"Excuse me a moment" Shadar said. He placed his cup of Jasmine tea on the table as he dissolved into water. Seeping into the ground, shadar jumped from building to building under the ground. He was on the top of a building when he spotted the water jutsu's being used. "Enough is enough." Shadar thought he hopped into the water but the water formed a sphere around him. The water acting as though it as being repelled. His chakra was low but his chi was not since it was not used much during his battle with the hokage. He sat on the ground and watched the fight from withen the water. Waiting for the moment he could end the battle and seek some purer chakra. Shadar watched the sharks and this new ninja. "No Chakra here. It is to filled with blood and not enough balance between the two." Shadar slowly shook his head in dissappointment about his loss.
(Chi is like chakra but powers his hydrokinesis)

He released his hold on the sand, letting it splash hard into the water. "Since your letting me have another turn. I guess I will have to be a little harder." He formed more hand signs. Finishing, he proceeded with more hands signs. Three more Water Clones sprouted up into the trees. They all talked in unison, even though only was really performing the next move. "Hidden Mist Swallow Storm." Their forms began to fade away, as they began to supress the chakra levels within them.

Heikaze sighed as the battle quickly became one sided. The male was either holding back or stood no chance. The female was good, but she wasn't perfect. She releied to much on her speed, if the male shinobi had been able to keep up with her there would have been a huge opening for him to attack. The way she moved, Heikaze could tell she didn't think the male could keep up.
Since he had already been discovered by the female, Heikaze gave up on concealing himself any longer. None of the others seemed to know he was there, but he had felt the girl's eyes fall on him when she glanced in his direction. Changing his position he moved to sit ont he branch and allow his legs to hang over the side of the branch. As he watched the girl, he remembered her from earlier, in the alley. She had told him about his sensei, but, for some reason it seamed like there should have been more, also, the wound on his arm had been throbbing since he arrived.
When the male used his next jutsu, Heikaze decided to get a closer look. With a single blink, he activated the byakugan. If payed close enough atention to there was sligh seamingly insignifigant and momentary spike in his chakra. Once again he used the perfect amount, not allowing to go to waste. Looking though his legendary eyes, he could easily tell the clones apart from the real person. The fact he saw where they spawned also made it easier as he had time to notice the small differences.

Shadar noticed the other man in the trees. There he watched him move and procceded to find a better viewing point. "That man has some powerful water jutsus." Shadar said staring at Hikiro. Then he shot a glance at Machi. "Not as worthy." Rolling his eye as he scooped up some water in the 'lake' below. "Forming it into a large bowl he sat in it and watched enjoying the cold it was giving up. Not concerned about being seen he watched with joy at Hikiro, and pity for Machi.

"Supressing chakra. Curious."
She raised her hands again and did some quick hand signs.
"Ice Cage Jutsu!"
Water began spinning around her and then wrapped her in a cocoon of it. It hardened fast turning into an isy protection for her.
"I wouldnt bother, my ice cage is as strong as diamond, Second Meal!"
The shark swam fast at the boy one shark followed behind him. The other two stayed back swimming in circles below Machi.

"Interesting Ice Jutsu you have!" He laughed. "Second part of act one, Swallow Storm!" The mist grew heavier as all three clones took control of the attack. Condensing the water below was a hassle, but it was worth it. In mere moments he had a swarm of a good hundred frozen birds, wings sharp as kunai. The first clone dispersed as it was chomped down by the shark, but it made it easier to target. The birds swarmed the top, diving into the water striking it. Two Hikiro's moved off separately, controlling smaller groups of the frozen swallows.

Sakura had faith in Hikiro and thought about what might happen after the fight. Or will this fight even end? asked Sakura to herself with a gloomy expression on her face. Than she heard someone else running around the tree's and she glanced around. The moving seemed to have stopped as she looked around. She saw Shadar but didn't even pay any attention to him. It's not like he was gonna start a fight too.

Heikaze was starting to become bored of the fight. Not because it wasn't interesting, but they obviously weren't going for blood. It was a fight with no stakes, when that is case you are just participating in meaningless violence. Something Heikaze wanted no part of. He rose to his feet, he followed the real Hikiro with his eyes, they then moved to Machi who was wrapped in ice... He sighed again.

Machi sat down quietly in her ice cage. She saw her shark healing itself over and over and then finnaly bursting into water.
"Two down, three to go. Your doing fine, for a genin."
She nodded towards the clones. And then looked towards Heikaze. She smiled innocently enough and stared at him straight in the eyes.

When Machi looked into his eyes and smiled, Heikaze shook his head almost as if in disapointment. He then turned around on the branch, showing his back to her. In a burst of chakra he vanished, a mini tornado once again left in his wake as he used the body flicker to leave. A fight of meaningless violence, he wanted no part in it. He had no problems killing or harming people, even if they were innocent. But, he had to have a reason, something to gain, a motive.

"Ok I am sick of this childs play." His voice echoed all around. The mist began to recede, his clones gone. His real self appearing before her, standing on the water. He placed his pointer fingers upwards, his other fingers curled in, his thumbs crossed. The water around him began to cool, and harden. The air chilled as he began to release a good amount of chakra into the water. "30 Mirror Death." All around them, faintly, but clearly mirrors of ice began to form bottom to top.
"Your lucky enough that I cannot perform the true form of this technique."

Machi lifted her arm and he did the same. She had him in complete control now.
"You, shouldnt have let your chakra go so low. You would be able to fight this.."
She forced him to grab one of his kunai and hold it against his throat.
"I win."
She said coldly. The water evaperated and the sharks were gone. She stood up her ice cage melting away. Walking towards him slowly she made sure the kunai dug into his skin making him bleed but not killing him. Now eye to eye with the boy she threw the kunai down she had taken before.
"Sparring is, worthless."
She muttered. She walked away from him and dissaperaed into the city before realeasing him from her kekai genkai.

Having returned to the city, Heikaze returned his chakra to the near undectable level. He sat on the rooftop of a random building. He sat on te ledge and allowed his legs to dangle over the side. With a sigh he leaned back, propping himself up slightly with his elbows, he stared up into the sky. The throbbing of his arm lessened after he left where the girl and guy were fighting.

What the hell was that? He rubbed his throat, looking at the blood, wiping it off onto his robes. He could wash it off later. With another hand sign, the half-finished mirrors shattered around him. That girl... so strange. Even if she was Kisame's daughter, how did she have a posession jutsu like that?
His chakra was used up, but not all of it. He would show the stronger form later, if he had the chance. He needed more information on that girl.
And somehow, he couldn't help but feel sorry.

Kumii's left eye twitched as she listened to the girls. "Are you sure it was the Hokage?" she asked them.
"Of course it was!" shouted the first girl, sending a glare at Kumii.
"The Hokage is the only one that can be that cool!" shouted the second girl, also sending at glare at Kumii.
"Ya, ya. You keep thinking that." Kumii told them. She turned to look at the ramen shop, thinking of what they had said. If the Hokage himself was in the fight, it must have been pretty big. '...and i thought it was just another fight.' She felt the two girls' glares intensify, so she turned and send one right back. They both made a squeaking sound and scurried away from her. "Fangirls." she muttered with disgust.
