his head slowly. "Killed my family. . . " He murmured. He wouldn't forgive them. For a very long time, or possibly forever. "Not nice." But Ari wanted out. He didn't have anything against the other cat so far. He'd allow him his freedom, like Chase himself wanted. He would stay away from the door and be quiet until the neko was gone.
Then he would go back to hammering at the door and trying to punch it down. After all, what was stopping him? "Go on then," He growled, looking away and closing his eyes as though in rest.

At the bottom of the stairs, Aneres looked around and sighed, she was bored and wanted something to do. her blue eyes scaned the hall quickly before she went to the room with the piano, she didn't know how to play but she liked it in there, the vampire sat down on the floor and drew on the floor with her finger making invisable lines that only she could see for she was the one picturing it. "When's he gonna get back...?" Aneres asked herself.

Sirica nodded and followed Mordred. She looked up as they entered his house. Amazement showing on her face, her gray eyes wide with curiosity. As they stedpped inside she glanced side to side and felt the urge to yell, "Is anybody hoooome??" She resisted said urge as she didn't want to make a bad impression. Instead she began to take off her shirt because it was very constraining for her wings. She pulled it up then got it stuck on her large crest. She tugged but it wouldn't budge no matter how she twisted. ((ugh, now I gotta go, sorry!))

Mordred saw as she tried to take her shirt off. He saw as it got caught on her crest. "Here ley me help you with that,"Mordred said as he helped her pull her shirt off. As he did he looked done and then noticed she didn't have anything under her shirt. The demon inside started to push for out at this sight a demon no less.

Aneres heard two heartbeats and was curios so she stopped what she was doing and went to look. She saw Mordred and a girl that had no shirt on which made Aneres tilt her head. "I hope she didn't walk here like that." She commented. "Mordred...who is that?" Aneres pointed at the girl confused and happy to see a new person. The vampire walked over to get a better look. "You might want to put your shirt back on...you smell wierd." She mumbled as she wrinkled her nose. ((Rankore, I won't be on all day tomorrow because I'm going somewhere with my dad and we won't be back until late.))

Ari stood there, kind of shocked. He had not expected that Chase would back off. Standing straight, Ari looked at the door, and he tapped it. "Nikon?" he asked and looked around. Slowly, the door opened, and the human poked his head in the room. "Hello," Ari said and grinned. He stepped away from the door and looked back at Chase. "... Chase does not want out?" he asked and looked at Nikon who shrugged. The neko walked over to where the boy was and sat on the floor. "Ari doesn't want to be out alone. Come with?"
Nikon stood there and looked at the two. Had they already formed some kind of friendship? No, that could not have happened that quickly. He rubbed his nose and looked around the room. A can on the floor and the door was a mess. Well, they were certainly exploring their surroundings... A heavy sigh came from the human as he looked back to the two males on the floor. "You two don't want out?" Nikon asked. Ari looked over and shook his head. He wanted out so badly, but he was confused by Chase's sudden quietness. He expected the boy to continue attacking the door until he finally got let out.

Mordred saw Aneres walk into the the room. "Oh this Is Sirica, I thought this house is a little big for just two people," Mordred said looked over at Aneres. "I just got her from the pet agency and they didn't take good car of her. She was begging for food and they even had her naked in the cell," Mordred told her as she commented about her smell.
((Ok I just got World of Warcraft today so I think I can keep myself entertained))

Does not want out!? Does not?! Right ******** right! . . . I'm not going with you anywhere. "Make me. . . " He muttered. Chase had backed into his corner, expecting Ari to run out of the room and leave him be. He was listening, staring at the inside of his eyelids with a lightheaded sway to his movements, but now he raised his eyesbrows with a demeanour that said he was up to no good. He merely opened his eyes for a few seconds to look at Ari, Nikon and the open door. He would give them another thiry seconds before he acted on instinct.
And thrity seconds came and went, with Nikon now in the doorway and Ari staring at Chase. Chase could not have been more confused and frusrated in his life. He wanted to go! And now he doesn't! Damn it! He raised his head, his eyes unfocused but narrowed, then shook his head and lunged for the door. Hey, if there was an escape route open and it was there for more than a minute, it was bound to be a good one! Might as well use it, but he was weak. Probably a good thing for whomever could keep up with him. He was at the door as fast as he could go, his hair whipping soundlessly around as he clutched hold of the doorknob then spun around the door using the brass knob as leverage.
And he was out! Not his original plan! Being a bit nice had advantages!
Now Chase stood in shock, a gasp escaping him, looking at the sun-bathed hall and the many door and other doorways he could see just by glancing right or left. It made no sense to him and he was overwhelmed, never having seen suck a sight before. He started off cautiously down the hall, poking at pictures and a small table against the wall. Wow. . .

((Need I remind you that Nikon's house is not big? There are only a few rooms; one for him, one for them two and then one for storage. Nikon doesn't like living in big houses... But his house is pretty on the inside))
Ari was nearly blown away by Chase's sudden bolt for the door and the look on his face once he got to the hallway. The neko followed closely behind and looked around. It was beautiful. Sniffing the air, Ari made sure it was safe and walked after the boy. He was not nearly as cautious as Chase because he found no need to be. Looking back at Nikon, who was standing there smiling, he grinned and tugged on Chase's shirt. He ran ahead and began to search the house as he had planned, looking for something to play with. He found some squishy thing in a room where it seemed springs were. The water was clear and not like he had seen it before. Was water actually clear, or was it a trick? Magic! Ari giggled softly and brought the soft object out and held it up. "Nikon!?" he asked and shook it around.
"Uh, that's my sponge... I rub it over my body to clean myself," Nikon replied and shook his head. He really did not want those two in his bathroom. There goes his privacy. He walked up to Ari and took the strange object away and put it back were it belonged. "Okay, don't go in there again, okay?" Ari nodded and looked around again. He walked over to a door with a sign on it. He pointed to it, making Nikon chuckle. "That's my room. You guys are allowed to go in there if you want." He turned to Chase and waved for him to follow; he wanted to show his home to them. Ari walked inside the bedroom and smiled. It was just as big as their room, but it had a bigger bed and a few dressers. The walls were painted a light shade of orange, probably trying to mimic a sunset. Ari sat on the floor and yawned. Seeing a soft bed was making him tired.

Chase had never seen the interior house before. The cave he had lived in and his cage were the only dwellings he had been given the hance to see. He snapped out of his cautious but curious daze to snarl at Ari when he tugged on his shirt. He watched after him, glancing decidingly back at Nikon before following the neko with a slight frown. He diverged off the hall and found the kitchen within seconds, not taking lightly to Ari's route. He would hear the sound of water running for a few seconds and shuddered.
Cats hated water, and Chase had the mentality of a cat with a bit of human quatilies, but the physical features of a human. It was a odd mix. He fished around on the counter, knocking over a bottle of something dark and powered that made him sneeze. He shook his head wildy then moved on to climb up on the counters and open the little doors on the wall. They had smooth, rounded edges and some were pushed in. A hat. He placed one on his head, then jerked back to searching for other interesting things. The 'hat' slipped easily off his head and shattered on the counter next to him. Chase jumped back and howled, spitting at the fragments that punctured his skin as he leapt back.
The boy had forgotten temporarily about the fact that he hated humans. Or that he was in a house with one and a neko. Or that he was happily going through the things in a kitchen. He was in a daze of awe and jittery annoyance.

Sirica's crest raised up as Aneres walked up, small feathers on her arms rose as well, and again she tried to open her wings. The smell of vampire startled her and her instincts told her to make herself look bigger. Aivas demons are not particularly strong, so other defense had to be created. "You smell weird, too," She said softly, her eyes wide. She took a step back, her soft, downy wings, and the cruel metel holding them, bumped into Mordred. ((My compy was out all yesterday, and I'm busy all day today. So I may not be on till later. Sorry! sweatdrop ))

Aneres tilted her head to the side when Sirica poofed up and looked bigger, the vampire really didn't know what to think. "Thats not the scent I was talking about." She smiled at the bird demon. "Thanks. Umm, why are your wings pinned down?" The girl looked between Mordred and Sirica looking for an answer. ((Its okay, I might just decide to sleep all day. biggrin ))

"Wll the slave owners had them pinned down. I'm just about to unpin them," Mordred said as he went behind Sirica. Mordred looked at the metal pins. "This might sting," Mordred said as he took the pins in hand. He then took them off her wing.

Nikon jumped at the sound of something breaking. He ran to the kitchen and shook his head at the boy on his counters. It seemed he had found himself the dishes; more importantly, his favorite bowls. Nikon walked over and turned on the kitchen sink and grabbed a wash cloth, hoping to get the chance to clean up Chase. If he could not get close enough, then he hoped the boy would allow the neko to get closer to help him out. Ari came out and looked around, sniffing the air. He had smelt blood and came running out of the bedroom. Gasping quietly, Ari walked over to Chase and sniffed around. He was careful not to step on any of the shards of bowl. He picked one up and looked at it. It was a strange little piece of earth. Was it for eating? Could it be used as a weapon? Or... Could it help him escape from the house? Ari looked around and grinned, seeing a large window. He ran over to it, jumping over the bowl shards, and hissed at the window. Holding up the piece of bowl, he threw it at the window. Nikon glanced over and almost yelled out. "Ari, don't do that!" he exclaimed, waving the wet wash cloth around. That was the last thing he needed, a broken window. He looked back at Chase and set the wash cloth on the counter and went over to Ari, grasping his hand. "Don't throw things at the window."
"Escape," Ari said and grinned evilly. He was really good at it too. What fun would it be being a slave if he could not find out ways to escape? He looked at Chase and waved at him. "Escape!!" he yelled out and shook his hand around in Nikon's grasp. Great... No wonder no one bought the neko. He was a major trouble maker! He may have seemed sweet and innocent, but he was pure evil! What had Nikon gotten himself into... He looked at Chase and sighed. How in the world was he going to get through it with two strange boys?
